Doing this for my mother . Never Again will she do business with this company. Less then 1 yr ago had wood flooring done . Its coming up in several areas . They will not stand behind their work at all . Want to charge us even more then before . Going with Home Depot

Bad experience. During installation, an installer went inside my bathroom, where my daughter had left a gold bracelet on the counter. When the installer left the bathroom, the gold bracelet was gone. We reported it to Banner Carpet that afternoon and filed a police report. Banner Carpet has not contested liability, and purported to submit a claim to its insurance company, but I was informed that its insurance does not cover thefts by installers! Buyers beware!

Well the below reviews are very shocking, considering I had a great experience with Banner Carpets. Not only did they have a huge selection of all types of flooring but they came out to measure my house the same day at no cost. After shopping around they gave me the best deal in town. The sales person (Danny) was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to find me exactly what i wanted and in my price range. As soon as my flooring was in, there office manger contacted me right away to set up a time for installation. The crew was nice, clean and professional. My house looks great and I will absolutely use them again in the future. So I do beg to differ with the other comments below........
