Awful place. Went here with my friend to get some new clothes for school. Ended up getting a beanie with a pair of socks since majority of the things seemed large for my size. When I arrived at the cashier my total was $24.04 I paid the guy $40.00 and only got $0.71 back. I didn’t notice it until I checked the receipt. The cashier forgot to give me $15.25 more. But I didn’t really care about the extra $0.25. I just wanted my $15.00. So we went back to ask the guy for the money and waited beside the cashier counter. I may be 12 years old, but I know damn well to always check my receipt for the right amount of change. Another complaint is that the censor thing is still on my beanie. I’m surprised that the alarms didn’t go on when I exited out. I’m assuming that they were malfunctioning. But whenever I passed other censors they would go on. It’s annoying. Moral of the story, always check if you have the right amount of change including a censor thing on your purchased item.

Good if you are a suuuuper skinny person and if you like extremely loud music (Im talking the annoying loud car- type loud music). Otherwise go somewhere else because Pacsun doesnt want larger people to shop there >:(

Had a horrible experience here with the staff. The guys that work here don’t know how to greet or even acknowledge customers in front of them. Too busy talking with their friend and ordering lunch. Won’t be back.

This store has super cute pieces of clothing and the staff can be very helpful. The music was quite loud, but otherwise a super clean space.

Their workers were so nice here! The organization was definitely great and the clothes there were superb AND had a section for males. The downside though, are the prices.

The store is a mess! The signs don’t match the deals they have. Be prepared to be surprised once paying at register.

Great Store....this is one of the largest PacSun stores in the country, and probably the nicest & most friendly staff of any store. Great selection of everything youll need for that Southern California look

They didn’t want to refund me my money so offered me to give me a cheaper shirt. Stole $7.50 from me with a cheaper shirt will never return. Customer service was horrible also employees look like they’re ungrateful to be alive.
