Charles got back to me right away, and the next morning I had my deliverable ready to go on my drive. VFX tech and their team is incredible. Not only are they super knowledgeable about computer tech for creatives but their communication and customer service is amazing. I rented a system that ended up having a hardware issue (happens) and they they responded same day, on a Saturday, and rushed shipped a replacement part over night. The system was back up and running in less than a day. Highly recommend this company for machine rentals.

I am so happy to have discovered VFX Technologies. They offer a service that I had been looking for a while specifically tailored and sensitive to the VFX Industry. This is crucial when, like in my case, I needed urgent hardware service that was beyond my expertise. There are plenty of other places that offer PC services that mainly deal with gaming and other more common IT issues. I went to a couple myself just to have them give up and tell me we are not sure what component is causing your issue but my theory is ... This is not an ideal answer if I make my living with my hardware and I have clients waiting for me to complete projects. VFX Technologies techs tested my machine and found right away what component was causing my problem. Not only that but while I waited for a new component replacement they rented me a part so I can keep working and complete my projects with out disrupting my delivery schedule. This what I meant by being sensitive to the needs of the VFX industry. This is not surprising as the people who work there are people who came from this industry and are very aware of its demands. I feel much more confident now taking on bigger projects as I know if I need support someone has my back.

Had a great experience renting a virtual production machine from VFX Technologies. The quote was competitive and they included an 8K deck link and monitor in the rental. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a PC based RTX machine!

The iMac Pro’s provided were very nice and the customer service was excellent in helping with any issues or questions. Delivery and pickup were also very fast and easy!

I first contacted VFX Tech about renting a Quadro Sync 2 card but after talking to David and the tech team I realized this would be the place I get my next computer builds done. Producing is a tough job but when you also need to deal with the tech side, it can be a nightmare. David sent me different options (rental /sales, AMD/Intel) with a quicker than expected delivery date. We ended up buying some AMD 5950xs with 128RAM, 4TB, and RTX3080s. Havent seen a better computer around, thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic to work with. We started off by renting an iMac from them. Super quick turnaround time. They made the whole process simple. Few months later, we needed help on a much larger scale, and they leased a server to us. They were incredibly flexible, and willing to help with anything we needed, from delivery and installation to troubleshooting. And they negotiated a great deal for us as well!

I had never rented from them before and wasnt expecting a response on a Saturday but I needed a solution fast. To my great surprise, Jim called me right back and graciously offered to arrange a rental and meet me, even though the office was technically closed! A couple hours later I had exactly what I needed to get the job done. Its not an overstatement to say that VFX saved the day. Jim quite literally went out of his way to deliver and the machine I rented was in pristine form; cutting through my renders without breaking a sweat. I will definitely be a return customer and I could not recommend these guys more highly! Its so hard to find great customer service AND exactly the solution you need but these guys are golden.
