The Covid Rapid Test Nurse Practitioner is terrible. Rude and I never received a call to obtain the results. They shouldn’t tell you to wait for a call in about an hour. Just say goodbye and look them up yourself. I feel bad for those who don’t know how to look it up. The actual attendant in the Kiosk was nice. I looked up my results online. The pharmacy people were nice but said she’s receiving a lot of complaints. I tried talking to the front store about it and they hung up on me mid conversation. I called back and they did it again. Wow.

Staff for covid testing are so rude and unprofessional! My appointment was today at 4:10pm. At exactly 4:10pm while I’m driving there I got a call saying if I wasn’t there in 5 minutes my appointment will be canceled. I was there at 4:16pm and the lady refused to do the test while making rude gestures and facial expressions toward me. No where on the confirmation email does it say I have a 5 minute late period. Reading other reviews now seems like this lady makes her own rules as she pleases. Won’t be returning to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR RAPID TESTS! The lady was so rude and refused to see me when I was one minute late. She spent 4 min telling me it’s not going to happen when she could have administered it in 30 seconds.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Worst minute clinic Covid-19 testing facility ever. I parked as designated to wait on My covid testing and after 20 minutes of waiting for a call, a rude nurse comes out saying I dont answer and that I cant get a test, and then she tells me Im at the wrong cvs when my email states otherwise. Then I tried calling the cvs but no answer. To sum it up, I got no test and no call ever, . The nurse was so insensitive about it too, It was just a horrible experience because I was already so overwhelmed by the possibility of having covid and turns out because of their system fail I never got my call or my test done. If I could give this experience Zero stars, I would.

While its a bit smaller than other stores and it would be great if it were 24hrs, the layout of the store and friendliness of the staff is better than other stores. CVS is always the place to go if you use coupons and Jorge at checkout is amazing at ensuring you get the discounts you want while being efficient in the overall checkout experience.

The pharmacists were very helpful and patient. They helped through an insurance mix up and were able to get me the cheapest price for my prescription, I was very pleased. This is a great place for all of your pharmaceutical needs.

Not enough allergy medication

Not the best. Gotta do your own footwork to get your own prescription refilled cause either the girl was too busy or too lazy. They like to give lame excuses of why their system sucks. Changing my pharmacy to mail order.....will save alot of money with less headaches of getting a refill.
