Covid test was nice and easy. Wish it could be faster, but it depends whos in front of you.
The young male, and tall black cashiers are the nicest most personable patient workers at this location. theyre helpful and friendly.prices are pretty high but i guess extra cost for the convenience of a 24 hour location around during these times is the trade off. selection is very minimal. perhaps as a inventory control measure?overall im grateful to have a 24 hour open option location.i hope the cashiers mentioned above are taken care of by their employers as this location was in desperate need of decent people
This place is the closest to where I live. I dont own a car, so I have to walk to this place for at least 1/2 miles. I recently went shopping for groceries and when I finally reached the cashier and imputed my EBT card and info, he says to me, oh, I forgot to mention that the EBT system isnt working. Management should have posted a warning about it. I came back home empty handed, needing food to feed myself and my son. This is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I have been a daily customer, but after today, I rather walk an extra mile or more.
I just left that store at 3am being that I work nights and sleep during the day I figured Id shop after work and that way I can stay asleep. Well the two ladies that I seen working there seemed nice but really where keeping their eyes on me as if I was going to steal after buying $50 worth of things I could have gotten for less at Walmart if I just went during the day.😒🤬🤬🤬🖕🏼
Awesome location
Its close, Im a regular. All you need to do is be nice and they are very helpful. If you have attitude, why should they kiss your but if your being rude
Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Steer clear of this particular Walgreens.Ive quite literally have never observed anybody be as condescending as the lady that was working to my wife, before. And, when my wife asks for help from the manager, he stands there abaolutely silent.Honestly, it was an amazing spectacle to behold.Needless, to say I wint be returning here anytime soon.... if ever
Horrible service all around. Complete neglect for customers. Needs to be restaffed if not shut down. Hurry up and get bought out already.
Some staff nicer than others
This store is so awe full the cashier doesn’t know Anything and the manager (Robin) was so rude .I went to get some staff for my daughter and I decided to buy two Revlon lipsticks as I thought one and take the other one 50%when I went to the register she told me no you have to clip the coupon .After one hour the manager came and wrote a paper for me to call a number then threw it infront of my face asking me to call .really I don’t recommend this one .If there is less than 1star I’ll do it
The drive thru pharmacy takes WAY longer than it should. The people are OVERLY too incompetent to even function. Youd get faster service at in n out than you would waiting at this drive-thru pharmacy.
Good place love it awesome super high quality
Yes I know its long, but worth the read: This was my first time in this store and the employee named Teresa was so rude to myself and my significant other because of his service dog. She walked up to us and asked us to put our service dog named Ranger in a cart instead of letting him walk around because she said it is against the law to allow any animals to walk inside of Walgreens. I told her that owners are allowed to be accompanied by their service animals in any public space where the owner is allowed. Ranger was not wearing a service dog vest at the time because he had just received medicine at the base of his neck and we did not want to irritate the area. The employee Teresa then asked to see some type of identification for Ranger and said that it is required by law that he wear a service vest which is in COMPLETE VIOLATION of federal ADA laws that say, a business May ask ONLY (1) if animal is required due to disability and (2) what tasks it is trained to perform. May not require documentation or proof of certification or licensing. 28 C.F.R. § 35.136(f) (2010). We know what our rights are and this employee clearly crossed the line and was talking to another employee obviously very loudly saying Arent service dogs required by law to wear a vest? to which the other employee answered yes. I have NEVER been so disrespected while in a store because of our service dog. They were trying to make us look bad as if we were just trying to skirt the law. Then another employee started following behind us for no reason, just staring at Ranger. Mind you my dog is house trained and is trained to sit at our feet when we stop walking, he was in no way unruly or out of hand. Our service dog has all of his paperwork from my significant others doctor saying that he is indeed in need of a service animal. Also, Why would your employee suggest that you put any type of animal in a grocery cart, knowing that people put their food in those? That is a very unsanitary practice that is being suggested at your store. Walgreens needs to address this issue with their very rude employee and update her on the laws regarding service animals.
Right around the corner from me ! Love the rewards program & the discounts .
Store is pretty good & well kept, but the whole pharmacy staff are liars & they give you the run around...!!!
Customer service was terrible on this lacation
This place dont even deserve a star ... so rude and unprofessional... the woman so called MANAGER was so unprofessional and very very rude...and when I say very rude ...extremely rude...talks back to a Customer in a very bad manners...not coming back to Walgreens anymore... (JUST DISCARDED THE WALGREENS REWARD CARD IN THE TRASH).
This place needs security 24/7.Shady crackhead customers running all around. I felt sorry for the poor cashier last night. He kept calling for a help and no one came.
Poor customer services
The pharmacy employees are mean and liar and they encounter your life in danger easily. Do not go there if you take vital medicines. I dropped my prescription off four day before its due, after four days, I got there to pick my medicine up, but they told me that the prescription has some problem and they should talk with my doctor. I told them this medicine is vital for me and this your fault because you had four days to solve the problem. They simply told me yesterday, this was dropped off but the cameras could prove their lie. I asked to talk with the manager, but they didnt show him or her to me. I had very bad health condition so I could not argue with them any more. I left there and I went to a CVS and a nice lady from the CVS gave my medicine and saved my life.I dont advertise for the CVS, but I am warning sick people from the mean and dangerous employees.
Store itself is okay but their Pharmacy is terrible. First thing I ask them is if they took my insurance and they said yes. Next they have me wait and waste an hour just for them to tell me they actually dont take my insurance
I dont know why anybody would shop there. Everything is way overpriced and the selection is a joke. Also lots of low lifes shopping there.
The pharmacy shorted me 2 pills of my pain medication and when I notified them after opening my container they basically told me it isnt possible the error was with them because their pill dispenser is 99.9% effective and that two of their pharmacists counted the pills. This is exactly why it was so infuriating. My script was for 12 pills. The packaging indicated a quantity of 12 and it was even circled by the pharmacist. Yet upon opening the bottle there were only 10 pills.Either your pharmacists are incompetent and cant accurately count to 12, counted 10 yet still signed off on 12 pills, or theyre pill popping thieves that stole 2 of my pills. Either way, it was infuriating that I had just come out of the emergency room and this pharmacy not only shorted me 2 pills, but also blamed me for their error telling me there is nothing they can do. Walgreens has lost both mine and my familys business since this incident.
Good not best
Bad customer service.
Some times you dont found all
Great store
The pharmacy staff is so rude!
They are super late to get prescriptions ready.. wait time is insane.. i am going to change my pharmacy to the cvs near by..
Great store
Very well the products are found fast
A convenient drug store open 24 hours a day.Very convenient because you can shop in the cart.Bags that can be received at the cash register are stronger than paper.
