Ive been coming here for at least 20 years. Bought all my good jewelry here for my mom, my daughters, and myself. I would not buy anything anywhere else. The quality is great and the staff is fabulous, they always make you feel welcome. They know your style within a few minutes of describing what you want. Theyre all experts with gems and are knowledgeable in selling quality products. Never have to worry about purchasing any piece of jewelry as a gift, I know the person will love it and they always do! If you need a payment plan they work with you and have plenty of options from layaway to financing, and they encourage everyone to apply. I always have a happy experience whether I am coming there to buy or just to say hello.

Went to this location and was asking some question on a purchase that I wanted to make. They had profiled me and gave bad customer service. I hope that they improve to be civilized and not profile people. Will not go here again.

The employees at Gold Italia were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not pressure you. They are there to help you find whatever it is you want. My husband has bought me beautiful jewelry from there and I have been very happy with it. They make sure youritems fit properly. I am very satisfied.
