Predatory company beware! Hired them for a roof job, go the quote, signed the contract. Work was completed and paid in full. A few weeks later we get a letter in the mail: Notice of Intent to File a Lien because Remodel USA did not pay the company that provided materials used in our roof. Now were on the hook for 1,145.00 above the cost of the roof. Do not use this company!

WE GET COMPLIMENTS ALL THE TIME!Remodel USA, Inc. did a great job fixing the cracks, foundational issues, and replaced some woodwork, all included in the package price of painting the exterior of our home and garage with Lifetime paint, as well as adding extensive brickwork to the side, front, entryway, and chimney of our home. The work was done well, with minimal noise. The crew was here daily (except Sun.), from 9 am until just before dark. The project took about 4 weeks to complete due to the tedious job of lying each brick individually. Any and all questions were answered and explained with patience and thoroughness. I thought that Jose, our General Contractor, was very professional, experienced, friendly, trustworthy and tried to make me happy throughout my whole remodel experience. I thought that the cost was fair/good and worth the quality work and lifetime products. I also appreciated the integrity of the company, its representatives, and the administration. I would definitely recommend Remodel USA, Inc. to others!

From start to finish, working with Remodel USA to replace the windows in our house was a great experience! Their two-man installation crew came out and got everything done in just one day. They were professional, they cleaned up as they went, and when they were gone, youd never know theyd been there, except that we had beautiful windows. I can already tell the difference -- the house is warmer and less dusty than it was with our old windows. This company was great to work with!

We had them put on a new roof. The old one was about 25 years old and it turns out we had four layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. A crew of 6 men worked very hard for four days to remove all the old roofing and install the new roof which has a 50 year guarantee. It was a very tough job getting all he old roofing off and it took several dumpsters to haul it all away. They did a good job and the new roof looks great.

The window replacement job was easy from start to finish. First, Alan Fishman gave me a basic quote based on the size of the windows and the type of window he was going to use. Next, his foreman Tom stopped by to take measurements. The windows were ordered and when they arrived, we made an appointment for installation. The guys doing the installation were perfect. They cleaned up after themselves, they answered dumb questions about windows and they did an excellent job of installation as well as putting back up the window treatments. Ive recommended Remodel USA to several Real Estate agents and brokers as well as friends. Thanks!

Beware. Door to door sales people promoting PACE program which doesnt mean your really getting much benefit. In fact, I read about it and its more of an independent investors lending you money, which can ultimately put lien on your property, with high interest rate. Look up PACE program before having these guys make appointment for a free estimate.Im still upset that they targeted my father whos 70+ years old who doesnt speak much English. Plus, made an appointment with me and didnt show on time. I waited an hour before leaving this review. Still waiting... waste my time because I had to shuffle my work schedule to get home to meet the sales guy. These guys are a joke. Check out yelp review as well. Again, these guys are just contractors going around how certain energy efficiency program can save you money, but they are basically looking out for themselves. Find a professional contractors if you need a job done. No need to have sales people push you around advertising how great they are with lifetime warranty. I normally dont leave negative reviews, but Im very upset with this company due to pushy sales to my dad, making appointments with no show, advertising programs that may not be beneficial, how they have the best quality to really save you money on energy efficiencies... etc.

Remodel USA workers were efficient and competent workers. Byrons crew replaced broken tiles and agreeably amended work that needed to be fixed - ie - the stuck water heater door and other things. They Cleaned up well every day

Im very satisfied with Remodel USA. I started chanching the window in the house beginning with my childrens and family room windows due to the extreme amount of heat producing during the hottes months and change them to energy efficiency. It was the best decision I could have made. Great improvement!. A few months ago I completed all the windows in the house. They look great with a nice finish. The installers were very knowledgeable and clean installing them. Thanks Dominic! Great job :)

We ordered two exterior glass doors from Remodel USA and we are very pleased with the products. One was a ProVia and and the other an Anlin and they really light up the rooms theyre in. The contractors who installed the doors were prompt and very conscientious and did a masterful job, going out of their way to clean up the project afterward. From what we learned about their windows, roofs and exterior coatings, Remodel USA only carries the highest quality products and service guarantees. Research your products and materials and have a solid plan of what you want first and they will make it happen.

If it could be nagative 100 stars, I would, I read other reviews on here, only wrote back to positive feedback which it might even be their own people wrote, what a mistake that I had signed up an estimate and they came to the house when I had just bought it, went crazy high on the price and talked me into getting it done, but it does have 72 hours grace period if I decided not to do it, windows, roof and paint came out to be 45000, then I asked my friend and he told me i could have get more done with that price instead of just 3 things done to the house, then I called and cancelled it, but they called after from a manager and said he will come out and do another estimate and will get me a even better price, so I was like okay, lets see what he got, came out at 7 pm, it was winter so it was dark outside, so I asked him if its dark is it okay, he said yes, so just came out and count my windows again and hollywood acting just came out, on my, my staff gave you a super good deal, matter of fact that I cant even honor that price he quoted you, I saw his face and he did that to me act all cocky and stuff then I asked him to leave, and I dont need remodel usas service at all, I walked to my car and leave and as he walked to his car and he asked are you not liking me? matter of fact I do, its a game, then they call from time to time and I told them that ive had all my work done and they keep calling, calling me from blocked number and asked if I still need my roof done, and I told them not to call and now after 3 years and still calling me and wont hang up and keep saying that the call wasnt about repairing its about the new program, and I just need your company to stop harassing people with cool calls anymore, and your sale technique sucks, I would not recommend anyone to use your service at all.
