AMAZING SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just like to give credit where credit is due. I just happened to walk into this store just looking around while shopping at the mall. William (I think that was his name) was kind, funny, and very informative. Unfortunately, I didnt have that much time before I had to leave for an appointment, but I will definitely be back :)
William was kind, patient, and very helpful. He did a great job helping us find the glasses we need. We will definitely be back to see William and get some new sunnies in the future
The store Manager Will was the coolest guy ! I went in grieving a close family loss due to Covid. I needed a pair of nice shades for the funeral. By the time I left the store I was laughing hysterically & completely forgot about my pain. He was such a cool dude !
Wanted to take a second to give a huge Thank You to the staff, Karen and Oscar, for a great visit. From the second we walked in Karen was inviting and attentive. She balanced her attention between my daughter, my girlfriend, and myself lol evenly. Oscar later came back from elsewhere, I believe it was break, and join in on attending to our request. Both answered all out questions and gave wonderful, honest feedback. We want to go back again for another pair and hope the see their faces again!
Terrible customer service both in store and at the corporate level. I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from the Sunglasses Hut in Macy’s Del Amo Fashion Center for $180. I was a little hesitant pay so much for glasses because I have an eye condition that requires a certain lens strength but the sales rep assured me that I could try the glasses for up to 3 months and return them with no hassle, no questions asked. Unfortunately, the glasses were not effective in helping my severe eye sensitivity so I attempted to return them to the same retail store within the 90 days and was told that I was unable to receive a refund due to scratches on the glasses. There are some scratches that only upon close examination are even noticeable. The glasses are in great condition as I hardly wore them and kept them in the protective case. Further, the original sales rep said that if the glasses did not work out that they could be returned as is as long as I had the receipt. The sales rep was dismissive and unprofessional and said there was nothing she could do to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that no one was available to speak to me. After I asked her repeatedly to involve a member of Management with this issue, she then sent me across the mall to find a manager who I discovered was not in. I was completely mislead by the original sales rep in what I can assume was an effort to make a sale. I escalated my complaint to corporate in January and STILL have not received a response addressing my complaint. I keep getting “we will respond as soon as we can.” I am very unsatisfied with the product as well as the customer service I received. Based on the refund policy information I was given by the sales rep at time of purchase, and the refund policy information stated on the website, I expected a refund to be processed in full, hassle free, and for the Sunglasses Hut to stand by their brand and polices but that has not been the case.
Sales Associate at Del Amo Sunglass Hut was exceptionally helpful . She made my experience with my problem painless, thank you I would recommend this store.

Oscar and Rochelle were a big help. I was shopping for sunglasses for my wife. I showed them a pic on my phone and they selected a couple pairs that were right inline with what I imagined.
The salesperson was Amanda. She was very kind and helpful.
There was an older lady working and she was rude and pushy, I couldnt even feel comfortable buying a pair of glasses from that store.. i ended up going to a different location where I was treated with much respect and great customer assistance.
After having yet another set of Oakleys scratch because I sneezed too hard I decided Im no longer supporting that brand. I went to Sunglass Hut looking for a set of Costas because of their excellent reviews. I found the set I wanted on the Costa website Im headed down to Sunglass Hut to try them on then buy them if they fit well. I get there and they didnt have that particular model with the lenses I wanted and I was told they didnt exist. I showed the employee they do exist on the website. They told me they can order them for me and they should be there in a week or two. I dont know if Sunglass Hut uses a different website to order them from but if you just do it yourself even at full retail direct from the manufacturer its $40 cheaper with free expedited shipping. Might be time for Sunglass Hut to rethink their business model.

Very good service, good top brands . But one thing is if you transfer order from in this location to another location .Thats very convenient for customers .By the way you have Big 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍
Came to this store on Sunday 6/2/18and bought a pair of Versace sun glasses. When I got home i noticed there was 2 scuff marks on each side of the frame and came back the following day. The lady that I bought the glasses from on 6/2/18 did not want to refund me my money for selling me scratched sun glasses on 6/3/18.I find it very unprofessional of sunglasses hut for not refunding me my money for a mest up pair of 300$ Sunglasses. Never shopping in sunglass hut again !
Their return policy is horrible. Don’t waste your time.
