The customer service at this location is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend working with Carol. She is the most helpful and genuine representative I have ever worked with at any of the Zales stores I’ve been to.

The Zales associate that has helped me, I believe his name was Shamir, has extremely helpful and attentive each time my girlfriend and I have gone in to look at engagement rings. Never felt pressured by him to buy and he explained each piece we looked at, promotions the store is having and the financing options their card offers. Five stars would recommend to anyone looking for rings, especially for their exclusive DISNEY collection, its truly beautiful.
