Awesome place!! Highly recommend for the horror collector :)

This place feed my collectables addiction and they have a great selection of pop figures. Though I do think its lame they charge extra for chase variant pop figures.

This place is great for last minute gifts. Not too cheap sometimes though. Last seasons items could have a greater discount. I feel like they should do events for the different fandoms that they attract. The place is big enough for it and its conveniently placed.

I love shopping here. The staff are usually always nice. There was a lady in particular who made me feel really welcome when she came over to see my baby and we ended up having a conversation about our kids. She was so nice! I wish I had payed attention to her name!!! (Sorry) Every time I go shopping at the Del Amo Mall, I always stop by and this time was probably the first time we hadnt been stalked by the staff. Maybe its because it was busy that day, but being followed makes me feel super uncomfortable (like I dont want to shop anymore because I lost my joy of it!!)

Terribly run store. Managers choose to dump products on the floor especially on Halloween. Friends have said to have skin irritation from trying on masks that have been all over the floor. The managers are openly abusive and rude. Lady, I believe her name was, is a stand out for yelling at employees to do things while not doing anything herself. Although the other brunette and the red head are not much better. Their cashier systems are wonky, if you pull your card out too soon you will be charged twice. On top of that, everything that can be purchased there is way cheaper at other stores. Go to Hot Topic, you can find a lot of the same things there for way more reasonable prices. I feel sorry for the employees for having to put up with what they do. Take you business elsewhere, this store should be shut down and every manager fired.

This store is so much fun!! The costumer service is great. superhero shirts, gag gifts, and a lot of other fun extras. Whenever my daughter & I go in they are helpful and attentive but not pushy! We bought our Halloween costumes there too!

Ive gone in there several times and each time they are welcoming and always ask if I need help finding something. I went in a few days ago and they were really busy but they were still able to show me where I could find a black halo for my costume. THE ONLY HALLOWEEN STORE THAT HAD MY HALO! And their checkout was pretty fast.

Great gift shop to buy souvenirs if you are in the area and visiting. Cheaper, by far than many other businesses and convenient.

After i paid for my items i left the store and a employee came up to me. She said “One of our costumers reported you stealing a squishy, please take out everything in that bagand empty your pockets before we call security”. So i took everything out and emptied my pockets. There was no squishy. She didn’t even apologize for threatening me and accusing me of stealing something. Why would i buy stuff but then shoplift? The lady was very rude about it, and she threatened me. I will not be shopping there ever again. It ruined the rest of the shopping day for me. I hope the lady got her squishy.

A lady approached us, had no tag on, didnt introduce herself, was very rude, said we had to pay for a small item that rolled off the shelf by my son, who did not touch the item, and harassed us and stated that we had to pay for it. I refused because my husband was there and saw the incident, which was no fault of my sons. I have been a customer there for quite some time and will not shop there any longer! Btw, this was the manager - she was rude, unprofessional and lost way more money by doing that because I was about to buy over $40 worth of stuff but she was only interested in getting $3 for something we didnt break. She even said we could just pay half. Really!? She gave up $1.50 for a bad customer review, lost customers and monies for the owner. Bad management there!!

Fun to look around but everything is overpriced and I feel like I’m constantly watched. I guess this place has a huge shoplifting problem or something ? AP constantly stares at me and walks past me being blatant about suspicion. It makes me want to get out of there quickly because it’s hard to shop when you’re being quietly harassed lol

I would highly recommend that black people stop shopping here. The people that you hire represent the store/business in which they work. This store HIRES all hispanics and the most RACIST ones that they can find. I went in the store with my granddaughter and asked if they sold any African memoralbilia, the hispanIc girl said no, and went and told the other girls and they all looked at us laughing.If this is the way aahs thinks that black people should be treated, we should all let them know that our hard earned money could and will be SPENT with businesses that RESPECT, APPRECIATE, AND TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS PREACHING DIVERSITY, BUT BLACK PEOPLE ARE A PART OF THAT AS WELL.

I came here Sunday, i didnt have any problems. Customer service isnt that great, thats why the three star. Its fun to shop here and probably go again, but the one in encino.

Most of the store is just an oversized gift shop and their deals are mostly ripoffs, next time youre in store just google some products online before you buy

I got what I wanted and I saw this place was good they even have a spider-man section all top itself its amazing and all the people who say anything about the red hair person I say its a lie and that this person made multiple accounts in order to say this and give this place a bad review also because they were all made on right now it says 2 weeks ago wow would you all look at that at the same day thats great but in reality the place is all good. :-)

I love this store but the day that I went some with family some chunky lady with curly hair that is always in the front kept asking me every 5 minutes “hello do you guys need help with anything” it was so annoying that I couldn’t even shop good .
