Fast and easy sweet lady got me in and out !

I received HORRIBLE costumer service from the lady working at the front desk. I asked for helped regarding my interests payment for my loan but was met with a horrible attitude. This wasn’t the first time either, I had a previous encounter with the same lady back in March but her demeanor was still as bad as before. She had ZERO patience and even raised her voice at me. Her negative and unprofessional attitude reflects the costumer service offered here.

Lady at the desk having her breakfast 1st thing. Asked about pawning a television and some computer monitors and she insinuated I didn’t have new models. I’m a millennial and I said they were practically new except the 4K tv that had panel damage.. wasn’t brining in a 2000 boxed compaq monitor? just decided to take my business elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♂️ You should just seem like you want to assist the customer more than sort of shooing me away.
