I hit this place when I’m craving Korean food. Kimchi stew is a must here. Or bibimbap. Even a spicy miso soup. Everything is incredible in the food court.

Love the clean store & smells fresh produce. entrance is confusing like a maze but besides that its very quiet, clean & efficient. I like how the meat dept give you option of how you want it cut.

The fruits and vegetables are beautiful, some of the best around. Great selection, very fresh and amazing variety. The fish market is wonderful, nice frozen and sliced meats. Really the whole store is well stocked, clean and great variety. COVID safety rules strictly enforced, lots of staff and prices ate reasonable. The only negative is that the staff is terribly unfriendly, and I never feel welcomed there. From the lady wiping down carts, security, stock people, person behind counter, cashiers no one is friendly or the least bit nice. The worst staff are the people at the restaurant, especially the pick up counter. Id give this place a 5 star if anyone would greet me with a smile or act happy to help. Its really a good store, just dont feel good shopping there.

During the pandemic I missed one of my favorite things to eat which was korean bbq. I got a really good korean cookbook as a gift and went to work. I bought the burners and went into H-mart to buy all the meats and sides. Over time Ive explored more through the store and making more veggies and even daikon radishes that i ferment a month before we have korean bbq. The store is so clean and if I need help the staff is great. I also like how you wear gloves when picking out food or produce.

There are many good reasons to come here. The H Mart has a great sellection in all areas including fresh seafood, meats and vegetables. We love the Korean BBQ ribs to take home in marinade. Prices on most items are a good value. Friendly service. There is also a great food court with different options. The bakery always has fresh delicious pastries and cakes as well as a coffee bar. There is also a Verizon store that is locally owned and operated that provides excellent customer service. Take the time to explore and find something you have never tried before.

The quality and quantity of products here are the best period! The workers know where things are, they are nice and very helpful. Good job to management!

You can get all Korean groceries. Also you can get an me Taiwanese and Chinese items too. All kinds of mushrooms. Live dungeness crab, fish and lobster. Dried mushrooms and Anchovies.

There are other bigger better H-mart locations in So Cal, but for South Bay standards, this is a great store. I appreciate their FRESH produce, live fish/seafood tanks, good meat section, decent banchan, bakery, and diverse food court.

This is a very delightful store. If youre looking for a lot of things Asian and want to learn different things this is the place. So much to eat and taste there.

Just like we never left Korea. There is a mass of options and surprisingly with the fresh and cold products. And the prices are not too far off from the prices in Korea. So glad to see we are able to still buy our favorite snacks and cooking ingredients.

This store is amazing! It had everything I needed, with so many options! I came looking specifically for fresh rice noodles, and found that they had a few different types, where most stores in the area dont carry any. Their produce selection was amazing and the shrimp I bought was fresh and delicious! I will definitely be visiting here again.

H Mart is not only an excellent grocery store it is also a great place to enjoy a meal. They have a large menu with many great options. The meals are prepared fairly fast and are served in large portions. The grocery store has an excellent selection of seafood including sushi grade fish as well as a very nice meat selection. The produce department as a nice selection of fruits and veggies, they had at least five different types of oranges and many yummy looking veggies that I didn’t recognize. H Mart is a great place to experience and explore foods of a different culture.

I like H Mart. Has almost everything you honestly need to make all kinds of Asian inspired dishes. Basically a one stop shop. Perfect for us.

The place is bigger than the one in k-town. the aisles are wider, which, for nowadays, is appreciated, cause we are not cramped and it allows for physical distancing.

I love this H-Mart. Great selection of fruits and vegetables, quality stuff at amazingly good price. They also have a great selection of fresh fish and meat. I just wish I was able to cook more Korean recipes because there are just so many things I would like to try here but I have no idea what they are.

Great Asian market. They have the biggest selection you can find for Korean products in town. It’s even the only place where I can get instant noodles not found in other Korean market. When in Torrance looking for the best Korean products, visit this one. It’s also really big with a food court that has a lot of selection in it.

I found this place by accident and go here for one purpose. Thats the food court. Noodle heaven. The menu includes sushi and Chinese food. The dishes are made to order and the portions are huge. A water dispenser at each side of the food court compliments the guests with small cups to serve themselves. Its so low key even the locals dont know about this place.

Very cool mixed Asian market. Seems mostly Korean but its a good mix of everything, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etcGreat selection, OMG! I dont know what most of the stuff is but listening to other shoppers, they apparently have everything.Nice food court too. And obviously the tuna is very fresh.

Normally we would come here once it opens at 8:00 AM to avoid crowds and long lines, however, I was astonished at how quick the checkout process was. We went on a Friday around 5:00 PM dreading the checkout lines, as crowded as it was, the lines were a breeze! All registers were open! We did not stand in line for a full minute before Allen, the cashier, called us to the checkout line. Allen, the cashier, and all the employees we came into contact with while shopping were very attentive, engaging, welcoming, and just down right pleasant.

Love the combination of market,bakery, bank, and resturants in one building under one roof . The market has a variety of merchandise from kitchenware to Korean brooms. The seafood dptmnt is superb. The fresh vegetables and fruits section is half of the store. I enjoyed the short rib soup in the restaurant within.

Great produce and Korean foods. They have a french style bakery in the lobby which has amazing bake items, I want to try everything.

I love H Mart! They are huge and have the biggest variety of goods you could ask for. They gave a huge selection of produce, both asian and American (seriously, check out the fruit, its so cheap compared to a typical American market and the quality is way better) they have packs of veggies that are perfect for different types of dishes, and the selection is never ending. The fish and meat is fresh and the variety is spectacular. They have versions of treats you can only get in Korea normally (tiramisu Oreos anyone?) And the shelves are packed. The employees are amazingly helpful and sweet. Weve switched to H Mart for our regular grocery shopping since the pandemic started, and even once its over, I dont think well be switching back to American supermarkets. Theyre just subpar compared to H Mart.

This store is a nice Asian option especial for Korean cooking. It has an in store cafe, pastry shop, and coffee shop.

The produce is very nice, looks fresh and packed. It was pretty empty when we came at 12 but by one, it was super packed. They give us gloves at the entrance and theres a temperature check. Very sanitized. They sanitized the check out lane when we were done too so we felt safe shopping here. The meat department was plentiful and they have decent prices. Huge Asian market (more toward Korean fare yet also others). Fresh live seafood. Ample fresh packaged meat, fish and fowl and plenty also frozen. Large fruit and vegetables section. Some packaged for giving as gifts. Household supplies. Abundant sauces, seaweeds, oils (one of the few places I may purchase Perilla oil), flours... Prepared foods section in the market area as well as restaurants and a bakery (true Asian style), under the same roof. These were also open with covid social distancing.

Great Asian supermarket with good variety of produce, seafood and dry goods. They also have a good deli and prepared foods section.

The people here make shopping so unpleasant. My fiance and I come here every week but today, we were faced with an uncomfortable environment. We were looking at silverware and plates when this 40-50 year old, korean man started staring at us and following us. We went to the next aisle to look at drinks and there he was again! I had to yell at him to get 6 feet away from me due to covid. What the heck do we like?? People that steal?? Just because we arent Korean? And then the cashier named Sun tried to bag the eggs standing vertically with a gallon of milk. I dont understand how she expected us to walk out that store without breaking any eggs. So disappointed

Walked into this hmart and was super impressed. Such a great store. Parents wanted to buy fish ns veggies. Both sections had great fresh items. High quality goods. And great selection of marinated meats. Love the marinated pork belly. Delicious. I highly recommend going to an Hmart ic its in your area. Good clean and amazing stuff ! Well done hmart

First, they take safety seriously. Aside from requiring a mask, an employee hands you disposable gloves before entering, and just inside the entrance is a temperature scanning station.Inside is a good variety of produce, fish, rice, and imported ingredients, treats, and drinks. This will be my new go-to for Asian ingredients.

Very good selection of Asian mainly Korean selections. Seafood section is good but not as good as ones in koreantown. Meat selections are good but dont expect much American style cuts n choices. Produce are very good with selections of fruits and Asian vegetables with good prices. Good precooked Korean food section. Great selections of instant noodles and Asian spices.

My family is furious. Stopped by to grab a couple of drinks and snacks for my family, was about to give the Orange juice to my 2 yr old daughter but saw something black around the lip of the bottle, looked closely and it was fuzzy mold on the outside. This was due to h mart improperly handling their merchandise since it was not expired. Called them up and was told a mgr would call back, no call back yet. Seems like they dont care.

Excellent job follow covid protocols! Gloves available for customers and carts are sanitized. Signs everywhere in the store for social distancing as well as available trash bins for dispensing used goves.

Get your Korean food fix here. This place is terrific. Its giant. The food court is great with a good selection. The prices are great and you can find the snacks that you couldnt get otherwise. Floors are clean and the place is kept, well as neat as a supermarket can get.

They give you plastic gloves to wear at entrance but don’t Sanitize their carts or have any wipes for you to do it either.

Nice large food store focusing on Asian cuisine but also has many American products as well. Very large produce section as well as a nice selection of meats, fresh seafood, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well) and tons of unique snacks and desserts not found in the traditional American large chain grocery stores.

Great for all Asian food finds!! I love this place because it almost has the feel of American market shopping experience, but still has all the authentic Asian brands and products that smaller Asian stores carry, with a much larger selection. They carry a lot of known American brands as well, including deli meat section, juice etc etc that you wouldnt normally find at those smaller markets.The store is very clean and organized. Not too crowded with ample space for shopping carts in the aisles.Also love the indoor mini food court after checking out with several restaraunt choices including a bakery.Has a few mini shops as well, glasses sales and skincare kiosk.This place is overall great for all your Asian food & more needs. Definitely recommend!!

When I need rice or special veges this is a spot I can depend on to have it. Plus I love grabbing a Korean style sushi roll on the way out!

There are no Korean markets in Culver City so this is one of the closest ones without going to ktown. This market is huge! I came during covid and for some reason they dont make you wait in line and there isnt much social distancing. But other then that this is one of my go to Korean markets to go to in Torrance. It has everything you need to make a Korean dinner and theres a lot of variety. Parking is also very easy and never super crowded.

The place it used to be nice. But now not a whole lot of selections and sometimes fruits and veggies are not so fresh. Hopefully one day theyll go back the way it was before.

They have nice selection of produce cheaper than I would say in Ralphs. I go weekly because of the bakery inside. You can eat there as well, but they wont give you many small dishes like if you go to a regular Korean restaurant. Most of the time siting area always busy.

Ive never left a review for a market before, but H-Mart was super accommodating when we found 2 rotten pears in a box and realized a few days later then only got the chance to go about a week later seeing as we lived far away. The management was hesitant to let us exchange for fresher product, but was understanding and let us exchange given the circumstances. I appreciate how understanding they were.

H-Mart is a life saver, seriously! Id never thought that I would be able to buy Chinese products here, when products run out in 99Ranch, which is most of the time, I would always come here and they never seem to disappoint, always have the things I need.Their meat are always fresh and reasonably priced. I havent been buying my meat anywhere else except in Hmart and maybe Trader Joes. If you eat shabu shabu at home, then buy your hotpot meat here. Korean BBQ at home? H-mart would satisfy your meat needs too.Right, did I mention that they keep this place clean too? I love H-mart so much, I signed up for their membership cause I know I would be coming back here every 2 weeks. Thank you, H-mart!

When we come back home for a visit its always nice to stock up on great and exciting foods that we cant get where we live now.

What a beautiful store! So fun for shopping oriental ingredients as there are so many choices. Also, you can find traditional healthy American dry goods and fresh produce at fair prices. My husband usually wont shop with me in oriental markets due to the fish smell; H Mart does not have this! Its so clean and fun to be in and Im so happy to have found it! Thank you Peter for your beautiful, clean, fun, international store!

The H Mart was a lot of fun to have lunch at and walk around in. I had a delicious fish stew with thick silver noodles, that I selected because I saw an Asian man eating it and it looked great, so I asked the lady at the counter if she could tell me what he was having, and she kindly walked towards his table to check. She told me, lts combination C4! Do you want mild, medium spicy, or very spicy?. I chose medium spicy, and it was just right. The soup was thin, but had the perfect flavor. I got to have mussels, shrimp, some crab, and even some squid which I normally dont eat, but it went perfectly with the bowl and the thick noodles that were definitely comfort food! After my friend and I have lunch, we walked around a bit and enjoyed the combination of both Asian grocery items and regular items. I bought some Asian tuna cans, a spicy vegetable topping for rice that just needs water added, and a huge package of cantaloupe and watermelon for only $6, perfect for munching on on hot days like today. Right next to the food court was the makeup section, which was a surprise! But I loved that, because it was so unique. And by the way, they have a broad assortment of rice cookers, at all different prices to fit every budget. Check out the H Mart and I guarantee you, you will have a good time!

A bit pricy compared to the tokyo central on sepulveda but the selection and soze of the store is in keeping with the price i guess. i wouldnt buy meat here because of the price but everything else is great.

Excellent produce and meat and seafood departments. Get a club card to get rewards and special prices. Theres no better place around for Korean items but theres a fair amount of other Asian cuisine needs as well. Theres a little food court thats great and inexpensive. Busy on weekends so be patient!
