This was at one time a great store I shopped at for 15 years. Over the last couple of months service has gone way down hill. Very long lines and only one checker frequently. The Deli Counter is no longer properly stocked. It feels like customers are being treated like Cattle just to save money.

Very nice Asian section. They have a nice selection of items to choose from. This store stocks Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. The restrooms are very clean. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

I purchase lysol sign posted read 1 can per house hold . Location was clean full of fresh produce.. customer service was great

I don’t like to post things online but this Ralph’s deserves a 1 star.Donald the manager is the only one that is way cool. He is such a nice guy, should fire Nabila and make Donald the Manager.Nabila doesn’t know how to provide good customer experience, especially under pressure.Didn’t work out too well last time I was there.Tony, the phat hairy guys needs to cut his pinkie nail, makes it look like he does coke.Also his hair is coming out of his ear hole. Need to trim buddy. It’s kinda gross.Personal hygiene is very important.Appearance is everything.Is this all that Ralph’s can hire?If so the customer service is really bad, if you complain I don’t hear any sorry.They complain right back at you.They forget who they work for.Makes me feel so uncomfortable shopping there when I shop there everyday spending over $1000 a month in groceries.Disappointed client.

Lines always move quickly!

I have loved this Ralphs. Especially the roasted chicken. For about 3 weeks or so, almost every whole chicken is pink inside. Have returned a few. Felt ridiculous. They were nice about it. However, they are still pink inside. Now I am just throwing them away. Am going to have to find a different market to get whole roasted chicken. Disappointing.

Long lines and horrible deli service... they take forever and they are very disorganized... other than that the store is properly maintained and clean

I am extremely disappointed. Ive been going to this store since I was a child but I will never go here again. I went for some cooked chicken and few other things and when it came time to pay, we were rudely told to form a line in the aisle to keep the center clear. Thats fine. We understand there are rules. But just the way it was said was disrespectful. While waiting, someone else cut the line and we let him go because he was disabled and only had 2 avocados. That was fine. What wasnt fine was when the cashier rudely told us to stay back and not put our things on the counter. I understand we are in tough circumstances because of covid 19 and measures to keep us safe are admirable. But I do not appreciate being reprimanded for not knowing their procedures. Talk to me like a person. I will understand. Lastly, since I parked at the edge of the lot, the wheels on the cart got locked and I was trying to explain that to the employee and she just brushed me off and took the cart. To top it off, when I got home, the coleslaw I bought from the deli was clearly expired because it smelled horrendous. But I guess Ill eat the dollar fifty because Im not going back to this store ever again. Id rather go to Food 4 Less which is cheaper and the employees are much nicer.

Consider this to be my store. Its well stocked with a wide variety of groceries and home foods. The produce is nice and fresh for a chain store and the meat counter is very good. I like the fresh seafood like the seasonal copper river salmon. The store brands are good quality and very cost-effective. A growing variety of organic foods are available for the health conscious. The staff is friendly and concerned with customer satisfaction. Parking is good though ingress and egress from and to the surrounding busy streets can be a challenge.

Clean & friendly atmosphere.

This is my neighborhood Ralphs, and I used to love shopping here, but they have done such a poor job in figuring out how to do physical distancing with the checkout lines. Its a nightmare of confusion. Take a clue from Vons and Smart n Final by using one line and calling people as the cashier becomes available. I probably wont be coming back for a while -- will choose Vons for the time being.

Found my exotic fruit at this ralphs. It caught me by surprise. Youll find a lot of what you would need in this store. Its huge place. Its clean. I love it.

I had a good experience, everything was clean and organized. They were definitely up to date with all the food trends. My cashier Judy C was lovely and fast, I would say she was onr of the best cashier that I have encountered in a grocery store. It was busy and all the lines long she definitely made their line go fast and efficient. If I were the owner I would like for every cashier to be like her. Thanks Judy for making my evening better.

I go here often. Store layout is nice. Staff is below average in friendliness. Store looks nice. Customers are slobs, and below average. Well stocked items. Veggies a little worse than other grocery stores. Go for the location.

My preferred major grocery store in the area. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because theyre slightly smaller than most of the other stores in the area, so they tend to be missing a few things I normally like to get. But theyre always clean and well stocked otherwise.

I stood in line literally 22 minutes to just be told a 15 an item checkstand excepts all orders after I got out of line twice and a gentleman close his checkstand worst customer service ever no communication

I rushed a distance to Ralphs on my bike and arrived at 11:55pm. The security guard said they were closed. I showed her the time on my cell phone & explained I only be needed 2 items .She was very nasty and refused to let me in. I felt she treated me this way because she saw I arrived on a bike and not in a car. I asked to talk to Donald the manager and she refused to get him. Finally a clerk that does the bagging came over and I again asked to talk to Donald as Im in there on a regular basis and know him and other employees. He called Donald over. By this time 3 minutes had gone by and Donald said all registers were closed which was a lie as there were still customers checking out. He would not let me in even though I only needed 2 items and explained I rode a bike a bit of a distance. He referred me to Ralphs 4 miles away that was open until 1am. It was now 11:58 & I explained I had been there since 11:55 trying to get in yet he still refused to let me in. I ended up having to pay twice as much at a convenience store due to the manager deciding to close early. I feel Ralphs should pay the difference.

This Ralphs in particular is great! It always has all the items on stock and they have a very large variety of different ingredients needed for exotic recipes. Theres hardly ever a line regarles of the time of day!

This store is amazing!! Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. My favorite department is the produce section its so fresh and well stocked. The manger Julio Ruiz is always helpful and friendly. I can always count on him to choose my avacodos or even watermelons. He always seems to pick the best delicious fruits and veggies for my family! Thank you Julio Ruiz you are awesome!!!!

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this Ralphs. I tried to return an item, so I walked to the front desk and said, Can I return an item here, or do I need to... and I was abruptly cutoff by the employee (possibly the manager?) who sternly said, Were not taking any returns right now. I was stunned by how rude she was. First, she cut me off. Second, her tone was very unpleasant. Third, she offered no kind of apology for the inconvenience. Then after I finished shopping, the bagger told us we needed to bag our own groceries because we brought our own bags. Thats totally fine (we do this all the time anyway), but the bagger just stood there instead of moving out of the way so we could easily do it ourselves. Instead, we had to awkwardly reach over the counter while the bagger chatted with the cashier. And to make matters worse, the bagger kept touching our items to hand them to us. If youre going to be completely useless, at least get out of the way and dont touch our stuff. Im trying to be extra friendly to grocery store workers right now, but theyre making it very difficult.

Great neighborhood grocery place. You will find almost all food, kitchen and household items with great price (with Ralph membership card). Vegetables are also usually fresh and good.Staff is also helpful and attentive.

Have grown to really appreciate the individuals who work at this location. Unfortunately, due to recent health issues & a change in diet, I can no longer continue to patron here. If you have special dietary needs or just socially/ environmentally aware, the selection is utterly limited. So aside from that issue, this a stand up establishment especially for greater LA county with it’s contagious air of contemptuous minds. Recommended for those with non-conditional needs.

They have good quality stock, the lines move quickly, the store is clean. Good balance between price and quality.Pro tip: Ralphs will fry any of the fresh fish bought in store for free. This is a great option for a quick dinner to bring home.

This store is clean and the staff has always been nothing but polite and helpful. My only complaint is they seem to do a high volume of business so many items seem to be hit and miss as to being in stock or not. Today my girls sampled the sushi in the deli section. They enjoyed it and said it is as good as the local sushi restaurant that we normally order from.

The store is super nice and clean with a great selection. I stood in the check out line waiting while three of the checkers finished up their conversation. Mind you I was standing there with a full body brace on from a fractured back.

Nice place to shop. Their deli is pretty popular. And they have a pharmacy inside. Each department has nice customer service. They also have a Starbucks inside. Check them out!

Very good store. Lots of choices between organic and non-organic fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry and canned/packaged foods. Clean, well stocked shelves. Deli, salad/soup bar, etc. Plenty of parking.

This Ralphs has a very out standing staff. The staff takes pride in there appearance and in there store. They egknowledge your presence and offering assistance or just to say hi. The registers are always fast and friendly.However, the young staff are still getting the hang of it. They tend to do a better job maintaining a relationship with each other then with the customers.

I’m looking at the reviews and I probably just went on a bad day?? The produce was not the best, we came across packages that were sliced open exposing the product (looked like it was from a box cutter), and the cashier was very rude (only greeted us because I greeted her first then totally disregarded me while she opened up a box of melon bars we were buying because she never saw them before...). The fun didn’t stop there, when we got home we found the applesauces tasted interesting (in a terrible way) and the two boxes of cookies we bought were completely crumbled to tiny pieces. I don’t know... maybe don’t go there on a Sunday? I definitely won’t be there again.

The deli chickens go fast as they are tasty! The store is modern, clean and always improving. The separation of ethnic, healthy, natural, gluten-free items from other products can be confusing.My working cats have been welcome in the store and we were even checked at the door to make sure they were not just pets. - way to go security.I love the black carts the smaller two-tier cards work great for a quick trip for a few items and weighs less, so it is easier for me to push and my cat fits in the upper basket!!!

My go to store. Self check out is what keeps me here. Bring your own bag because small baskets are always at checkout. Beside that Im in and out.

The place is clean nice everything that you look for in a market..prices are good etc.Things to avoid the deli just anything they put out be it hot or cold just falls flat on taste ideas etc..Ive ordered chicken and bagged sandwiches both are not good..Also avoid the bathroom areas if you have to its more or less a public drug shower you get the point only if you cant wait..In closing Ill go to Ralphs when I need something quick a bagged snack a drink or food to cook at home..thats all but I wont rush to find one.

Great location! On a busy sunday afternoon had great customer service by BEVERLY at the self-checkout line! She was friendly and helped us all move along and on our way!

Horrible customer service! No eye contact no greeting, the hot food is always under cooked the black workers are always standing around talking to each other not helping. I heard them say “I was like go take your change get out of my face” about customers. at self check out the lady’s stand right behind you it’s so WEIRD! I’ve seen big bosses argue with each other smh the reputation of Ralph invites you in the flowers the produce and the deli but it’s this unprofessional staff that sends shoppers running for the hills to other markets I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS RALPHS IN MY LIFE! You can kiss my weekly $600 dollar grocery budget good bye!

The Isles were nice and clean. Even during a busy Friday night pre-holiday weekend the checkout lines went fast and the staff was very happy

Consumer service was terrible. I came in after 8:30pm to buy a couple items and use the restroom before a long trip home. The restroom was out of toilet seat covers and hand soap. When I came out of the restroom, I could hear employees complaining about customers, to each other. When I checked out with my snacks, the checker seemed to go out of her way to avoid eye contact and be very cold. Im not from around here but this kind of service is not what Im accustom to. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Prices usually higher than everybody else. Sometimes sale prices are good except when they do a half off sale. Total hypocrisy! They jack the regular price way past what it usually is and then give you half off. They should be arrested!

Very appropriate all working person in Ralphs and helpful the way I see them specially those people disability that needs helps. I have ideal that I can share like phone call delivery for those people old and can avaible to go to store and grocery. That will be great and addition market for the Ralphs .

Back in the 90s it was better as it was 24hrs. and right down the street from me. It was also cleaner as far as the bathrooms go.

This store is always clean. Always courteous. Always quick even when busy.

My favorite last minute stop for flowers! As a floral designer, emergencies happen where you need an extra bunch of certain flowers and most likely Ralphs can get me out of trouble! Great quality too!

I love shopping at Ralphs because of a lot of products on sale that I need. Also I like the mega sale, great savings all the time.

Ralphs is the best grocery store, best fruits and vegetables, ice creams. Always has the best of everything. I just would like their prices to be lower.

The bathroom is in the back of the store just left of center. This seems like a nicer than average Ralphs but I pretty much just walked in and out.

I’m really digging the new look but despite their best efforts this is still the ghetto Ralphs. I mean there was a stabbing over a parking space here recently! It lies right on the border of Harbor Gate and Torrance so you get an odd mix of patrons. The employees range from unfriendly to just plain rude. However the store is pretty clean and large. They have a bigger and better selection of products than any other grocery store I have been to.

It was great until I found green cheddar cheese at the salad bar. So need for salad today thank you :)

This is my favorite grocery store mainly because all the employees are super friendly, helpful and professional. They always greet you in the isles while they are restocking, or while walking by and of course at the checkout areas.

Standard grocery store experience, with several other services inside, such as Starbucks, banking, florist and deli. Attendants and cashiers are average. Lunchtime sandwiches and other food selections are particularly good.

It saddens me to have to leave a one star rating but this is due to tworecent unpleasant experiences encountered. I recently moved to California about 5 Mo(s) ago and shopped at Ralphs on/off. Normally, I shop with my backpack and have been quite some time with no problems (until recently). Never have I given them a reason to suspect me of stealing and have always paid for my groceries. Its absurd. After having shopped at Ralph(s) for 5 months, they told me all backpacks must be left upfront. I asked when was this enforced? One employee said: recently, another said: It have always been this way, Yeah right. A few days before, I had the feeling I was being followed by a security guard before the incident(a big black woman) To confirm this, I asked my male friend (who happens to be white) if they ever asked him to leave his backpack up front...........he said No. He confirmed what I already knew. Expect to be racially profiled if you are a minority.The second incident occurred at Checkout. After dismissing the bad experience I encountered, I still choose to spend my hard earned cash at this racist store. When I began checking out.........I asked the checkout lady did you charge me twice for the Potatoe Wedges?. She replies: what do you see. Wow, in disbelief. Im not the one to make a scene so I just continued at checkout but now looking to purchase my groceries online. Please note, this is my HONEST shopping experience at this Ralphs location and there were no hate when writing this review.I usually shop online for groceries. I was persuaded and recommended to shop at Ralphs by a Friend but these experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth about Ralph and now hesitant to shop here. I am in the process of getting a vehicle so that I may shop at other grocery stores instead of Ralphs. There are times when I may need an item only the nearest Ralph store have but hopefully after the purchase of my car this will no longer be the case

Honestly, I have been to better Ralph’s. The store itself is big and clean, obviously it is managed by serious people as Ralph’s places usually are, but the people who work here just don’t want to be here. They seem like they rather be anywhere else except from working.

I only went in here to use the restroom. I did get to browse the frozen food section and was amazed at the weigh your own frozen foods out section. Im not big on frozen but I will be back to check some of these things out.

I went with Grandma Pagnano and had a great grocery shopping experience.

They have a limited selection of vegan and alergen free items, but they are all grouped together so its at least all easy to find. One fridge in the dairy section and 1 freezer in the bakery

Produce is above average. Parking sufficient and relatively easy to enter/exit.

Their meat, and produce departments are amazing. Also the have a huge selection of fresh sushi.

I like this Ralphs better than some of the others nearby because the cashiers are very quick.
