The staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable but the supply chain issues are impacting the inventory.

Good paint but comes with customer experience irritants:A. You dont interact directly with the person who mixes your custom paint, creating an avenue for communication errors. Instead, you show the cashier your paint formula, and hope they type it in correctly; they dont even swivel the monitor around to ask you to verify it was typed in correctly.B. On 5/28, I couldnt just buy a quart, had to buy a full gallon, for $61. Ive never experienced that anywhere else. Its more than a bit odd, its customer unfriendly.If the prior paint we used werent from here, Id go elsewhere; its the only reason Ive come back. At this point, its no longer a compelling reason.

As a painter and every week client this sator has Really bad costumer service . They dont help you look for material you ask for . And they just simply say we dont have it even though they doo. Try to go tho a different store. Dont waste your time in this facility Thansk.

One of my favorite Dunn-Edwards store. The staff is great and always cordial and helpful. Francis is one of the best tinters around. He can match any color anytime, anywhere.

Primarily for contractors but open to the public. Highest quality paint. Some colors/types are minimum gallon size. Excellent service.

I like the products and the store is well attended but I don’t understand how can they close the store the day before New Years, this delay my schedule. As a painter contractors working with client’s that need the jobs done I have to buy all the materials for this new construction job in an other provider. Benjamin More.

Michelle Evelyn has been gone (she is now at Ganahl Lumber Torrance) from this location for a while. I found her here as a color consultant (service they provide) and it was the reason I kept going. I am glad I kept in contact and continue to consult with her at Ganahl regarding my paint choices and paint quality/materials/products. This was a huge loss for DunnEdwards. The service she provides is amazing. My mother in law consulted with another DunnEdwards color consultant (different location) and she actually drove out to see Michelle, that’s how gifted and personable she is and how impressive her color choices are. I have since moved myself and drive 60 miles to work with her. I gave 3 stars as Michelle is no longer at this location and I do not want to be negative towards the staff. Michelle gets 5+ stars!

Horrible customer service! Terrible. My wife and I were in here for 25 minutes looking at all the color swatches to find the perfect paint for our newly remodeled home. Interior/Exterior and garage. No other customers were in the store and not a single employee came by to ask us if we needed help. In fact, the one guy that was at the register went to the back room and disappeared. Needless to say, we did not find the perfect paint here. 👎👎👎
