I needed an expandable bed frame quickly, left a message, and received a call-back from Jay very promptly, that he was pretty sure he had what I needed, wasn’t able to get back to the store until the next morning, and would call me at 10am. He did, he had just what I needed, price was half of what I would have paid. Sent our son over to pick it up, Jay walked him through the set up, and any expansion we needed, checked to make sure all the expansion pieces were in the box, and helped load into the car. Fabulous customer service (which makes all the difference) and amazing prices. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for being so responsive, Jay.

WOW... This guy just doesnt do what he says... I mean you usually give people the benefit of the doubt but when you have to call and call and call just to get a time to meet and then when you finally get to the store to look at the mattresses and then you have to wait another 2 weeks to get the mattress you want... Its just to much! It was a total of 5 weeks from the first phone call to this guy until he could actually get a mattress to me that I liked. His prices were ok but I just didnt feel comfortable dealing with this guy...
