My whole experience at Mattress Firm was perfect. James and Cynthia were very helpful and friendly. We found the mattress that was right for us quickly and I was given a very good discount. I needed the mattress asap, and it was shipped the next morning at 9:30. The delivery was also great. The delivery man carried the mattress exactly to where I needed it, and it was a little bit of a distance. So far, very pleased with Mattress Firm!

Service at the store was great, but they failed to give me the 2-hour delivery window from 6-8:00 pm the previous day. When I texted to ask for it, it came 3 minutes before the delivery. Products were just what I ordered and the delivery guys were top notch and COVID-safe.

Our sales rep was Tom Sullivan; he was fantastic, very helpful, and mindful of what information we shared with him, to aide in our selection. Sales reps in my experience don’t know theres a volume button as it applies to the amount of “pressure” they exude - Tom came across like a friend rather than an employee - great experience.

Salesman was very friendly and had a great time speaking with him! Returning to mattress firm after a defect in my previous mattress purchased 3 years ago. Warranty claim was finally accepted after the 3rd attempt of submitting the claim. Just be aware there alot of stipulations and rules that come with a warranty claim including a mandatory delivery fee ($99) and no negotiating allowed. However, the store was great and we went through everything, giving me a lot of their time.

Delivery was during an ice storm and Melville, Adolph, and Audley did a clean and efficient delivery. Had a tricky hallway, but they managed to get the delivery and set up perfectly.

So we came here from another mattress store looking for a king size bed. Jim was very respectful, professional and relatable. He is a dog lover like us and that made us even more comfortable with him. He respected our budget and guided us to the bed we bought. He explained the whole procedure to get the bed. Worked with James at first for the most comfort, they were so patient finding the right bed for my boyfriend and I to agree on. To find out we got a split king adjustable bed and found out the twin sheets weren’t to our expectations so we got a memory foam topper to make it a full king again. The sheets were useless to this point and needed king sheets we called and they said the sheets weren’t returnable but Jacob did everything he could and couldn’t return them but could offer a king sheet for free a 80$ value today they went up and beyond my expectations and would suggest to stop by there first got and unbelievable deal even the sales man was shocked but once again go there before you go elsewhere!
