I worked with Lisa for getting my glasses after my check up, and she was absolutely wonderful. Especially as a trans man, it is always nice to know that people are understanding and friendly to the LGBTQ+ community. I am also socially awkward and felt comfortable and listened to the whole experience. 10/10 Recommend! Thank you for doing such a good job, Lisa. 💙

Personally havent had a bad experience. The lady with short blonde hair who helps you pick out glasses is very nice. Sometimes theres a long wait, but its a doctors office so what do you expect.

Dr. Stanley was extremely thorough and always pleasant. Very impressive updated diagnostic equipment. Prices vary depending on what frames you purchase. Staff we found very outgoing. The Wife and I will continue to remain faithful patients. Keep up the Great work!

Bought new glasses, Dec 2016...went back twice and optician adjusted the frames. Still could not see clearly through bifocals which is important for my job as a Postal Delivery Associate; demanded to see Ophthalmologist. Dr. wrote new prescription...script sent out, came back and after inspection, sent back to redo...came back wrong again and had to wait until remodel to pick up...waited another month...got no phone call that my new glasses were in...was promised a gift card or something similar since It took nearly 4 months to get my prescription correct...Nothing received as of this writing.

Quick in and out. Bought contacts, price was competitive. Dr. Stanley has been great for years.

My loved one was recently seeking care here & I am appalled at the audacity of the ophthalmologist visiting from Waterbury. Very rude & condescending. The wait time was 45 minutes & one would think a dr would be professional, maybe even polite but not her. Or that maybe the dr would check the patient chart? Nope she didn’t do that either.I’m assuming at this point they are desperate & allow her to continue her employment, since the wait time for a follow-up is booked months out.I, myself have never had an issue before going here for exams or glasses. But I know I will not be going back & neither should you unless you’re ready to be offended just to receive “care” from a dr that lacks decorum.

Had a problem with insurance, inaccurate records. My family has been seeing Dr. Rodier for quite some time. Desk was shorthanded, as well as when asking about previous appts, records were definitely inaccurate.When we requested our records to go elsewhere due to the poor experience recently, I was told I had never gone there. That is quite confusing since I had an eye emergency under my previous employer a few years back, and I also had prescription glasses I purchased, as well as an eye exam-which was not that long ago. When the desk was asked by my wife about why our health records were so inaccurate, she was laughed at. Very confused why they have inaccurate health records for not just me but my entire family. Glad my wife kept all of our documents as proof that we have kept up our eye exams....Taking our business elsewhere and not going back. By the looks of these other reviews, their customer service has definitely gone down hill.

Had a problem with my insurance and was trying to explain to them that by time I went to my appointment my insurance would show it was valid. She said it shows you dont have insurance. Im canceling your appointment. Call back when you have insurance and hung up on me. I will never be going back...so rude

Long wait times, high prices, and low quality frames. On top of that theyve messed up the prescription for both me and other members of my family.

Very bad customer service. I was standing at counter for 10 mins with 4 people behind the counter and not one person acknowledge me until I spoke up. Sorry but even if you are busy at least acknowledge a person standing there.

Called yesterday, Left a message for them to call me back- never did. Went inside to order my contact lenses, they needed doctors approval for the brand of contact, and of course he wasnt in. I just called today, got the answering service, and got disconnectedSo angry right now, all I want to do is order contact lenses, this process is so much harder than it has to beThey told me to call back at 9:00- I am a teacher, I work 9-3:45, then tutor 4:00-6:30, so how am I supposed to ever get a hold of them?

Been waiting on the right contacts for over a month. Doctor failed to place my contact order twice. The receptionist failed to place it once, so here i am two weeks after my visit and my contacts are yet to be ordered. Save your self the time and headache.
