I had a very bothersome eye infection and even as a first time patient they got me in the same day! I was very grateful for that. :) The staff is very efficient and friendly and Dr Sirignano took his time with me being very thorough. He diagnosed me correctly, which my MD did Not and got me on the proper meds. Feeling much better. Thank you Dr Sirignano!

Great office. Very thorough and accommodating staff from front to back. Ive never had a bad experience with the office and theyve kept patient care and safety at the forefront through a very difficult time.Dr. Sirignano is great and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in the greater Torrington area. Easy choice to continue seeing him despite moving about 40 minutes away. Excellent care!

Terrible, I waited like 3 months for an appointment, my appointment is at 7:30, I am there early. I go to the door, locked. Paper was knock twice and they will come get you, well I am disabled and can not stand by the door in 27* weather. Went back to my car. Sat and waited in my car for over a half hour. While waiting I am nonstop calling the doctor on call, 15 times and he doesn’t answer. No answer from phone door and I left because I was done waiting. It was a very early appointment and was a lot of work for me to get ready for then drive to, and I still don’t have glasses that work.I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Today was the first time I have been to the eye doctor in a long time, I visited this practice because my fiance had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and ready to answer any questions. I dont have insurance so the woman in the office was very up front about cost. My fiance and I were well prepared to pay when I showed up for my appointment. From the looks they have a lot of glasses to choose from, although I did not pick glasses from them today. For my exam I felt the doctor was thorough and informative, not dismissive to any of my concerns. Ill be going here for all my future eye needs, very happy we picked them.

I had gone to Torrington Eyecare for the past 10 years as my eye doctor. I never had an issue with this office until recently. My yearly eye exam was rescheduled and cancelled 3 times. I understand the office needs to take precaution because of COVID, but I was able to get a new eye doctor and an appointment within a week of inquiring with a new eye doctor. Torrington Eyecare has you waiting a minimum of a month or more if you have to reschedule your appointment for whatever reason. They are also claiming that I had purchased eyeglasses through my insurance, which I never did because I buy my eyeglasses online, and the front desk gave me a hard time trying to resolve this issue today. Now, I have to submit a fraud claim through my insurance to get this issue resolved. It just goes to show that all Torrington Eyecare cares about is your money because also if you miss your appointment by accident or didn’t give 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment... guess what? You get charged up to 3 appointments you miss before you are banned from their office.

Great experience. The office has a lot of modern equipment that I havent seen in other offices. Everyone in the office is super friendly, the doctor took his time to explain things to me, and I didnt feel rushed.

Very happy with service, quality of care, and attention to detail from this office. Staff is very friendly and the equipment is state of the art. I highly recommend Dr Sirignano as he makes you feel part of his family and will keep your eyes healthy.

Fantastic practice, highly recommend!! I have been going to Dr Sirignano for several years trust him & his staff completely. We will be taking our daughter there in a few years as well when she is due to start getting regular checkups.

I had an annual eye appointment and also needed to order new lenses and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Sirignano took the time to answer any questions I had and he also noticed something different from my past history and rechecked the test to make sure it was correct. Everything from scheduling the appointment to ordering replacement contact lenses went really well. Highly recommended.

Their staff is super helpful, scheduling is easy and everyone (doctor included) was great with my two kids (4 and 8 years old). Perfect place for the whole family!

Great staff and dr. Unfortunetly I didnt get my fitting done before the CoVid 19 lockdown and am now having a hard time reaching the office. I understand the situation but a return call from the office would really be greatly appreciated so I could get an idea of when my fitting could be done,otherwise I really liked the Dr and staff.

The office staff doesnt know what they are doing. They charge us for a visit stating we arent covered. When we provided them our coverage information and called. They refused to refund us the money when we provided proof.They state they cant void a transaction after its done. Which is a total lie! All card machines have a void option!!!! Since the old manager retired, this office has gone down hill.They just lost a family of 7.

Went to make an appointment as an asap Eye Exam. New Patient and they wanted to confirm insurance before making appointment. Gave all info waited for a call back so a new eye exam could be booked ASAP. And when the girl called me back told me that insurance was confirmed but the name could be added to a waiting list!! How long for your first exam I ask? She says pretty long.... Very unethical and a waste of time. I KNOW I have insurance. But I explained needed an appointment ASAP and to not be notified of a waiting list prior to wasting my time?!!! would not recommend this Eyecare to anyone based on this experience
