Carry a wide variety. Dont always have everything I like buy you cant expect any store to. Very clean, neat, and organized. Easy in snd out.

Great Meat Department! Great Produce! Not so great everyday prices.

Quality of food especially meats and seafood and in store fruits and vegetables as well as bakery is usually good to high. Staff busy but can be very helpful. Japanese specialty corner is worth a try. It seems to me the folks who run this place could stand to hire some additional staff to improve shopping experience and service.

The Torrington store is always clean, neat, and well stocked. The store associates are very helpful and courteous. The folks working there during this pandemic are heroes in my eyes.

It is a typical grocery store, I didnt have anything that I could consider amazing as far as my experience went. But most of the employees are generally helpful and put off decent vibes.Will do business there again.

With the interior renovation complete. The place is of beauty. The vegetables and fruits departments are artistic in scope. Huge bins of fresh vegetables waiting for customers to bring them home. Good placement of other goods throughout the store, such as vinegars and oils. Easing grocery access to the masses. Ive always enjoyed shopping at Market 32 more so than ever.

Its your typical Market32/PriceChopper grocery store. Similar to BigY. The selection of items are good and fresh, but the prices are up there, unless youre just shopping the sales. Theyre handicap accessible and offer self-checkout. The plaza that theyre located in is safe and usually doesnt have any riff raff like the downtown Torrington plazas have.

Food Bargain of the Day!We were in Torrington visiting my mother in law and we stopped by Market 32 and decided to eat inside.Got this huge #cobbsalad to share for $10 bucks and shared some wings because I was craving some saucy, chickeny 🐔, goodness.Great value, great food, and #LEFTOVERS !This is a nice fancy Price Chopper. Like the whole foods of Price Chopper.

Their pre-made meals in the deli are delicious!!

Market 32 has a very good variety of fresh meat, seafood and we just love the butcher counter. However, the seafood department has a terrific variety of fresh cooked dinners to choose from. If you love onion rings, they have the best in the area. The seafood employees go out of their way to make your meals as nice as they can. Everything is very yummy. Dont be afraid to try them!!!

I always find what I need here at a great price and returning cans and bottles is a breeze. They always have someone at customer service and outside for can returns. Super friendly and if you need to find something anyone will help! Only recommendation is to get a savings card because they always have great deals for card holders.

The snobby price chopper? Lmao it has everything you need and a great bakery/butcher/deli/seafood. Other than that you get the same every where else .....

Great upgrade on this Price Chopper to their Market line now. Aesthetically on the higher end. Great meat department, fresh fish, produce and a hot take-out bar with a variety of flavored wings. Friendly workers.Today, customer service was fair enough to give me two twelve pack cartons of club soda when I told them wed only bought two the other day, not knowing four had to be bought to get the sale price. ( i.e. we paid ten and should have received four twelve packs according to the flyer.)

This is the 2nd time this month I was snapped at by a front end manager when asking for service! I understand everyone is stressed out but I spend a lot of money Shopping in this store and don’t appreciate the rudeness of your front end managers! Word of mouth is everything and others heard her being rude!!!

Amazing store

Staff is always helpful when I cant find something. Theres a woman with short hair and glasses who often works the self checkout and she is wonderful. My only complaint is you clearly do not train your baggers at all. Multiple times I have had them bag RAW MEAT or cleaning chemicals with deli items or other ready to eat foods. Thats a good way to give your customers food poisoning.

This a very upscale store without the high prices. Its actually enjoyable to shop here. They have any service or food you can think of.

One of my favorite stores. Huge selection of items and very upscale store. Flowers are also worth the buy (ours lasted 3 weeks). Also, great prepared food section.

Clean and well lit aisles with well stocked shelves. The prices are fair and sales are well placed within the store. Most imprtantly, their produce section is goals. Its by far my favorite area, it always inspires me to cook! If you havent been, go check it out, theyre even open late!

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful store, friendly staff, and the prices are fair. Everyone working there seemed happy to he there, and to offer help. The butcher was very kind and helped me get the right amount of meat for my holiday celebration. Had a taste of some stromboli and had to get some for lunch. Ill definitely be back!

What was not impressed. It is a very pretty store looks very nice very well kept up. But the prices are high I would not pay $2 for one muffin Brandy buddy also I went to try and find a certain item in the meat department and got past off to an off-duty lady who tried her best to help me with incorrect information. The gentleman in the meat department seem to be too busy loading the meat. I went to the meat counter as I decided to try one of the two marinades they had and there was nobody at the counter to wait on me nor did anybody come out so I left the store without anything I went for I will get it somewhere else. Really not impressed Market 32

All areas of Market 32 are wonderful and filled with friendly staff except seafood! I waited and waited for my phone order, the staff member would choose to take everyone’s order but mine, a few people explained to him I was there first. He didn’t care and made rude comments. Not impressed, my 4 steamed lobsters were cold and he hesitated to give me them.

This supermarket (Market 32 in Torrington CT) is clean and stocked with a great variety of products. It is a pity that some of the young girls/attendants at the self check out machines (not the cashiers at the registers) are not geared towards showing great customer service. Today a self check out attendant yelled at me when the UPC of the product I was scanning did not scan. Apparently trying to scan it a second time made her very upset!?!? EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE AFFECTS CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR, I told her to stay away from me and asked to speak to the Manager. The Assistant Manager J.D. approached me with this mocking smile that made me thing I would be talking to a wall. In a matter of speaking, my patronage at the store paid these peoples salary. While standing there I got to the conclusion that they have no vested interested in the success or failure of their establishments. I have been shopping at Price Chopper for a number of years. This is a new wave of behavior which I do not need to be subjected to. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are just around the corner.

Awesome staff and tons of different products and companies. I love shopping here with my two young daughters there are always samples and if we make it to the bakery (which we usually do) the girls always ask for cookies and the staff always has some on hand. All around great place to shop.

The store is dirty and unorganized. The staff is not helpful or friendly and they way overpriced.

Every time I shop here I find that a product I like is no longer available and is replaced by their store brand. The other day I waited in line at the deli and heard the clerk tell another customer buying the McKenzie turkey breast I buy twice a week that it is being discontinued because it is not popular. Seriously? Every time I go to buy it someone else is always getting it too so I find that hard to believe. Looks like they will continue to carry it in other states but not CT - apparently Dietz and Watson has the monopoly on CT. I give up - I am doing the bulk of my shopping now at the Big Y - if I am going to pay high prices comparable to Market32 then I may as well get a wonderful selection of QUALITY products.

Always the best experience there! I just have 2 suggestions.. Change price chopper in Great Barrington mass like this one and keep the Shirley Temple sodas in stock.

This is one of my favorite stores to grocery shop at. The prices are reasonable and they always have BOGO sales! The employees are friendly which always makes an impression on me.

Love this store

This store is an absolute pleasure to shop in. It is sparkling clean, its employees are personable, professional and more than willing to help you find something. They actually drop what theyre doing and walk with you to locate what youre looking for! I have not had to return one item for lack of freshness or because it was bad or went bad in 1 or 2 days. I gave up shopping anywhere else and believe anyone who goes there just once will do the same.

The re-vamped store is awesome compared to what it was! But, the real draw is a gentleman who goes by the name of Mack in the Meat Department. Super friendly, always a smile and quick to lend you a hand with any of your needs! Market 32 is not the closest grocery store to me but i take the ride and go there just because of him! A grocery store is nothing without customer service and Mack sets an excellent example of that.

Absolutely LOVE this store. I live on the other end of town and Ill gladly drive across town and back just to go to a decent grocery store 😍💗 plus if you play Pokemon theyve got a pokèstop AND a Starbucks ☕

Great upscale supermarket. They have a variety of departments all including artisanal style products. The deli and bakery are of the best in my opinion although meat, fish, produce and grocery are good too. The prices are a little higher then your average discount market so if thrift is an mindset you will have to hunt for the bargains. Overall the choice market in Torrington to shop at.

I ordered flowers from them for a sick friends birthday. There was a mix-up with a new employee, so they didnt get there on time. When I notified them, they corrected the mistake by sending the most beautiful bouquet Ive ever seen, totally delighting my friend, and not charging me a penny. Please use this florist! Hard to find good businesses like these folks today. Ill be purchasing from them again

Great variety. Pizza and hot food selections are great! One negative - saw a lady throw away an entire pizza and replace it with the same pizza. I hate to see waste. Hope there is another option...

Best grocer in town. Their pre-prepped food is also amazing. Their sushi is better than even the sushi bar in town, and their brisket and ribs are excellent. Even their pizza is pretty good. Definitely get thejir card so you can start racking up points toward gas for your car.

Very Clean, Great Prepared Food Section. Prices in the actual supermarket are pretty high though.

Upgrade to Market32 has made this a much better store with better choices! Prices are usually better than comparable supermarkets (but not everywhere) selection is the biggest improvement.

Blows Stop And Shop away in every area. Best meat department Ive seen yet. Customer service desk help were a little lacking in smiles and enthusiasm but we all do at times. A+

Great sales this week buy 1 get 1 or buy 1get 2 free, $1.88 Ritz crackers each box when you buy 3 or more crackerbarrel cheese b1g1 . So many sales to help get stock up for the holidays and everyday.

Beautiful inside, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Id have to be dying of starvation to buy anything that was not on sale there. And even most of the sales are insanely priced.
