This place is fabulous! They will find your return through your Amazon app when you couldn’t find it if you tried so helpful, trip after trip, and I am a frequent Amazon buyer

Like this location better than the Canton location. Some seriously rude staff and management at Canton

Love this place! My husband and I call it “the one stop shop”. We’ve dropped off several packages, cashed our paychecks, gotten documents notarized and had passport photos taken and there’s many other services they offer as well! I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences with this store. The store is clean and covid safe, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need with a smile on his face. Highly recommend!

This store is FANTASTIC! The staff are all super friendly and so helpful. My boyfriend and I went in a couple times after Christmas with MANY boxes to return and exchange and everyone there made what I figured would be a stressful experience, not stressful. I will absolutely be back! Thanks!

Ive been back several times and it appears that either the owner took my advice and is letting his staff do their job.Which they are amazing at.Or he sold and moved on.Either way this place has turned the corner and is becoming what a UPS store should be and how a bussiness is supposed to operate.Well done. Staff is awesome, always helpful and very knowledgeable.Returns to Amazon are a breeze. Unless this place catches on and gets super busy The staff will have you out the door in 2 minutes flat and youll be a happy customer.Great service couldnt praise the turn around enough!¡!

Torrington UPS store is fantastic! I needed to overnight some ins docs. The staff was very friendly while they personalized their service to my particular needs. Their help was VERY much appreciated! THnx again!!!

Wonderfully helpful young lady, Harmony, is her name. She explained everything about returning a cable box and went so far as to tell me exactly where she was located and also told me the snow was accumulating and gave me other hours of operation if I couldnt drive in the snow.

Really poor experience - would give lower if I could. Lost my bag with all of my babys clothing. Offered me $100 if I submitted a claim and blamed me for not buying insurance even though I paid them $80 to ship the bag. Blamed UPS since they were just a store and didnt have any drivers or warehouse workers. Not apologetic or understanding, just robotic in explaining UPS policies without any viable solutions.

Owner is a really nice guy. helped me return a package that wasnt even paid to be shipped at his store. Seller mix up from Amazon. The staff is also always polite and helpful whenever Im shipping something. Also its not legal to notarize something if the person isnt present so giving a 1 star review for that is rude and uncalled for.

There are certain people that do notarization here who seem to have a hard time understanding the english language. Save your time and go somewhere else if you need something notarized.

The owner Eddy is always so funny and kind. The whole staff is very patient and helpful.

I live in Watertown, I can go to Prospect where the UPS store is on a main road and easy to get to with great parking, or I can go to this UPS that is in town, hard to get to and parking is awful. I would go back to this location lousy parking and in town doesnt matter. I had some items I just needed packed for shipment with other than UPS, they did a great job at a reasonable price without a single complaint about not shipping the item UPS.

Wow! This store is a hidden GEM! The staff was VERY helpful with an Amazon return, just really friendly and their store is immaculate! They have a number of items that you forgot you needed, LOL. PLUS.... there is a Puerto Rican Bakery (Rosa Vega) next door that completes the trip. Empanadas to die for, plus tender chicken that falls off the bone!
