My wife and I had a very positive experience with Family Wholesale Kitchen & Baths. After they sent someone out to take measurements of our kitchen, we sat down with one of their Designers, Enrique. He showed us the different types and styles of cabinets and how they would fit and look in our kitchen. He did a great job of explaining the benefits and limitations of the different styles and how that would affect what options we’d be able to have. Once we decided on what we wanted, the cabinets were ordered and a delivery and installation date were set.The head installer, Eddie, came with his installation crew. They really knew what they were doing and had no problem working through any of the problems you inevitably encounter when doing this kind of work. I was really impressed with how careful they were with the new cabinets. They really treated everything with care. I’ve seen other people spend a lot of money only to end up with scuffed up cabinets because the installers weren’t careful. Once complete, they left the kitchen clean. They thoroughly vacuumed the area, not leaving a mess behind.From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. They met the expectations that they set. They were able to confidently deal with any speed bumps that arose, and they left us with a great finished product. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The team arrived on time, were professional and quick. After telling many of my friends that this team stated they would finish installing my kitchen cabinets in one day, they laughed. That evening I sent them the pics and they were blown away! Prices are reasonable and they out bid 6 other companies. When I discovered an issue with one of the electrical outlets they put in, they wrote me back immediately and quickly returned to repair it. David from family kitchen provided detailed information for remodeling kitchen. He had good knowledge of kitchen redesign. Contarctor Eddie and his crew from Guilliani brothers are very professional. They finished their work in time. Bigman Victor did quality work for cabinets and tile installation. I recommend family kitchen and Guilliani Brothers.

While everyone I encountered in the store wasFriendly and helpful, Enrique was knowledgeable and I thought finalizing and ordering my cabinets would be a breeze. I had to call twice and email to get my quote, had some follow up questions which were never answered. A week went by without any return calls or emails. I moved on to a better rated company on Route 23.

Many of our cabinets (Fabuwood brand) came cracked, damaged, chipped, etc. We ordered early to make sure they were received by install, but one of the damaged cabinets that needed to be fully replaced was backordered and will be late. We spent a lot of money on the cabinets and were very disappointed of the damaged condition they arrived in. The designer was very unresponsive and seemed uninterested in our job - often emails and calls would remain unanswered. The woman working to help us replace the damaged items has been great, although I wish we did not have to have so many items replaced. Our lazy susan was left on the truck and not originally delivered until I called about it being missing a week later - no one from Family Wholesale bothered to call me when they found it in the truck after our delivery. Hardware was not included in delivery.

If you’re looking for great customer service, this is not the place for you!!! There’s always an excuse as to why something wasn’t done and they will not return your call…I’m still waiting for the work to be completed at my home, yet they’ve already cashed my check. I would have paid thousands more for better customer service.

The staff at Family Wholesale Kitchens & Bath was quite responsive and professional. They took the time to design the layout of my cabinets and touched upon all details of the design very effectively. The final product was impressive and exactly as they had designed and laid out. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone on their next kitchen and bath project.

Would have given 5 but I was called at last minute to push back my appointment and I still waited even after my rescheduled time. Aside from that David my designer was incredible. Within 15 min from the beginning of our conversation I had a full design with quote and 3D layout of the kitchen in hand. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to direct me with the best manufacturer for the options I wanted. Would definitely recommend getting your kitchen design through them.

Mixed experience. My wife would leave 0 stars because for her the buck stops at customer service. I however try to look at the whole picture and judge based off the entire experience. That said I wouldnt personally recommend this to first time cabinet buyers. Customer service was below average from almost the beginning through the end. Prices are great and the design staff is helpful but they are busy and can take a while to respond. If you know what you want and are looking for a great price you cant go wrong. I would recommend asking for David to help with designs and Eddie and his team did a great job installing cabinets.I do feel the two star rating is low based on my experience but I also feel as though 3 stars would be too high based on the level of customer service I received. However, now that I know a little more about cabinets I can say that I would also be willing to be a repeat customer in the future.

Love the new kitchen installation. The galaxy frost we went with came out flawlessly and it matches perfectly with how we wanted it to look like. The designer, David, did a great job and so did the installation team. 10/10 would recommend.

Ashley was the designer I worked with and she was quick, accommodating, and delivered a design that provided me with more storage and counter space than I thought possible. Installation was precise and beautifully done. I’m so glad to cook again!

Work began Nov. 5, 2020 and completed Dec. 14, 2020. Euddy is easy to work with, wants to please customer. His team was generally punctual, and easy to have in your home. Always wore PPE. Our finished kitchen and floors represent very nice workmanship! The quality of tile installation is the best we have seen. The only area of opportunity is better coordination with the counter-top provider as we lost five days in schedule waiting for measurement.

I remodeled my kitchen in Nov-Dec 2020. This team was professional, reliable and did amazing work. They always wore their PPE (mask). The team was responsive to my concerns and questions. I would hire them again on any different project and would recommend them to everyone. Truly exceptional team performing exceptional work.

After 4 other kitchen places, we choose FWK&B for the great design services (Hi Dave!) and the competitive prices. They offer in-house cabinet installation services (we didnt use them though) and general construction. Right now (Aug 20) they are very overwhelmed with lots of business which may slow some home projects. They accommodated us with storage of our cabinets when we could not take delivery.

We recommend Family Wholesale Kitchen & Bath wholeheartedly to anyone thinking of installing new kitchen cabinets, all we needed were the overall dimensions of our kitchen, and Enrique, did the design and renderings before our eyes, he gave us a preliminary layout and estimate to take home and compare prices with the competitors, we accepted their proposal and the cabinets arrived within the estimated time.we made the colossal mistake of hiring a separated contractor to install them, only to fire him after 2 days and bring the cabinet installers from Family Wholesale, they were amazing to watch putting the whole assembly of cabinets together, really expert, skilled cabinetmakers and efficient workers. It was a huge relief to know that our investment was being installed by professionals who knew their craft. Warning:: Had a kitchen done once with them in 2015. Was so easy so nice to deal with. I am in complete shock with the lack of customer service. Corrine needs some training on who she works for and how to talk to customers. I guess they will not get my business again. When I voiced my concerns about why I havent gotten my estimate when it was promised days ago? her answer was, I am just the receptionist and my response was so who can I speak with? She said She might be in tomorrow and she issssss?????? I think Linda she may have mumbled. Very frustrating when you want to spend thousands of dollars.

We just had a new kitchen installed by Eddie and his crew. They did the most amazing job and their attention to detail was fantastic. Very professional and they know what they are doing. We wouldnt go anywhere else and strongly recommend without hesitation.

Went with Family Wholesale to replace our existing cabinets, the process of 3D modeling was well done, so we could see what it would look at before we started. Cabinets were low cost and high quality. Installers were amazing, we had some plumbing, electrical work and a wall taken down to open the kitchen, they got the work done and the cabinets installed in 4 days, crew was professional and quality of work is stellar. All in all we have a brand new kitchen all done with Quartz counters in only a couple of weeks. I highly recommend using Family Wholesale, high quality, low cost, professional all around. I would use them again in an instant.

Great pricing and customer service! As a contractor, I have used these guys countless times both for my jobs and also my own home.

It took 6 weeks to get re-ordered cabinet doors. When they were installed, they did not match and had to be ordered again. They were more concerned with letting me know I had to pay before they would be delivered. Numerous times I asked if they were 3 matching doors and they insisted the order was correct, but obviously no one took the time to check. I am still waiting for the correct doors....the installer said sometime next week.Work was done finally and I was happy with completion.

I would like to tell you that it has been the best decision we’ve ever made. Family wholesale kitchen and bath in Totowa was amazing. Eddie and his crew were amazing getting ever part of the job done. We had all new flooring, cabinets, granite, backsplash, wine cooler, sink and moldings done. The kitchen from start to finish took 1 month which was the time line they gave us.There attention to detail was meticulous.Victor and his guys were also amazing. I do NOT recommend this company AT ALL. First and foremost, the communication from this company is unbelievable. If you try to contact them they do not answer. I contacted this company in June to redo my whole kitchen. In the beginning it was a great experience for my husband and I, they showed us the before and after and made all these promises they did not keep. They stated it would take anywhere from 2-3 weeks which was a lie. It is now Mid September and my kitchen is still NOT DONE. I now have to contact another company to finish the job they started because they do not answer my phone calls. I have attached a couple of photos of the poor job they did with my kitchen which I paid for in full. After I prepaid for everything that is when they started ignoring my phone calls, slacking on the job, and even not showing up to do the job for up to a week at a time. When you finally get through to the phone number on their website no one knows anything and they keep taking messages and not returning the call. Also, the workers from the Guilliani and Caba which home family wholesale sent to my home were disrespectful to my husband on various occasions. I now have to pay another company to come to my home and finish the job which they did not finish and it has been over 3 months!!!! -Dulce

In the past 3 years I have had two kitchen renovations with FWK&B. The first was a huge bi-level in Paramus & the exceptional kitchen helped me sell quickly. The second house in Parsippany, I went back to FWK&B. I did my due diligence and no other kitchen place came close to their quote. My first question--was Euddy still installing for them. Euddy & Victor are an IMPRESSIVE combo. In this 2nd house I asked for serious additional construction including a 300 sq ft tile floor using 24 x 48 porcelain tile. Euddy used a special system to keep tile level, no lippage and the floor is STUNNING! Using that base their fine work has given me an exceptionally beautiful and totally functional new kitchen and beyond. My advice, get your quotes from as many kitchen places you like. Get one from FWK&B. Once you have all your ideas listen to the FWK&B designers suggestions and listen maybe even more to Euddys. He creates new kitchens ongoing and offers expert advice on what his team can do plus he knows what is available to make everything coalesce into a STELLAR livable home.

The only positive thing I will say about Family Wholesale Kitchen and Bath in Totowa is that their prices are “okay.” Oh, and Dave the guy doing the imaging of the new kitchen does good work. Besides that, the service is horrendous. Once cabinets were installed, there were doors missing and they didn’t install the hardware. When I told Eddie, the owner, I don’t want to pay in full until the job is done, he said “we don’t do business like that. I will be there in 2 days to install the remaining doors and hardware.” I trusted him and paid in full. Took two weeks of following up before he said “I will be there Saturday morning.” I told him we had to leave the house by 4 PM to go to my moms birthday dinner. He showed up at 3:50 PM and made us late to dinner. Him and his workers are rude, unprofessional, and leave a mess behind. I would advise everyone to save yourself the stress and headache, and go with a professional company.

Wonderful product -- solid, good quality wood with top of the line self-closing hardware. Design drawings prepared for you during your initial meeting, and you are walked through the entire process, including how to shop for the countertop and the backsplash. I highly recommend this company. The only thing that surpassed my expectations was the installation crew! The product is only as good as it is installed, and this was done meticulously. The owner was consistently on the job site and involved. His lead man, an excellent tiler, and an artist, made sure that the job was run with accuracy, precision and in a timely manner. Attention to detail was unsurpassed, and they were emphatic about cleaning up at the end of each day. My installation had a few unexpected emergencies, and the team was quick to respond and capable to handle. They are a full-service installation company with expertise in construction, plumbing and electrical. (Electrician is an ace). I was confident that they had my interests at heart. They showed up when expected, and kept me informed every step of the way. They are very polite and respectful, even when asked to do any unexpected “extras”.

The people do a good job trying to fit us into the right kitchen

We bought some kitchen cabinets from this company and we had a terrible experience with them. First they have an add with a certain dollar amount which says it includes installation which turned out to be misleading and false. They said cabinets would be delivered one day and installed the next which also turned to be false. Cabinets were delivered one day and installed 5 days later. And one of the cabinets was the wrong one And we had to wait an extra day.. They gave us an invoice indicating the price of the whole package which as I said was supposed to include installation and when the contractor finishes installing them and we think every thing is over he tells us that we had to pay him $750.00 for the install which was totally devastating. I will never ever do business with Family Wholesale Kitchen and bath ever again. Their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired, They are rude and very arrogant. I advise anyone contemplating buying cabinets from them, not too unless you dont mind a bogus and misleading company. I urge anyone to look for an honest company that doesnt trick from beginning to end. They are horrendous. Also they work with a granite place and in they tell you that the granite is going to cost an amount which seemed reasonable and when you get there they give you an outrageous amount which was like 3 times higher than what Family Wholesale said it would be. One last thing I forgot to mention we bought 9 cabinets from them and they left all of the cardboards in which the cabinets came and when I called the guy about it he told me that there would be a fee for disposing of this, which is totally disgusting so I was left to dispose of all of the garbage that they wouldnt and didnt take. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company such as this one. Its all about MONEY for them. The hell with the paying customer!!!! The only one posting and advertising misleading information is your company!!!Anyone who reads this review should ask themselves if everything that this customer is writing is not true, why would he write such a bad review and for what reason. Had Family Kitchen renovate one of my apartment kitchens. The kitchen came out excellent and that cabinets are great quality! Will be back for my next kitchen for sure!
