Went here to get a new iPhone 12 since I cracked my phone. It was time for an upgrade anyway. Bryon helped me out and was super friendly. Everything went smoothly and I am loving my new phone. Will definitely come back to this store in the future!

At first I was skeptical of even going in, but Byron made our experience a great one! He helped us with our problem and more. He updated all of our phones. Byron gave us great service, he was patient, informative, knowledgeable and speedy, in and out in a couple of minutes with a new phone and 4 updated ones!! Thanks Byron. Keith went above and beyond to help and succeeded. The worst. I was told I was next on the list. I waited 45 minutes and was told I was next on the list.How much longer will they be in business treating someone like this waiting to buy a $2000 phone?

DeAndre was a wonderful helper and employee. He was knowledgeable and explained all of my options. He was capable of saving a lot of money on my plan and helped with an appropriate upgrade and saved me a lot of money. DeAndre did not try to over sale me or offer unnecessary accessories. I was pleased with my interaction with him.

Im trying to return one old phone to Sprint that my family doesnt need anymore. After the Willowbrook Mall kiosk was unable to provide any customer service, they sent us here. At this store, we were told we still couldnt return the phone because the account holder has to personally return it. We were told the account owner could return it at any store if there was one closer to home, but that associate was a blockhead and this was just plain wrong. First, the Clifton location denied my dad (the account holder) the ability to return the old phone, because theyre not corporate owned. Then, after driving from Clifton back to the Totowa location, the associates said they simply couldnt take the phone back in a store period. It has to be returned through an official return kit sent by Sprint. They have absolutely no real customer service at any Sprint location, and even the corporate customer service team was cryptic and confusing when requesting for this return kit. Consider that before you do business with Sprint in general.We just received the corporate return kit so Im posting photos to show the laughably dragged out process Sprint wants you to go through to give them back any old phones. I know firsthand how easy it is to return a phone to Verizon and T-Mobile. This process seems designed to push customers into buying phones that would otherwise be eligible for upgrade.

Jamie was incredibly helpful. Part of my family was in an other state and we had to switch from sprint to t-mobile. Jamie made everything easy for us and switched our phones and lines before the ink was dry. Excellent Customer Service.

Byron was super patient after dealing with my gf and her phone for legit 7 hrs today. Remained cool calm and collected the whole time and made sure she left happy. He was awesome today, great customer service skills.

I have been to this T-Mobile location multiple times. Every time I go there I am greeted and helped with outstanding over the top service. I am not very tech savvy and the staff is always patient and they always resolve why I visited the store. Today I went there because I accidentally deleted a very sentimental photo with my kids and me. Mike took the time to find it for me. I am so grateful to him. THANK YOU to ALL the staff members at the Totowa T-Mobile for ALWAYS going the extra mile, being very patient, and for resolving all my phone issues. I gave you 5 stars because thats the highest score, but I feel you deserve higher than 5 stars! Keep up the perfect job!

I have eight lines with T-Mobile, and apparently they do not appreciate my business. The worst T-Mobile location ever. They take your number down, they said they will call me back in a short time. Two hours later I am still waiting and no called me, so I called them and they did not pick up. I think I should move to AT&T, I heard they have better customer service.

Being a long time customer of Sprint, Two Decades Plus. Over the years, this store has gone through many different Representative, some were Rude, nor well trained. This present group of young professionals working there now, are the future of customers service, Grade A, they are courteous, follow up, provide excellent customer service. The Assistant Store Manager, Mr. Unique, should go far with the company. The staff goes above and beyond to Assist. I truly recommend this store.

Not a single one of the employees has any idea how to correctly do their jobs. They’re only working for commission. There is no possible way that a worse T-mobile store could exist, I’d recommend going to literally any other store before coming to this one no matter how much further it is away.

The service was spot-on. The rep there was extremely knowledgeable. He knew how to backup even some of my most quirkiest apps so that I lost no data. Loved the service. This was about approximately 2 years ago. Totally satisfied. And if the locations open I am going back today. 😁🙏

Was serviced by Wilson and Unique. I went in for one simple thing, spent over two hours in the store and they messed up my entire account. I had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service to get everything back to normal. They didn’t ever apologize and never returned any calls, even after saying they will “call me back.”

Amazing experience here in Totowa Tmobile. The staff is friendly and committed to keeping us all safe. They constantly clean and promote social distancing by signing me in and recommending that I wait in my car until they call me or come to my vehicle to get me from my car in case I dont answer. I will be returning as well as recommended others to visit this location. The manager Danny is the Best!

From the female employee who greeted me and who noted the issues I had with my phone, A10e, they were each very hospitable, courteous and professional -- the Assurion Technician, Jose and the Store Manager, Daniel. They each took time and explained things to me. There was even water to drink as well as I sat outside practicing Social Distancing! Even the other staff came and asked was I being helped, and had I been waiting long. I have never been treated so royally as by the staff in that store -- and its the norm for them!

Poor service! Felt very unwanted! Upset we upgraded 5 lines here in July and now I couldn’t even get a decent customer service! Writing a letter to Mike Sievert, CEO of T-Mobile immediately! Filed a claim for my screen to be told they don’t need it and I would have to pay in tier level prices to repair it. How is that possible and what’s the purpose of insurance if you have to replace the phone each time? Was told I could pay up to $300.. how? Assurion already quoted me the final price! Very unhappy! Looking to go to AT&T. If I am going to be robbed at least I know it upfront!

When for repair on my Galaxy 9. I waited about 30 min. I.was greeted by Greg.He was very informative. Answered all my question and then some. Great customer service skills. He also repaired my phone in a timely matter. 👍

This is worst place to do business, Salesman Mohamed lied, never gave mea copy of contract until we left and told us 30 days cancellation, NO CHARGE OR ANY CANCELLATION FEE if we are not satisfied. didnt get any WI-FI signal in car and all the calls drops when you are driving or every time you have to change wi-fi to data manually. I called T-Mobile within a week and 3rd week I cancel the service and now refusing to take phone back. T-Mobile customer service told me to cancel the service and I can return the phones to the store. Yesterday on Oct.24th went to T-mobile store and talked to Mark, Brianna and Daniel and refused to takes phone back.Im going call Better Business Bureau to file a complaint again this T-Mobile store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Requested a call which I NEVER received. Called back hours later only to be put on hold for a ridiculously extended period of time. Rudely given a response and when I asked if I could return the devices, then the employee started changing their tune when realizing I was intending to make a return. Joke.

Alex, Kevin and Kat caused my experience to be easy today as I came in the store frustrated about my phone being cracked and not understanding the entire migration process but each of them handle me with care and professionalism thanks TMobile for making this day better than it started.

It seems costumer service is still as bad as reviews said. Worst Tmobile/Sprint store Ive gone so far.

As you can see 6 members of staff just standing around doing nothing. Worst customer service ever. No one seemed to care. Waited over 2 hours to have a phone repaired. My wife needed to go to the bathroom and they refused to let her use one, sending her down the street to a fast food restaurant. No wonder our Sprint bill is so high, paying all these people to just stand around and play on their phones.

READ THIS....I want to be the negative one who is critical of everything that could be done better but I cant. I dont like the location or traffic near by but that is where my complaints end.I went in two times last Saturday. On my first visit there was no one in the place and i got question answered right away. I was waiting for a problem but instead the people were straight facts. I was confusing but very clearly explained. I left, sat in my car talked to my wife. I was confused. There was a better way to do things and the choice was fairly clear.I came back in and purchased 5 lines with the promotional plan, new phones, service etc. Went through a ton of question to get it all done. In the end it seems to be great.Sprint should be aware that the waiting is challenging but their STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. A hardened heart, sure but the two men who help my family and I are blessing. They have earned every bit of business and support. Thank you. RM

Very easygoing experience. Workers were nice and made the visit fly by.

Went on for them to look at my phone that was draining battery. They quickly told me I needed a new phone, then tried to dump $50 on me with a new screen protector-which I can get on Amazon for $10. On top of that the guy helping us tells us that dont make protective cases for the Note 9, meanwhile Amazon has about 15. Unreal. Only reason they get 1 star was the first guy at the desk was nice and the wait was not bad but the service tech? Not good or honest. Bad combination.

I paid off a phone in January due to issues and not wanting it. 392 dollars later I moved to an iPhone paid the tax and left being told no further charges and mailed in my note 10. Now you guys are charging me for a phone I don’t have paid off and are refusing to help by bouncing to the store and the store bouncing me to corporate.
