24 hrs a day these guys make me smile. They make great shakes. Always friendly and truly eager to help.

The barista (sorry if this is not your name) Yannera, was beyond expectations. Cordial, smiling, diligent and fast(she was taking car of Drive Through and the line inside at the same time. She even came out to the floor to offer me napkins. Im very pleased of having that kind of service. Thank you so much!

Only thing I wasn’t was cappuccino blast drive far to get it to get told no they don’t have it and no reason given 😔

Im a frequent consumer of this franchise. The coffee was tasted excellent.Very nice and friendly customer service.

The ice-cream was old. Was very bad. The staff was not trained on how to make a Sunday

I ordered an iced caramel coffee. I told them to out four swirls. They didnt know what it was. I even explained that a swirl means a pump of flavoring. I got the iced coffee but without the caramel. Poor customer service. Go to another place. Stay away from here. You will end up disappointed 😔.

Great Ice cream, I Love there frozen cappuccino, and frozen drinks. Also there ice cream cakes. Baskin Robbins is all right with me.

Will try them again to be fair. Selection was not great and most choices were low. Staff not attentive or knowledgeable.

I dont know how hard is to make cappuccino blast in proper way. I used to work in dunking donuts and I dont know how dunkin still keeps there staff. They never put enough ice cream for the shake. You have to put 1 full spoon of vanilla ice cream. They do half scoops. I wont buy cappuccino blast from this store for sure.

I walked in on Tuesday, 12/26/17 at 11:55 at night, service was subpar at best. Ordered a milkshake, more like a small overpriced cup of milk, ended up throwing it out, waste of $3.50. Step up your game DD/BR.

Ordered a guest of ice cream.. they didnt have a lid for it so they wrapped cellphone over the top.. clerk didnt know how to process a gift card had to have shift manager do it.. they could have done better

Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins really stink. Their products are average or below, and even though I used to go there a lot if I go in just to use the bathroom they give me a hard time.
