Love this place. I travel through several counties for work every day and this is by far my favorite breakfast place (they also have a great lunch selection). My favorite sandwich here is their Taylor ham egg n cheese on a toasted sesame bagel. I got there around 11 today so I decided to get some lunch. Ended up with a Buffalo chicken wrap, loved it. Staff is always friendly and food is always fresh when I go. Some of the reviews are right, it is a little pricier than other locations but I rather pay a little more for (in my opinion) better quality.

This was my very first time coming here my friend that invited me to eat breakfast in the morning. We order some breakfast food and I was super excited to try there french toast and my bagel I like to order but I was very unpleased with their french toast and the bacon, egg, and cheese with an everything bagel. The french toast tasted funny and it looked uncooked and I felt very sick within 30 minutes when I sat there with my friend. When you arrive to this place make sure they cook your food properly so you dont get food poisoned. I dont recommend coming here because of the food being uncooked.

Terrible...the owner was cursing at a customer, will never go into this place. I dont recommend, horrible conduct by owner does not respect the customers.

The service here was so incredibly nasty I am shocked at myself for even needing to write a review. Severely understaffed (one guy doing all the work and another just standing around waltzing back and froth). I felt so uncomfortable here I would beg anyone to reconsider. I asked for a sandwich on their menu (which is sprawled out all over the wall), and the guy didnt understand what I was trying to order and just wanted to argue because of how stressed and overworked he was. Food ended up being ok though, to be fair. Just go to a nearby MacDo for breakfast and youll be in and out with less frustration and less tension. The place has some bad energy.

The guy does not pay his employees I’m an ex employee by him I only less than seven weeks and yes you all right he’s rude he think that he on the world simply because he’s rich stay away from him. And then he told me to speak to his lawyer which is he told me we will make an offer dude this is the United States of America we don’t make offers We get paid for how many hours we work stay away people I won’t be silence

Very busy bagel cafe. Products are always fresh because they dont last long on the shelves. Vast variety of muffins and bagels. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy. Very clean!

This is a decent and large NYC like Deli.The menu is big.They made the paninis fresh, instead of keeping them ready and then toast. Of course, we came in afternoon and the footfall was minimal, so they had time to make things fresh.The kid at the counter seemed clueless, but he must be a temporary helper. The lady at who made the sandwich was sharp and quick.The juice, veggie panini and egg sandwich we ordered were good. Chicken teriyaki panini was too salty.

I have never written a review of any restaurant in my entire life, positive or negative, until today. BEWARE this place is a scam and will overcharge you. They have a menu inside with prices but just charge you arbitrary prices over what the price says on their own menu. When you look at the receipt it says “misc” meaning they just decide whatever they want to charge for the item. When I confronted them they were rude and didn’t offer an answer as to why I was being charged more than what the menu says the price was. In addition, when I looked at my credit card bill and compared it to the receipt they gave me, my card was charged more than the amount on the receipt. This place will rip you off.

Hidden gem! Clean interior with the menu written on the wall. Great selection of bagels and cream cheeses. My taylor ham was deliciously crunchy, which I dont see very often. Strawberry cream cheese had big chunks of strawberries in it, and my French toast bagel was covered in cinnamon and sugar. My boyfriend loved their oced coffee. Friendly staff as well!

Absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and made my order perfectly. It was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve had in the area! I will definitely be back and recommend them!

We ordered nova lox on an everything bagel. It was by far the best one I’ve ever had. The lox was fresh, the combo of the capers, cream cheese and onions was perfect. We also got a French toast bagel with cream cheese. It was also delicious. The crunch of the brown sugar was so good! I highly recommend this place!

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious...got bagel egg sandwiches for now and dozen bagels, cheese danish and 4 muffins for later.And we will be back another day!

Nice place, clean and the baked goods all look good. I was charged $6.48 for a bagel and large coffee! The bagel was ok but they butter was waxy. Not going back to get ripped off!

My 2nd time here and I drove out of my way as I have already have a few bagels shops around me that are good as well but the service and coffee as well as there unique homemade muffins did it for me. French toast muffins are a great treat.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Every time is an issue. Ordered three bagels. Not one was what i ordered. Rock hard stale bagels. I’m eating it I’m like f it I already left. No there’s meat stuck to the bottom of my bagel. Y’all about gross. DO NOT GO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Convenient location and clean, food is always delicious. I would give 4 stars but I do not agree with this sign and the owner can be a little harsh to customers at times so they get 3 stars. Asking for 5 stars is against google policy.

Never been here before and probably not going back. I ordered a Taylor ham and cheese on a bagel and a coffee. $7.50. The Taylor ham should have chip added to it because I received 5 pieces that was so thin after being cooked it would be as crispy as a chip. Maybe they should call it Taylor Bacon.

Bagels are always great! Very good variety of bagels and cream cheese as well. Service is quick and friendly.

This place is far from the good reviews. They offer you free pastries or bagels for a 5 star review, so think twice before you go there. Plenty of other good bagel stores with better food and more pleasant/clean services

What are the hours of this place. This the second time I came here and the place close 45 min before it’s advertised closing time on the store door. I even called and asked what time they close the loud girl answers 7:00pm however I arrive here at 6:10 and they are closed lights off and all! I only came here because there is one muffin my husband likes I left work early than normal and the place is closed. Stay open until the hours you advertise.

Just stopped at this facility for breakfast with my wife. Got two bagels with Taylor ham and cheese and two small juices… Average food at best and minimal amount of meat and cheese. We never expected to pay $20 for two small breakfast sandwiches and small juices to go... disappointed.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! Way OVERPRICED for below average food that did not taste fresh at all. The manager (tall guy) was extremely rude. The kitchen area and behind the counter was dirty and staff did not wear gloves. I dont trust the cleanliness of their food so we will never order from them again. There are plenty of good bagel places in the area. Stay away.

This place is awesome! The selections are great! The food tastes great and the folks behind the counter are very pleasant.We stayed at a hotel down the street, discovered this spot by accident yesterday. We made sure we came back today before leaving the area.

This place is horrible. The owner is crazy and rude. They have roaches in their coffee and change prices every 10 minutes. They only have 5 star reviews because if you give a 5 star review you get free food. Not because it’s a good place. Shady owner, definitely doing something illegal and the place is DIRTY with roaches. Make sure to look in the bottom of your coffee cup for bugs. Wish I could give this place negative stars.

$11 for a bagel with cream cheese and lox? I get better bagels, better quality, better price in NYC UES delis. They forgot to add onions, even though I repeated the request 3 times. Register does not show price, did not get receipt, so had to check credit card statement to discover the cost of my purchase.

Leave a 5 star review get a free item. How can you have a business model like this? It takes away from the fabric of the review. Fake reviews equals free items. Poor bagel. Crunch and flavorless. Prices are high and staff is at best mediocre. Stay clear unless you want that free item of course.

I stop here several times on my way out of NYC. Always good and fresh baked goods. Friendly service too.Nice tables to sit and chill. Plenty of parking, easy on and off from the 46 west.

Great customer service food and nice place.

They are not being 100% careful with the coronavirus. One woman working only had one glove on and was touching things like one’s credit card and the bag without a glove. Another worker didn’t have a mask on. There was also a customer who was wearing a mask, but it was not covering their face. No one working told him to put his mask on.

My husband talks about how amazing these bagels and muffins are every day. Ive had plenty of them more than a day later still tasting fresh. I agree with him that these are the best bagels we have ever had in our lives. Seriously. And the muffins. I dont even like muffins usually. They are ridiculous. The best.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! Way overpriced. Ordered 2 bagels, 1 wheat, 1 wheat everything. $3.50 for both. Turns out only a plain bagel is $1. All other bagels are considered specialty bagels so they are $1.50????? Then the tall owner that many reviewers complain about rounds off my total with taxes to $3.50. How is that 7% of $3.00???? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE POSTED THIS??? Somehow my first post was removed.

This place is pretty cool. I just happen to be in the area and I wanted some breakfast. I got my normal sausage egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. The bagel was so soft and the food was seasoned amazingly. The staff was really friendly. If I find myself on this side of town again, I will definitely get my breakfast here.

Amazing Taylor ham egg & cheese sandwich !

The staff here is rude (especially the tall gentleman), dont know how to talk to customers and over charge you in prices. I was told one price over the phone and when i got there to pick up the food, price was bumped up 10.00 extra. When i asked the tall gentleman to explain the price he became irrate in his demeanor. The food is horrible! Ordered wheat toast with my order and they burned the toast. Presentation of the food is everthing and they just slapped butter and jelly on burned toast. AWFUL!!!!! This place is horrible!!!! They really need to get a lesson in customer service 101. Please stay away from this place!!!!

$45.00 for 24 bagels and tub of butter and cream cheese. When I questioned it the smug tall owner asked me when was the last time that I bought bagels. The bagels are very good, however not for the cost of lobster! The other reviewers are 100 percent correct about the customer service! This rating is also skewed as you get free coffee and muffins for the 5 rating. I am curious what their rating would be on a scale of 1-4 without all the 5 star ratings.

Came here on a Sunday morning(5/8) and loved their surprise menu, in addition to the common menu.Bagels/Flagels are amazing.French toast Muffin- melts in your mouth!!Croissant sandwich with breakfast meats-perfectly flaky.We might make this place a Sunday tradition.Location- its a tough location they have- to get of the main road immediately after an underpass, but well worth the visit.

Maybe ill grab one to split with my daighter. And without skipping a beat in our conversation, proceeds to wrap up 2 chocolate croissants as he rings me up yet didnt charge me for them! He said to try them and let him know how they are! My total was a few bucks less than the 20 i handed him and said hey keep the change put it in the tip cup your people work hard. He smiled, thanked me for my business, placed the change in the tip cup for the workers and then goes and puts one of each of the 4 varieties of fresh baked cookies in a bag that he handed me with the reat of my order and says a little something extra for your little girlWhat good people there! Its rare theres a quick bite kind of place with great food, deserts, AND service thats just as good! So very highly recommend to anyone to go check it out!

Just had my first Taylor Ham egg and cheese here and it was delicious!

Worst bagel experience ever ! I feel most 5 star ratings are due to the free bagel/muffin/coffee offer..I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cc that costed me $4.92 !!! The bagel was not fresh and had absolutely no toppings on it.. all i could see was a few poppy and sesame seeds that still managed to stay stuck to the stale bagel. service wasnt that great as well.. never going there again...

One thing about this place that I will agree with others is that the place is clean but the customer service is NOT good! Im not a bacon eater and I requested my omelette be cooked on a separate grill so it wont come into contact with the pork bacon. The staff took offense to that!!! If you take offense to customers request then they dont need to be in business.I wont be patronizing this business ever again.

Overpriced. Almost $14 dollars for two bagels. One was egg and cheese and the other was egg and turkey bacon. How is that $13 plus change... The only reason its rated so high is they give you free stuff for five stars. Never visiting again... Wayyy to expensive.

My every morning breakfast is a western omelette with turkey bacon and monster cheese absolutely amazing. The fact that is open so early is a big plus since i have to be at work at 5am, most of the time when i get there they are baking, it smells so damn good. Def my everyday go to breakfast joint !!!!

Great breakfast food

20 mins for a bagel and an omelette - I paid for out drinks and left. Girl at the register with the glasses never changed her gloves after touching money and then scooped a muffin for another customer. That’s gross. Then I asked what the wait was for and the girl just looked over at the guy in the kitchen in full conversation with another worker in the back. Poor service.

I give it 4 stars I expected it to be better however it was worth of four stars I had tuna on a bagel it was very good Ill pass next time on the macaroni or potato salad honestly most stores should buy better macaroni salad better potato salad and much better pickles or stop giving them out totally
