I highly recommend Eastern Outdoor Furnishings! Everyone is super professional and accommodating. I never felt pressured to settle on a design or purchase anything I wasn’t interested in. I have so many to thank for helping me design my backyard. Many thanks to Danny who has the patience of a saint! I lost count of the number design iterations he did for me. Hes the best sales guy! Jay for recommending Sapphire Granite for the countertop. I love it! John for making sure the installation met my every need. Lewis and his crew for building the kitchen and making last minute modifications on the spot! Tony for taking my random orders. What a great shopping experience!. We worked with Chris and could not have gotten better advice and non-pressure customer service. We went there knowing what we wanted but his knowledge and recommendations for an outdoor dining set and bar table set was so valuable. We ended up ordering something totally different for our space and we are thrilled. Beautiful showroom and outdoor kitchen set ups!

I would not recommend this store. The guy who “helped” my family and I, was rude. When we asked him about the length of time to get an umbrella he spoke with an attitude and was nasty. He told us the reason the umbrella would take long is “because, you know, we’re still in the middle of a pandemic.” He then proceeded to inform us that the fabric for umbrella is taking long because it’s the same fabric being used for the masks on our face. He was unwelcoming and rude. You are much better off going to Fortunoff not too far away where the staff are much friendlier. There is absolutely no need for him or any staff to speak to a potential paying customer the way we were spoken to.

Had a wonderful experience with Fran and everyone at EOF. Fran was amazing to work with, she is so kind and extremely knowledgeable. The delivery and assembly process went so smoothly. We had a slight problem with one of our pieces and she handled the whole warranty situation so seamlessly. She made everything so easy. I highly recommend them!

From the honesty and care that our salesperson Dan showed us, to the quality of the work of the subcontractors, to the patience and dedication during the final stage that Jay and the implementation team showed us, we were extremely satisfied with all stages of the project, even in the middle of a pandemic ; and they truly cared about our family’s safety and comfort working around us. The finished product was a perfect outcome based on their original drawings and plans, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. It was important to them that we didn’t just like our kitchen, but truly loved it. And we do!

We just purchased our outdoor kitchen appliances at Eastern. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tony D. He’s extremely professional, friendly and goes out of his way to meet customers needs. For example, we asked for a cover for the appliances, and the next morning he dropped it off personally on the front steps.

Great job by EOF on our new kitchen. Dan was great and walked us through the process. A one stop shop for everything we needed for our yard. Got our outdoor kitchen installed. They did the gas and electric. We were shopping all over for new outdoor dining set. Turns out EOF had the best deal on a great quality set.

Cant say enough on the service, Chris was great helping us choose the kitchen for our backyard. The installers were top notch, so professionalthey left our patio clean and neat

Chris at Eastern Outdoor was fantastic to work with on our outdoor living space! Not only did he quickly turn around a proposal with 3D imaging and he offered excellent at home advice on our project.

If I can give this place no stars I would. Everyone told me to stay away from this place but I gave them the benefit of the doubt which I now I regret. Im not one to write reviews and I wont get into what happened but just very disappointed in this place and how they operate from the salesman to the delivery, just a horrible experience and now I look like the idiot with all the people that told me stay away. So just be careful and expect the worse if you decide to make the mistake like i did. Makes me wonder how some places are in business....👎🏻

I had a great experience working with the owner Will and his staff, from the beginning i felt no pressure to purchase unless i was fully satisfied with my decisions. Throught the process Will was very patient and worked with me every step of the way to ensure i was fully satisfied before moving on to the next step. I can’t say enough good things about this place, It’s been about a month since the kitchen was installed and my family and I absolutely love it has been a great addition to our outdoor living space even durning the winter months we have utilized it several times taking advantage of every opportunity to cook outside in our new kitchen. Additionally we were so satisfied after they completed the outdoor kitchen we had them install two stone veneer columns and lay stone veneer around our fireplace, that project was just finished and needless to say that project exceeded our expectations again. Will it was a pleasure working with you on these projects and i am sure we will be working togeather again sometime soon.
