While looking for a new mattress, my boyfriend and I passed Mattress Warehouse and figured we would give it a shot. We had a wonderful experience! Jason, the extremely knowledgeable salesman who has over 20 years in the industry, was extremely helpful, professional and transparent with us. He showed us around the store and then had us use the bed simulator to help us find the perfect mattress. The results gave us 10 mattresses that would work well for us. Jason was great, as he did not force the most expensive bed on us at all, like most mattress salespeople do in my experience. Instead he showed us all of our options and pointed out the great features of each one. Ultimately, we chose our mattress due to comfort and Jason’s testimony. We came to Mattress Warehouse after one of the other big mattress stores in town and the customer service, cleanliness and attentiveness was far superior at Mattress Warehouse. A wonderful Experience. I went in thinking I needed a firm mattress for my lower back problems and neck issues. Their computerized analysis told me something entirely different. The sales people were very helpful, very knowledgeable and I am sure I left purchasing the bed that was most suited for my body size and my side sleeping. You don’t have to buy there but you should definitely try there Before you buy.

Happened on Mattress Warehouse accidentally but am very happy that I did! Jason spent a great deal of time with me the first time I went in and more time when I brought my husband. Enjoyed the mattress selector computer that was able to pinpoint areas that needed more or less support. My only recommendation would be not to go with the electric platform initially. Most mattresses come with a free box spring and you can update to the electric platform at any time. If you buy the platform first and don’t like it it is not returnable. Trust me I found out the hard way 😩. But definitely am enjoying the new mattress and feel improvement in my hips already.

Terrible experience! Purchased a Nectar mattress in January and by March felt like it wasn’t supportive enough for my back. I went in to see Jason who sold me the mattress in March and informed him I wanted to return it. Unfortunately the next week the store shut bc of COVID which I don’t blame them for. When they opened back up in May I called and spoke to Jason and he said he’d call me back. After not hearing from him I called again 2 weeks later. This time there was a technical issue he was dealing with and I was told he couldn’t accept the return and that he’d call me back. I waited about another month and tried calling him in July. I left a message with Walter when I was told Jason wasn’t in. Another month went by and I tried calling again. Jason was not in and I left another message. Guess what? You guessed it - he never called me back! I finally got hold of him in September (thank God Nectar has a 365 day return policy) and was told what I needed to get a return from them. I brought the documents in to the store the following week and Jason told me it would take about 6-10 days for the credit to show up on my credit card. 2 weeks later and no credit has been refunded to my card. Jason promised he would follow up with a phone call. He lied to my face. I have never gotten a return call from him when he promised to do so. This has been the worst experience ever in dealing with any retailer. When I saw Jason in person he agreed 100% that he was at fault and poorly handled things and promised he would follow up and yet he still hasn’t followed up. I didn’t want to leave a negative review and even considered purchasing a replacement mattress with Mattress Warehouse at first. But the way things have been handled since March is so ridiculously callous that after I receive my refund I would never do business with them again and advise anyone to do the same.
