Mr. Vince, started out very cordial. He ended morally and ethically broke. He did a poor job repairing our company truck. He failed to replace a broken light bezel. I would strongly suggest you stick with the shop your insurance company refers (there is a reason why the refer them). Any monies you think you will save will NOT be worth the inferior performance you receive here.
Great experience. The work was flawless, I had my car back the same day and the price was great! Vince and his team were able to make a major door ding disappear on a new, black, Subaru Outback. I have another vehichle Im taking to Aabsco later this week to get some mechanical work done. I will write another review when the mechanical work is complete.
Over the years, Ive made my fair share of questionable decisions... my car has been unfortunate enough to be present for most of them. But years ago, after my first accident, I stopped in this neighborhood body shop in East Towson...Theres a real mom & pop feel to this place. The prices are on the wall for everyone to see, and Thank You cards from satisfied customers are strung across the bulletin board. Vince and his crew are pros—real old school italians who get the job done right and in a timely fashion. No surprises, no add-ons, no problems.Lets just say Ive got some serious frequent-flyer miles here at this point, so take it from experience: when your insurance company recommends you to their preferred body shop, tell them no thanks. You can take a number at a high-volume discount facility and wait three weeks for some dude with a neck tat to install the wrong part on your car... or you can go to AABSCO and make good decisions like me. - Jim
