Had my Mini Cooper serviced there. Quick professional service.

I took my 918 Spyder in for service a few weeks ago and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I bought a 2008 911 from BMW of Bel Air late January. They serviced it at their Porsche Towson shop. I had it shipped to my home. I drove for about 250 miles when a friend said he didnt like the noise in the motor. I took it for a service and after much effort they found cylinders 5 and 6 to be in bad shape and stated with no question that this was not a new issue. I spoke to owner and VP Ops of Priority 1 to give them a chance to help and basically got lip service. I am looking at well over $20k in service to make it right. They offered zero compensation for me having a car that was hugely devalued. I am selling it wholesale and taking a very large hit. I know it was used and didnt expect a new car but for sure expected some sort of follow thru on a product they sold and supposedly serviced. Their answer was to take it to the auction and let someone buy it and that someone would then inherit the same issue and I will not do that. Beware of this Auto Group.

Best Porsche dealer I have dealt with. Sales rep Dominic C and Manager Steve P were both incredibly helpful and professional. I will never buy another Porsche anywhere else.

Completely incompetent title and registration team. Ive been waiting for 11 months for to get my plates. L Lies and excuses every time I call to inquire. COVID isnt a reason any longer. I do not think they have the title to the used car I bought.

We just purchased a BMW this week at BMW of Belair. We worked with Fran Meyers and he was so friendly, professional and went out of his way to ensure the buying process went smooth and stress free. He even picked my husband up at the train station! I would definitely recommend working with Fran and purchasing at BMW of Belair, not only are the cars great but the service too.

This company lied to me to get me to go there to buy a car. They tell you one price, then when you get there its like they never even talked to you. Lied about my trade in value. I think the sales person never sold a car before. Worst shopping experience ever. Dont delete my review. I will post 2 for every 1 you remove.

I got some recall work done here, tool longer than expected couple days later called and left a message with the rep that handled my service because I started having a issue that didnt have before the service and no one ever called me back...had someone else look at the issue....maybe because I didnt pay for the service it wasnt important.

Good service and knowledge of products.
