Kind of expensive, they follow you everywhere and watch like a hawk but they have a lot of stuff

Very rude. The African lady at the front tried to force me to put their hand sanitizer on. I told her no because it irritated me the last time. Plus it had a really bad smell. So the Asian man started yelling and telling me i need to put the hand sanitizer on. I told him I will gladly leave his store. I will never return. I will take my money else where

They do not open at 9am on Thursday I got here early to be one of the first Im still sitting here waiting for them to open up. Its now 916

The sales associate (female) is very rude and disrespectful. It was clear she was cursing out the other person she was working with (male) in her native language. When I went to the register she was angry and it showed in her face. The associate snatched the items and then told me that there was a $5 minimum b/c I was using my debit card. So I looked around in the store to see if I could find something else. I found one item and returned to the register. Again, clearly she was still fuming and agitated. I could see her watching me as I searched with folded arms and frowned face. The associate rang me up and I left. Then I had made up my mind to not return their for repeat business. After I got home I realized that the item I purchased wasnt what I needed so I quickly looked at the receipt to see if I could return or exchange it. I saw I had 5 days so I went back and was told basically, you bought it, you stuck with it. Now Im stuck with a hair product that I cant use and I am out of $8. I will never patronize this establishment again, not only due to the rude and impersonal nature of the cashier, but just the harsh return and exchange policies these money hungry, businesses practice. Trust and believe the word will be spread. I know everyone is human and allowed to have a bad day, but when you run a business in this country, it doesnt matter what you were talking about or even how heated the conversation, shut it down, put on a smile and provide good customer service if loyalty is what you desire to stay in business.

The owner is very rude. Always thinks someone is trying to steal. Im allergic to the hand sanitizer he wanted me to use, so i offered to use the wipes i have instead. I was kicked out of the store and he was very rude about it. I will not be returning

I find this store to be very pricey and it doesnt have a good atmosphere to me. The employees seem very cold and unpleasant.

The first time I went to this store I was impressed! A young lady came over and asked me if I needed help..I asked where something was and she didn’t know where it was... she continued to stand in front of me after not knowing what I wanted and just watched me look at the prestretched braiding hair. I told her I didn’t need her to stand watching me, as I ended settling for something else...so... I explained to her, every trip I make to the hair store is a 50-100$ trip and I don’t have to take anything she walked off. The older couple I assume to be the owners never followed me! This was the (Taylor Ave) location.

Theyve changed in a bad way. I was looking for a specific color. As I reach down, some lady employee told me there was a mannequin with the hair color on top of shelf. I told her I am aware of that. She then tells me not to open the hair to look at what color it is. I politely turned around and told her Ive worn weave for a long time so I know how to read the color code.

I never seen a beauty supply store this big n hug.awesome.

Great service good great sales. The guy that owns the place is very friendly and welcoming.

Its an ok place to get hair, only go when they are doing sales or youll be disappointed. Has literally everything you could need for a quick stop though so Id recommend it for that.

Even though sign says, no cash refund, store credit only, she refused exchange cause beads werent in original condition. I had just bought the beads an hour early, they werent out of the bag, not even out of my car.
