Rude! I cannot believe how the associate acted just now! Heather Chastain, if you’re still the manager, you have some training to do. I stood at the register and waited on someone to come. I had to walk through the store to find the gal to check me out.Then, I moved my items down to the register where where she was. She checked me out and I waited for her to say thank you or some thing. She never did. So, I said thank you. She had a very angry look on her face. She was not happy about helping me at all. I just don’t understand how people can treat customers this way. We all have bad days, but there is just a common courtesy that you must follow if you work in retail.

Always have issues. Always. Been put on hold for over 15 minutes & then they hung up on me (multipletimes). Took 2 weeks to receive needed diabetic medicine. They said they were taking care of it but never did.They have argued with me, been rude & disrespectful. Definitely not good customer service.Multiple times they say they are calling provider for refill or insurance issue but never follow through.Take forever at the drive through for every car. Somwtimes 15 minutes. Are they disorganized? Or filling orders as they come?I keep staying with them because all of my medicine is with them but need to change.

I just wanted to thank the young woman who was working around 9pm either Tuesday or Wednesday night (June 1 or 2). A man had followed me into the store after asking if I could buy him something, which I did not respond to, but kept walking. I mouthed to her to help me which she so willingly did, and I was able to exit the store. Idk who you are but I just wanted to say that I appreciate you and thank you!

Sami was so lazy and took 45 minutes to give a drug. Need someone to work quick. Not everyone comes here to live in pharmacy

Fantastic place to shop and get prescription filled. Great communication!

More issues than with any other Walgreens. Went from no issues with another Walgreens within 10 miles to all types of issues. Even getting scripts transferred out, have had had issues with and old out of date script being transferred but more than one time the other pharmacy had to call over multiple times to find prescription.

Rude, disrespectful, no regard for HIPAA or any type of privacy compliance. Unprofessional, discourteous, inefficient, incompetent, disorganized, and did I mention rude?

Absolutely terrible service. They closed 10 mins before they were supposed to. When I asked through the window to purchase 1 thing as quickly as possible, the worker without hesitation mouthed we closed, rolled her eyes, and walked away.

Pharmacist looked at presciption not even a second and said she diddnt have it....didnt even check to see . I only went there cause the Walgreens i go to was closed.

Lost my FedEx shipment

The customer service across the street is much better. Management is lacking in comparison

Not my home Walgreens, but stopped in here on the way back from the gym. The cashier was so friendly. She helped me find ear plugs and she engaged my kids in conversation. My daughter told her we were about to go on vacation and the cashier told her we have to come back and show her pictures. She said her name is K. I will definitely stop in there again.

Pharmacist usually shows up 20 minutes late after opening, even after they pushed back opening time from 8:00 to 9:00 am. Dont bother calling youll sit on hold in perpetuity.

Staff is friendly & helpful.BUT IT IS FILTHY inside. Floor is gross, paper, hairballs,...products galore under EVERY floor display ! Looks like they have ZERO cleaning crew.

There is a young man their that wears glasses, he is very nice and helpful. Goes that extra mile to help your shopping experience ..

Great to have a Walgreens here. Short wait times for pharmacy. Only problem is access from the road.

I have used this place avidly for four years. They always have good deals and the staff recognized me as a regular.

Pretty average Walgreens, though it wasnt as clean as Im used to, and there wasnt as great of a selection
