Tiffany and Sherea are very courteous. Tiffany is an exceptional esthetician that I have followed from her previous location. She is attentive and very skilled in what she does. I model for several major franchises including Disney and hot topic, so I rely on excellent service for leg waxing in particular. I attended a training session for the first time and it went very well so I can safely recommend the latter if Tiffany is not available. The front desk was very courteous.

Loved my experience here! I highly recommend booking with Shira B! She was amazing and made the whole experience very comfortable. This was my second wax, and I initially intended to be serviced by her but there was some kind of mix up and got someone else the first time. If you can’t book with her, I also recommend Andrea.

My first time calling I spoke with Grace who was the most pleasant people I think I’ve spoken to in quite some time. She was very thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. She then scheduled me with Kelly who was equally as nice as she was and put my nerves to rest. Its been awhile since Ive been waxed and it was a great experience!! Shira was my technician and she did a great job. Informative, relaxing, and the wax did NOT hurt! Usually I go to places and the wax is either to hot or there is residue or they get pushy and try to rush you, but not here! Definitely going back!!

I came here during the first week of opening. Everyone was so nice, professional and friendly. I switched from pikesville to Towson. I had the pleasure meeting Shira. I even started another pass. Shira at the Towson (York rd) location was AWESOME!! This was my first time getting waxed and I was a bit nervous not knowing what to really expect. The process is definitely invasive but what else can you expect for that type of service?! I just had to get real comfortable real fast. Shira was very personable, easy to talk to and made the entire experience much more comfortable than I thought I would be. I signed up for the monthly package with Shira. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment just because of Shiras impeccable customer service and professionalism!! She knows what she is doing for sure and is now my official wax consultant. Dont hesitate, BOOK HER NOW!!!

Shira did a great job! Great conservation and service. Also, the place is very clean and they have protocols in place for COVID-19 which is great. I was excited that they opened a EWC in Towson since it’s closer to me. I will be returning!
