A price list is not posted so be sure to ask to avoid any surprises. My nails look good and the staff are friendly, but the manager gets really disrespectful. After I paid for my nails, I decided to follow-up to see if what I payed aligned with the prices he listed - it didn’t. He was upset because i wouldn’t reveal who the nail tech was that overcharged me. I just wanted him to know that there are staff overcharging clients. He was so rude but I get it. It’s COVID and a lot of business owners have loss money - he’s probably really frustrated. In any case, confirm the price.

I went to this place today not to mention the guy who did my nails was coughing with out covering his mouth no mask on my nails felt wired meaning the polish well now it explains why I’ve never seen this before

I specifically told this lady how I wanted my eyebrows,She added that they were uneven. I looked in the mirror my eyebrows were so messed up is like she butchered them. I dont think some of these people are trained at all. I also believe they should have pictures of different shape brows so you can show them how you want your brows done. Some of them obviously doesnt understand English. This place need to be inspected. Have you seen those people nails that is posted, doesnt look professional. Look like a 10 yr old did the job. This place is a hot mess.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before going here. I was at the mall and decided to get a pedicure. I usually look at reviews for almost every place I visit. I dont know why I didnt this time. Please stay away. The guy who did my pedicure rushed through it so fast I did not even have time to relax. And he stuck me on both of my big toes, TWICE! And he did not apologize even after I told him that he keeps sticking me. I should have walked out then and there. The sides of my cuticles were bleeding and now my both my toes hurt and it has been two days since. And he even insisted on a tip. I did not feel he deserved it but I tipped him and told myself I would write a review to warn others. Thats when I discovered others had the same poor experience. Do not go here. They clearly dont care about their clients. Like why is he sticking everyone? Now I am concerned if the tool he used was sterilized or not. I mean, if he is sticking people to the point that the skin is broken and bleeding, the tool should be sterilized after each use. I am highly upset.

I went to this nail salon a day to my birthday for manicure and pedicure. The guy who attended to me finished washing my legs and applying nail polish in less than 5 minutes. I still didnt raise a brow when he asked for my card mid-way into the job and went to swipe it. When he was done, I looked down at my toe nails to realize his work was very messy. Just so I was sure, I turned to the other customer to my left asking her to kindly check my nails as well, of which she confirmed what I saw. I then requested for the guy to kindly fix it, I got lots of insult from him and most of the staf f working there. I became the highlight of their gist. I didnt even notice all this until my friend who was also getting her pedicure alluded me to this. She said one of the staff even made jest and said, If I am not content, I can go home.I found this highly disrespectful and not ok. I was bullied in this salon instead of getting the service I wanted for my moneys worth. I ended up telling them not to bother on the manicure because I couldnt stand the aura.I had to go out on my birthday with unmade fingernails and messy toenails. It was not what I had imagined one bit.I rated one star simply because there is no negative.The picture I attached was taken after two corrections were made to my toes. The second guy even told me I wont paint it again if you mess it up. Mind you, I didnt move from the spa chair. I was on my phone the entire time.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT VISIT.

Horribly sloppy pedicure! And she had a nerve to expect a tip! I think not! She rushed and got product everywhere! After getting home and looking at my toes you can see how sloppy of a paint job she did! I will not return and would not recommend anyone go either

The staff there are unprofessional. I arrived and asked how long was the wait and they said 15 mins. They ended up putting someone ahead of me and when I asked why they just pointed for me to sit in the chair and wait 15 more minutes instead of honoring my wait and time. Let alone did not provide a decent explanation. I have gotten my nails done there a few times prior but vowed to not come back as the pricing does not match the quality of the service or customer service.

Worst place! Even if you are left with only one option in the world do NOT go to this place!!! So rude! So dirty!! During pedicure she dried my feet with a wet towel and after that she cleaned the floor with same towel in front of me!!!! She didn’t even wait for the first coat to dry before the second coat!! Got a full set done by Henry, Henry made my acrylic nails way to then to the point they were easily breaking. Two days later my nails broke off went back to get them done over. I was told it would be a $10 charge when I don’t feel like I should be charge since it was not my fault.Then Micheal offered to do them over so a day later the polish on my thumb completely peeled off. And the day afterwards I go to wash clothes, as I’m pulling the clothes out of the dryer my nails broke off again. I called to let them know I was just there and I don’t feel as tho I need to pay anything because this was Michael’s Mistake. So the lady said to just come and I don’t have to pay for it. So I went there and they gave me back to Michael, once Michael got done he took me to the register and tried to charge me and I said the lady on the phone told me I didn’t have to pay considering the fact that this is your mistake. And he refused to let me walk out of there without paying and as we we’re going back and forth he had a bad attitude and was not trying to hear nothing I was saying. I feel like I was ripped off. When I go to a salon and pay their expensive price that they make up off the top of their head I expect good quality service. I was completely over charge for their terrible job.

Very rushed job on my nails. At times I saw her filing my nails and looking totally away, like out in the mall hallway. Aggressive, not very warm at all. I had oval shaped gel nails that just needed a fill-in, she charged me $45. I walked away very dissatisfied. Gel acrylic on my cuticles, lumpy polish, and oblong shaped nails. She then had the nerve to imply for a tip, holding my credit card up before swiping and asked 45 dollars straight? I was REPULSED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.

Beware!! This place looks great but they will f*$% your nails up! You will regret it. Its like they only hire beauty school dropouts. This is the worst manicure Ive ever had. The guy with the big gaudy medallion did my fill and gel. Sloppy gel and acrylic. He had an attitude when I refused to tip him. Ive NEVER not tipped. Im usually a $15-$20 tipper.He rushed my entire service. He dug into my natural nails twice which caused serious pain. I was pissed. Painted right over the acrylic dust. Rushed my color selection. Didnt have the colors I picked out. Rushed the cure process so my clear coat on my thumb failed. It was ashy while the other nails were glossy. I made him fix it but he had a big attitude. Started tossing things left and right. Hit me with the led lamp while slamming it on the counter. There was more but I think you got the idea.UPDATE: Just 4 days after my fix and fill my nails started to crack. The original cracks that I came to get fixed and new ones from the acrylic being too thin. Today, just 9 days after my original service, I have one broken and three cracked nails. Horrible technique and skills.

I went in earlier today because I couldn’t get in at my normal place (Dulaney Nails). I asked for a Gel Manicure. 1st off, they didn’t have the color I wanted- but not a huge deal. 2nd, the hand/arm massage was practically nonexistent. That’s the main reason I like getting salon manicures!! Literally spent maybe 1 minute on Both hands! Then she quoted me one price, but charged me another ($40)!! I’m normally an excellent tipper- I worked in the salon industry A Long time; so I understand that’s where it makes a difference. Now, 2 hours later, the cuticle around my thumbs are extremely red; and the polish didn’t take on several nails🤬. I am Definitely calling and getting my money back. Do. Not. Go. There! You’ve been warned

My nails looked rushed. I payed $188 to get my friends feet done, my feet done and a full set. Both of us got honey and milk.My pedicure is fine. But my nails aren’t the right shape, and too short. I didn’t say anything because the man doing them was so happy and sweet and he was singing and dancing. I didn’t want to receive bad service because I complained. But. I’m not satisfied at all with my nails.

So. The service was not great. The worst thing was probably getting yelled at by a total stranger who is providing the service. Like many other said on their reviews, the people who work here have really poor customer service and if you ask them to fix something to your liking and if the person does not feel like it they will argue with you. They will yell and start talking to each other in their language. Totally rude and disrespectful. They charge full pedicure set and I paid for it yet I never reviewed the massage or hot towels like advertised....will never come back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My nails cost at $118 !!! I kept telling her I didn’t want gel but she kept insisting that I get gel and she did it anyway even after I told her know many times. The nails are lumpy uneven etc.

They simple just do not listen. I had mentioned to the lady that I am allergic to acrylic powder, so for my nails I have to use dip powder. So she understood, and used the dipped powder, but she applied the dip powder with the brush that used to apply acrylic powder. Now I woke up the next day, and all of my fingers are swollen. Worst customer service ever, please everyone save your time & money and dont go there.

Went to replace a split nail that was done the week prior and a possible polish change. They advised me I️t would be $30 and I decided to just have the nail replaced. Besides the EXTREMELY shoddy work, his attitude was horrible. Rushed me out and snatched the gel lamp and simply said “you’re finished” while walking to the register. Paid $4 for half assed work. Never again. There is glue under my actual nail, clumpy acrylic under the tip, and extremely uneven application of the acrylic atop the replaced nail. There were no customers when I entered but some came in upon me leaving so most likely I was rushed for someone they could make more money from

Went there to treat myself, got deluxe foot spa, pedicure and manicure . Spa is ok but my finger got murdered most of it. I told him about it that it’s still oozing blood he just shrugged his shoulder didn’t even apologized for it. He only offered to put glue on it. And I refuse. His mask is mostly off and when he did my nails, his area is so dirty not even sanitized and a dirty towel. . Most of the staff not wearing mask. . Food all over the place .I paid 145.00$ and he asked for tip 10$. Grrrr, I really want him to reimburse me. Not worth at all.Don’t go there

Seems very expensive for two milk and honey pedicures and two gel manicures. Not worth the extra money for longermassage and scrub. The quality wasnt worth the price,people were nice though.

I went to get my eye brow waxed. I told the guy specifically how I wanted it and he told me “ No! eyebrow was dirty “ I told him I wanted thinner at the beginning and thicker at the tails. he didn’t pluck my EYE BROWS at all. He waxed above and below my brows instead of waxing the actual brow. I’ve seen this place empty before, Should’ve known why. Horrible service. I will not be coming back. Save your wealth.

Literally the WORSE! The customer service is horrible and the side of my nails were left unpainted. The woman got upset because she wanted me to do a full set instead of a fill in. So she proceeded to do my nails horribly so I requested someone else. I understand the upswell but once someone says no then that means no. She did not like that. She began yelling and screaming in her native tongue as if I didn’t know she was talking about me. Then the guy who actually did my nails said that he couldn’t do it the way I wanted because I didn’t use gel polish. Again the aggressive up selling is a MAJOR turn off. Fast & sloppy work. Not worth the money..

I went in to the shop and was immediately greeted.. She asked me what I was getting done. I signed in and was directed to a table to get my nails done. I got a gel full set. I love the way my nails turned out. I love that they dont file your nails down really hard before they put the tips on. I got my eyebrows done and they are amazing. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend others come here too

Came once last year and the guy did a horrible job and was so rough. ImCame again recently and got the same guy (older with glasses) and once again was so bad. The nail shaping was done without care so I just stopped him there and paid. If the manicure step was already so awful I couldn’t even think of what the actual nail painting part would be like plus I already had a bad experience last time. The other employees might be decent though. Still never coming back. It’s one thing if he just genuinely was bad at nails but he was bad and didn’t try/care and was so rude.

My boyfriend and I went to get our nails done, one of the ladies cut him just doing a basic manicure and the guy who did my acrylics was very rough and filed my nails too much to the point of them still being super sore. Never again. Also, they don’t use new tools/files. Upon my knowledge I asked before how much a basic acrylic would be, the lady at the desk said 30. She charged me 55 & 45 for a basic manicure. My boyfriend even gave them a 15 dollar tip. We definitely won’t be coming back. Keep your money and go to a different nail shop.

I dont even know where to begin - I wish i could give my experience 0 stars. From the beginning, when I walked in, my friend and I wrote our names on the sign in sheet and circled the same thing, Full-Set Manicure, for $35 telling the employees we wanted gel manicure - not just a refill. My friend got the woman and I got Michael. Michael took my hand and danced me around to our table - which was, weird, but I laughed it off. Now, Im not one to go to nail salons often, so I dont know what most nail designs look like. When we got to our table, he repeatedly stated how hes crazy and serenaded me with some strange songs. I still laughed it off because nothing was harmful, at this point. To cut to the chase, he put tips on my nails and powder - which later I found out to mean acrylic. He asked me how old I was and I told him 17. *red flag* He said i looked 10 and asked me if my mom was with me. *another red flag* The weirdness continued throughout the appointment until the end when he charged me $55. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS! WHAT?! The nails look awful! He didnt listen to what I wanted to begin with, he over charged me, he made me feel uncomfortable the entire time, and my friend still got charged the $35 that I was supposed to be charged. I tried arguing with him about it for at least 10 minutes before I left because he was taking advantage of a younger person thinking I would just abide by what he was telling me and give him the extra money he did NOT deserve. I ended up giving him the money because, well, as he stated, HES CRAZY! What if i had only allotted $40 ($35 for gel then $5 tip) and I didnt have the money for him? I wonder what he would have done if I did have an adult with me! Just wrong... No tip for him except the tip to not take advantage of people! I do NOT recommend.

1 star is too much for the experience I had! I was totally over charged for the services provided. I went into the salon as soon as it opened therefore I was the only customer. I was told me fill in and cut down would be $50 which was ridiculous. When I asked about the price all the salon employees began to talk in their language. There are no prices posted so when I asked the nail tech about the price she hesitated because she was trying to add the amount in her head. This said to me that the price she said was made up. I went to this salon last minute in a pinch but I will never go to this salon again. The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! Lee Nails at the other end of the mall has their prices posted and has much better customer service.

WORST nail salon ever, do not go here!! Staff and rude and ignorant, and talk loudly about the clients right in front of them. Place is so disgusting with dirt and dust everywhere, it looks like it has never been cleaned. Staff litreally do not talk to you and if you ask a question, they just stare back at you like they don’t understand. How can you be in a service business and not know how to talk to people with respect? Don’t go here. I decided to go here because it was closer then my normal salon. I just got a fill and a file down on my nails. During the fil the man files down my nails pushing so hard on the acrylic he made indents. I told him so he had to sit there to file them out correctly. On top of that he completely changed the shape of my nails. Making some tilt right or left. He had to fix that also. But what had me SHOOK. Was that he told me my payment(and on receipt) was 8$ but somehow on my credit card I got charged 30$. So after that one, I won’t send ANYONE here. Don’t come here.

This is by bar the worst nail salon I have even been too. My nails were chipping the day after. The coat was so thin I could see my nail. I paid 35$ for gel nails that stay on for a long time usually. Here they came off in a day, I could peel it up on my own the day after. DO NOT GO HERE. I went back to see if they could re do them and it was like pulling teeth.

Ive been here a few times and its always a nice experience. The Pedicures are thorough and relaxing. Ive taken my smaller siblings here as well and they enjoy the light pampering.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in for a removal of acrylic nails. Instead of soaking them off, the worker, Candy, started to use other nails to I guess peel them off. I told her that it hurt but she continued anyway. In the end she ended up taking off a part of my actual nail in the process! She didn’t even apologize and only gave me a band-aid and disinfected it after I protested. I came here because I’d assume they would know how to properly take off acrylic nails they put on without injuring a customer in the process. Would NOT recommend.

I got my lashes done and when it was time for the eyelash extensions to come off, it took my real lashes off... they put too much eyelash glue on my real lashes

The guy who did my nails was professional and nice but the next day my gel manicure was vanishing.i requested a pedicure,he said it will be $35 but then he said because I had callus, it will be better to upgrade for an extra $5 so that he could take care of it.to be honest, I have no problem paying for good service but paying for nothing,that is a problem. My legs were so tried and ashy and cracked. And they are so expensive for nothing. Please don’t go there, horrible place.

Another place that deserves negative stars... I had a gift card and thats the only reason I went there. The $16 manicure was the worst, I think that they believe that if they take a nail trimmer and cut your nails thats called a manicure... because that is pretty much all I got. The woman clipped my nails so low that I cant use my nails for anything. And this was done while my feet were resting in lukewarm water for my pedicure. Oh, I forgot to mention that she had me dip my fingers into a bowl of cold water to wet the nails. Not a soak, just a 1/2 second dip. I normally do my own nails and this was my first manicure. I usually keep them just a bit longer than my fingertips and I file all of the sharp parts to a gentle curve. This woman cut every nail so low there was nothing to file... A waste of $16 dollars... The pedi was lackluster and I paid extra to get some milk and honey type of pedicure. Never again and definitely not there. The technician was probably the worst that I have ever experienced. She was more interested in talking to her coworkers than working on my feet.PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SHOP !!!I usually dont like to give bad reviews but this place was absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to.

Awful experience! My daughter got her nails polished and after being home not even 3 hours she washed her hands and all but 3 fingers of polish fell off. I called the next day to talk to a manager or supervisor only to learn he doesn’t come in but once a month. Furthermore, i was informed by the employee who answered the phone that they could not guarantee polish color. And it can come off at any time!!!

Took my gf here to get her nails done and it was the worst decision ever. I left to run errands but she said an older guy that was doing her nails kept hitting on her and making her feel very uncomfortable. He was at least double her age or more. Also, the quality is absolutely garbage. Guys don’t ever take your girl here.

My nail tech was nice and the place was clean. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My toes look okay but I didnt notice all the extra polish on my fingers while they were being done and its been a week since I went and I can literally pull off the polish. Its raised in several areas. Maybe their gel polish isnt the best quality but for the price they charge it should be.

After my visit here yesterday, Im inclined to agree w/all. I just wanted a basic pedicure. It seemed a simple request, but oh no. After the MGR yelled my request to a woman, I found my way to a seat w/her back to me. No greeting or effort was made. This should have clued me in. Again, I made my PEDI request, which fell on deaf ears. She (no name was given, no name tag) showing me a list of other options. Manicurist spoke little English and I had a difficult time understanding her. Her MGR spoke to her in an Asian dialect, which was not meant to be understood. This is a very Rude business practice when dealing w/the public. She kept pointing to this list, asking if I wanted to upgrade my service. Manicurist attempted this request 4 times. I was annoyed at this type of customer Disservice and just wanted to leave. I paid my $30 bill and will not be giving this money hungry business another dime. Enough said.

Horrible. I got my nails done yesterday. Looks like a five year old did it, painted only one side of the nail. Paint is already coming off. Horrible customer service super creepy guy kept staring at me the whole time and made comments. I felt super uncomfortable. I asked for a darker color on my toes and he decided the one on my nails looked better on my toes so he used the color he wanted. Do not go here save your money they’re horrible and overpriced. I would give 0 stars if possible.

This place is terrible. The pedicure station had grass and dirt on the floor. They were laughing and talking about one of the customers. He snatched off a part of my nail then told me to calm down. My nails are uneven. They lied and said they don’t have “Olive green” and when I tried to show the tech on my way out that they did indeed have it, he ignored me and started talking on the phone and rushed me to pay. Everything is rushed, it’s low quality, and a disaster. I wish I could give 0 stars

OVERPRICED! Please ask to see the pricing list for services rendered before getting any service done here. Other nail salons are better priced and more professional and neat. Dissatisfied with the service and also unsatisfied with the $16 manicure. A 60 percent increase in services compared to other salons is very excessive. I assumed gratuity is included with the prices charged. The nail tech who did my pedicure told me they charge more because they pay more in rent for being located in Towson at the mall. I would advise anyone who reads this review to PLEASE try a different salon.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst french manicure I have ever gotten. The tech was super rude and seemed rushed even though it wasnt busy. He didnt even trim or file my nails whatsoever. After he started painting them, I asked can you please file them, and he said calm down miss I got it in the rudest tone ever. My nail shape looks super wack and the polish was just splattered on there. I couldve done a better job myself. Never again. Oh and one my nails got a nick in it and started bleeding. No apology or anything, hope I dont get an infection.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Their work is terrible. I went there for my acrylics and they don’t know how to shape the nail or file it down correctly. It looks ver bad and I paid $80 for a mani pedi that isn’t up to par. If I didn’t have somewhere to go they’re wouldn’t have gotten $80 from me. $30 at the most because that’s what they’re work looks like.

This was the worst manicure Ive ever received. I usually dont let anybody do my nails but I was talked into getting a gel mani. First of all the gel started fading immediately after I left the salon so I returned the previous day to get the gel touched up. Her attitude was obnoxious after I had spent $171 for me and my sister. She slapped on some clear gel and when I insisted that I needed colored gel applied to the tips, she immediately got an attitude and started speaking in her foreign language to her associates. This salon should not have the success that it has and needs to be put out of Towsontown and sent packing. Please never ever ever take your money to any of the Nail Trix locations because after researching, I see that they all have some of the same complaints, apparently the trend is running all over Maryland. Again if I could have voted zero I would have. Never again!

This is the worst nail salon y’all ever bruh like NOCAP. I came here for a fill-in and not only was it over priced!! One of the nail techs cut me twice in the process . I took my nails off yesterday and my nails hurt ! The top of my nail came off on my thumb and then a cut on the other hand. My first experience with them and I will never go back. I got a full set. The nails were misshaped, not fully covered with polish, the acrylic didn’t reach to my cuticle, they were thick, and the gel polish that was on the nail was not even - like you could see some parts of the nail had a bump because of more polish being in that spot. I pointed flaws out and he did something, but literally didn’t even fix it. I was expecting MUCH higher quality for that price.

Terrible customer service. Got a gel manicure and they didn’t fully clean my cuticles or cut my nails on the sides and the polish was on my cuticles and skin. I came back the next day to get it fix and the people ignored me. Once I got their attention lady said I would have to pay to get it fixed even though I already paid $35 for the gel manicure that was done less than 24 hours. This was my first time at this salon and I am completely shocked with their customer service. I’ve never got this issue before at any salons. Every nail salon I’ve been to had managers fix their employees mistakes or given a refund for a terrible job. I am very disappointed and honestly felt disrespected from the way they treated me especially since I was a first time customer. I will never go back unless it’s a refund for my nails. I went in for a refill and the guy toldMe to get a completely new set, I agreed. He tried to show me that the acrylics I had before were bad by literally ripping my acrylics off of my nail with a tip, that stripped my already thin nails and also left a deep dent in my middle finger, it was bright red. He cleaned it with alcohol and it burned. He then used a drill over it and when I said it hurt he said “you’ll get over it.” I figured it was whatever and went along. After he applied the acrylics he suddenly got very cocky, he said something along the lines of “oh I’m so good, I can do this without even looking” and then continued to drill my nails while looking away. I then asked him how long he had been doing nails and this man says “this is my first week”! Not only was it so overpriced, he charged me for that painful “removal”. Never coming here again

I cant ever remember going to a nail that was super organized, super clean and super friendly. The owner is amazing and offers up the best nail services around.

Staff is rude, the facility is dirty, and your nails will not make up for it because they will look like trash. I gave this place several chances and every time its the same scenario. Pedicure area is filthy, hand washing area is filthy, trash is running over the top of the can. They have rude dont want to be bothered attitudes. Every time I go there I have to return the next day because my gel has chipped or my nail has broken. I never have this problem anywhere else. They rush through your service whether they are busy or not. We have to stop supporting places that operate like this just because of convenience.

HORRIBLE nail job. My nail tech was very nice but my nail beds are embarrassing. I got a manicure with no polish, and they are so scratched. Clearly worse than when I went in. Towson Town Center should get a new nail facility because the employees clearly take no pride in their work. I am humiliated

This place makes their money on people walking by in the mall wanting service quick because no one in their right mind would be a regular customer here. The service is not good. My polish was chipping the same day I left. I had to keep asking if she could clean up the mess she made around my nails off my toes. The staff is rude. I will never spend another dime here and wouldnt suggest them to anyone. I frequently come to this mall and everyone Ive spoken with about my experience has had similar complaints.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is dirty, clearly the tools they use are unsanitized. The tech would not remove gel unless he used the drill which I refused. I have gotten my nails done every two weeks for years and have not needed the use of a drill at other salons. He was so rude and left me sitting would not use the foil to soak my nails - instead told me I had to sit my whole hand in a dirty bowl of acetone that literally had hair inside. I was so disturbed by this place that I left with gel half peeling off from being soaked in acetone. They should be shut down by the health department.

(i got a full set. 35$)first time going, nails are misshapen and polish doesn’t cover the whole nail. they also got polish all over my skin and there are bubbles all in the clear coat :( my acrylics weren’t the right shape for my nail. no joke, the staff were talking and laughing really loud the whole time. the guy doing my nails kept COUGHING ON MY HANDS !! not sanitary at all !! and a lady came in complaining that there was fungus growing on her toes !! please don’t go here :(((

Ask for Mike he did a really good nice job on my nails. First time getting them done ever and he did a really nice job and made meVery comfortable.

I have been going here since I moved to Baltimore in march. Faithfully, every two weeks. Please note, they never remember me either. Now, Im not picky when it comes to my manicures however, I always get clear with with only color paints on my pinky. I also get gel ($35). I always tip because they are pushy about it as well. They NEVER do a good job with the ONE nail that I do have color on and I always feel rushed. I recently got my eyebrows done with them as well. (7/30/19) and the guy just waxes my eyebrows, doesnt pluck them or nothing. I was done in 5 seconds, we go straight to the counter and he asks for a tip. This time, I said NO. As much money as I spend here the customer service and QUALITY SUCKS. After months of inconsistency you would think I would have been stopped going right? I am officially letting these ppl go. I am just a creature of habit, but Im breaking this one.

This is by far thee worst nail salon. It looks nice but the service and quality are horrible. Do not waste your time and money on any service with these people who have no respect for customers. I had to give it one star but they deserve none.

Polish chipped the same day! I returned the next day! Two workers were sitting there and I was told it would be 45mins before I’d receive serviced! I’ll never return!!!

My nails were ok a little quick and sloppy even though they weren’t busy. I still tipped them and they didn’t say thank you. They were really rude and not friendly I will never go again!

If I can choose zero stars I would they dont deserve not one star from me. I walked in very nicely and asked if someone can put some nail glue on my nail that was lifting. I was sent to the manager which rudly yelled at me like I stoll something and said I dont provide that service here and to leave out his store!!! I was very confused on why he treated me like I did something wrong. I wondered if I was a didnt skin color (white) if he would treat me that way. This nail salon needs to be shut down or get new management!! I wish I can say more on how badly I was treated for just asking for a nail to be glued down.

Worse place I have ever been! They are so rude and it’s expensive!! Do not go here! They don’t clean the instruments and they rush and don’t massage your hands fully. The girl was not courteous. I shouldn’t have tipped her!!

Teen daughter & her friend had terrible service yesterday for nails. Friends mom dropped them off, telling the tech personally, shed return to pay after running an errand. When daughter was done, the tech was pressuring her to pay, & continued giving suspicious, unkind looks at her. Not only that, but the acrylic svc was rough & overpriced. Unfortunate!

Today I went in to get a manicure and it was a terrible experience. My manicure felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. He didnt massage my hands or arms at all and he covers my nails in three coats of polish so as a result my nails took forever to dry. So I leave thinking they are dry but within 15 minutes of leaving they get smudged! I go back and the tech gives me an attitude because he has to repaint three of my nails. Then I hear him talk to another tech about me about how I want my regular manicure fixed. He literally fusses the whole time Im there. The techs here have major attitude problems and do not know anything about customer service. Just go to Lee Nails by American Eagle or Dulaney Nails it will be a much better experience.

Visited them yesterday for a simple gel mani. IT WAS HORRIBLE! She could not file my nails correctly and I didnt even get my cuticles cut because she was too rough. Poor customer service. Bad attitudes.. The only reason I went there because I was getting my brows done in the mall and thought they would be ok. Wished I read the reviews before going there. They are overpriced! #NeverAgain

It was a long wait, but a pleasant one. The service was good and I was happy with my pedicure. I think I would come again.

These people are nasty and rude. We have to stop giving people our business who dibt provide good customer service. I once tried to explain how I wanted my nails and the fool technician got offended as if I were to just accept how he does things. He refused to finish my nails! I go to Lee Nails down by TGIF in the mall now. Ill NEVER give this place my business again. Jerks

I came here today because I noticed their space got renovated and I was highly intrigued. I wish I had ignored that curiosity.I asked for a mani pedi and I wasn’t disappointed with the overall results but there were issues. First off, the staff ended up giving me two cuts on my toes and whenever they put a certain product on it, it would start burning.Two, the staff wouldn’t let me do regular polish for my toes. Personally, I prefer regular polish on my toes because it’s cheaper and I can change it without causing issues to my toes. She wouldn’t stop arguing with me. She kept saying, “oh it would match better with your shoes!” My shoes were closed toed Ugg’s, nobody is going to see my toes in the middle of winter. I don’t know if she wanted to do gel because it’s more money or she was simply too lazy to get the polish.Three, in this nail salon they have a little station to get your brows waxed and I wasn’t doing that for today. She kept arguing with me about it. “I’ll give you half off! Do it today! You won’t get tomorrow half off!” I simply told her I didn’t have the time or want to get my eyebrows done. She then made fun of me, “oh but your eyebrows are ugly they need to be finished!” You do not tell your customer their eyebrows are ugly or anything is ugly.Please go somewhere else where your money should go.

$35 for a gel manicure and $25 for a pedicure. Nope. The manicure is ok but we will see how it holds up. The pedicure is AWFUL. My heels are still rough$60 just seems like a lot for a mall nail salon. I mean a gel manicure at Ulta is only $25 it is the first time I have never tipped for nail services. I will not be going back. EVER.

Very disappointed. Had mani and pedi done. I can really tell what my toes look like because I’m super pregnant. But my finger nails look horrible. There are air bubbles on EVERY nail. I told them. They just put some acetone and re paint it, but same thing happened. Then the guy that did my nails proceed to eat a pork bun in front of me! Smh. Not going back.

I came to this place assuming it was the same salon that used to be located directly next to Nordstrom rack before the renovation. I came in for a pedicure and overlay and ended up paying $70 in total and did not tip AT ALL. The prices aren’t located in the salon but I assumed it would be somewhere close to the standard going rate and boy was I wrong. The pedicure starts at $30, and I ended up getting the $40 hot stone pedi which was definitely not worth the price, nor was either of the services I received. Let me also mention that my nail technician was very hostile towards me until I selected my pedicure package and once he realized I would be spending a bit more he became very chatty and all of a sudden nice😒. My overlay (acrylic over my natural nail with polish, no nail tip added) was uneven in length throughout nails and was extremely thin. My nails started chipping within a week of service and the polish job looked as if they used a dollar store brand within two days. (I say this because I use dollar store brands when I do my own mani/pedi so I know how it looks opposed to an OPI brand color which I did select, they may be watering the product down🤔🤦🏽‍♀️). Anyway i say all this to say I’ll be sticking to my normal salon Lux Nail Salon down on greenmount. Yes the location is not the best but the service I receive there is always great and chair #8 is my favorite.

I would give a zero as my experience was unacceptable. I got a pedicure just now. The man who did it was sloppy, leaving corners and edges of my toes unpolished. I pointed this out to his irritation. He tried to fix it and missed another toe. I reached down to show him another missed area and accidentally smudged the polish on one toe. I dont know what name he called me in his language, but he was clearly irate and gesticulating at me. He complained in English that I messed up my toe forcing him to redo it and how unfair that was. He then tried to skip putting the base coat down. He got irritated again when I told him I needed a base coat first. The final pedicure is sloppy and I dont have time to get them re-done by someone else. Truly surprised they are still in business given the other reviews I just saw. I wish I had seen the reviews prior. I would have saved money and time.

The people here are extremely rude. the man who did my nails wanted me to pay him before painting my nails (which is extremely unusual, as nail salons normally have you pay at the end). he started yelling at me because i couldnt understand what he was saying that well. also, i accidentally bumped my nail and messed it up sightly when he told me to go to the nail dryer. i asked him to fix it real quick, and he slammed his brush down, glared at me, and grudgingly/hastily threw some polish over the mark. worst service ive ever experienced, never going back.

Horrible horrible experience. Came in to get new acrylics and the guy clipped my nails very roughly and then started to rip the acrylic off, I had to complain many times before he finally got acetone to soak them off. Now my nails are wrecked!! I ended up getting gel instead and he kept over painting them and allowing the gel to get cured on my skin and then, once it was all done he used a drill to fill the excess on my cuticles.No coming back at all.

I’ll give a star for the shape of my nails but there’s uneven glue everywhere and the paint job could be better. Oh... and it shouldn’t hurt.

I came to this nail salon on Friday an I wanted a pedicure an manicure . The nail tech was trying to make me get gel on my toes an I told her 10 times no.. than she did my manicure with gel nails . The man at desk told em an my boyfriend one price but she charged him another price. Basically I was overpriced. An I haven’t even have my nails done for a week, they keep chipping an peeling. 😡

I use to go here last year but every time I went, I had Trina. I loved my service and had no complaints. She is the ONLY one I would let do my services.Now Yesterday was my first time back since last year and they have renovated but I did not like the services because the guy who I got to do my services his name is Henry and when he finished my pedicure my feet was still rough on the back of my heels, and I’m not a person that you needs to do much of anything when it comes to my feet, but bc I could feel that it was like it never was done that’s a problem ...my polish is now chipped and it is only been one day ...my cuticles are not fully clean he did not take the time to wipe my cuticles properly or make sure it’s a clean cut look... and neither did he spray alcohol on them at the end he was very very patient and took his time but for some reason whatever he did was not effective because as I stated my polish has chipped. When I called him today to tell him he told me that because I did not have gel on my toes that my polish is bound to chip!!! I said sir not after no ONE DAY! It hasn’t even been a week yet. I informed him that is not true because where I have been going at the nail salon around my way, they put regular polish and if I needed to it’ll at least last a month so don’t tell me that because I don’t pay for gel that my polish should be chipped I don’t like what he said ...he wasn’t rude about it but it was as if I should have common sense that thats how things are which is not true !!!!! AT ALL also they are very overpriced I took my mom yesterday and myself there to get our toes & nails done altogether I paid $200 it was 185 ...and because it seemed like it was a good service & my mom was satisfied with her surprised spa day, I paid a tip for my servicer & my mom’s servicer ....but they are very overpriced and I will not be going back unless it’s dire ...and also I will make sure that Tina is the one that does mine Also they do need to have better proper procedure and tools for when they clean as far as when they use their products and the tools they use their products for the pedicures.... they do not reopen a new pack so you would have to ask them !... and they use the same thing that they use from the last person on you so you have to literally ask them to show you a new pack that has just been open out for your pedicure.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the girl was so rude, I was shocked! Before she even started my pedicure she started badgering me about my eyebrows and getting them done. This continued into the manicure till I agreed to get them done. She took me back and was even ruder back there. She went so far as to tell me to never do my eyebrows again cause I took too much which is pretty ridiculous since I have pretty normal looking eyebrows. I wouldve never expected somebody who expected a tip to behave this way. Never ever going back.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a negative star rating I would. The cleanliness was subpar and The customer service was TERRIBLE. I went in there simply asking for my nails to be removed. I was given a lot of grief and when I made it clear for the 5th time that I didnt want a manicure, just for my set to be removed, I was brushed off and ignored by the manager mid sentence. After tossing me around to 3 different nail techs, I finally got one that again tried to get me to get a full set but I didnt want to because of time. So she plucks and rips the nails off. No soaking or anything. My nails were destroyed. She had tore down to the nail bed on one finger. I understand this happens some time when removing fake nails (it certainly has when Ive done it myself which is why I WENT TO THE SALON, but I digress). Fortunately, my prior engagement was cancelled and I requested a new full set unable to salvage my nails on my own. In short, the tech was rude, did nothing to my actual nails, rushed through the process, ignored all request I made for her to be gentler and even up the shaping on them because it was very uneven. After requesting a new tech I had the same issue. The young lady next to me has a similar experience and was unsatisfied with her nails. She was also over charged. Everyone there was very rude. Extremely condenscending and they make prices off the top of their heads. DO NOT GO THERE. Please save your coins.

Terrible service, I paid for service for me and my friend. The lady that rang us up upcharged my friend and then left him sitting in the chair before moving her unsanitized equipment to the next person and going to work.

This place sucked! Dont waste your money. I asked the guy to pail to the cuticle because he was leaving space on the nail bed on my pedi, and then over painting the skin so there was pain under my nail. He got upset with me. Then I asked him again to make sure to go all the way to the cuticle for my finger nails. Then I checked, and he yelled at me to put my hand under the uv light. At that point I offered to pay and leave. I dont need someone to get pissy with me when they cant pay attention to details, especially pertaining to their job. I left with gel pain under my nails glued to my skin. extra paint on my toes, and misshaped finger nails because of the gel. Then when I went to pay, he asked if I wanted to add a tip. I said no, and he hastily gave me the receipt.I highly recommend Hahns Nail Saloon in Canton Merrit. That is where I normally go, I just didnt want to drive 20 mins. I wish I had made the drive now. They pay attention to the details, and you get WAAAY better service with a foot massage and hot towel as part of the basic service.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed to get a brand new full set, but long story short, I got the acrylic and my ACTUAL nail removed. The lady cut a portion of my pinky nail off and thought it was okay to laugh whenever I told her she was being rough and it was painful.Terrible experience and now I cant have another full set until this is healed. I dont support bad, painful business. Never coming back.

It was HORRIBLE. I waited 1 hour to get my nails a fullset. After i FINALLY got them done i had to follow an enployee to the bavk to get my eyebrowd arched and They were two completely different sizes. I got all of this done Monday, but Friday one of my nails came off while i grabbed a cup at work. My nails still didnt dry until the next day even though i sat under the nail drier . I paid 45$ for my a fullset and my eyebrows when I couldve went somewhere cheaper and gotten better service. Ugh.

Nails came off literally not even a week later! Waste of $50
