Horrible customer service from the in-person cashiers to the remote customer service reps. Apparently there are select number of boots where Rack room separates the pair and keeps one foot of the pair in the back. The cashier did not make me aware of this nor did she check my box to make sure it included the right and left foot. Also, there are no signs posted anywhere in the store stating that this is thier policy. So unbeknownst to me I leave the store with 2 left feet thinking its a pair of boots. When I return to the store to make it right I met a horrible cashier who told me they dont know where the other foot is and attempted to refund me only half of what I paid. I had to call customer service and ended up spending nearly 30 minutes in this store to correct this error. I never knew that buying boots could be so complicated.

It was Bogo at the time and I took advantage of the savings.
