I went to jiffy lube last Saturday for an oilchange and they offered to change my filters fo and brake fluid for a small fee. All together it came up to 300 and some odd dollars. Now a week later my car is having trouble starting and I am sitting at a gas station waiting on triple A because my car wont start at all. Dont got to the jiffy lube at Towson.

Today, I had my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very considerate of my time. The thing that I was most impressed with outside of the excellent customer service was when a customer ahead of me was processed out. Immediately after he left, one of the employees came in and wiped down the chair that he had been sitting in the waiting room as well as the door handles and other commonly touched areas. At a time when I feel like a lot of people are forgetting that we still need to be diligent about protecting ourselves against this virus, it was great to see that they were still following safety protocols.

Outstanding service and comfort. very fast yet patient. complete car care yet refused to make me get unnecessary services. they went way over and beyond my expectations and ive going other jiffy lubes for years

This has become my 2nd favorite Jiffy Lube. Fast, friendly, & great service!! Although I actually didnt need an oil change - they topped off my oil level, put air in my tires, reset the alerts in my car, and sent me on my way. Im a happy camper - great customer service is everything to me 😊😃

I called to see if they have any availability today. Someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I called immediately afterwards and it went to a voicemal. All I can think if this is how they treat customers professionally on the phone then the service will be the same.

Efficient, quick and excellent service

Sunday afternoon. They diagnosed a coolant leak quickly and even filled up the coolant for us as a courtesy. Polite, kind, professional team.

Terrible experience. I went there when my car was showing MAINTENANCE required after they finished the car is still showing MAINTENANCE required . Very terrible job, bad business and bad people.

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube. I live n pg n come all the way down to go here. Service is excellent, I get good prices, and have less wait time. Which means Im in and out . Can also talk to them about car trouble or noise, n see what they recommend.

My visit was absolutely amazing . I didn’t have to wait long at all! Lori greeted me and she is soooooo friendly and her customer service is amazing. While I was waiting Jason checked in on me as well. Ian was very welcoming and he helped me navigate my car inside because I was afraid that I would drive into the hole lol but his energy was great ! The same goes for Donald. His shirt said Donald but my receipt says John so I’m not sure which one is correct but he was great ! Very conversational with high energy as well. Literally the whole team here is phenomenal and I will definitely return for another oil change. I even recommended this location to my coworkers when I returned to work. Man!!!! What a wonderful experience I had yesterday at the Jiffy Lube on York road. It was a Rainy day and those guys were so upbeat you would’ve thought it was 90 degrees outside!! They greeted me at the door and mentioned they had fresh brewed coffee for my pleasure. Great experience overall. If you ever need any service I would recommend this Location -Bar none!!!!!

I have always had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Very friendly service and they do not try to force anything on you. I have taken our cars to them for the past five years for all of our oil changes and tire rotations. Highly recommend!

You will find other reviewers that came to this location to get their oil changed only to find the oily empty... I wish I had looked harder at the reviews before I subjected my car to this awful place.I paid hundreds of dollars to get my brakes and rotors replaced and they are still making an atrocious grinding and squealing sound. I am convinced that they took my money and did not do the job.They are SUPER “polite” but it is all FAKE!!! Please be AWARE. I came in and asked how much the job would be and they told me over $400... when my partner came in hours later, they dropped the price by over $100... he asked for the exact same thing to be done... they are thieves!!!RUN! This location is great! Eric is always the consummate professional, nice, knowledgeable and outgoing. Also, today, Myles and Savannah (I got the names off of my receipt) were great too! Myles greeted me when I arrived, listened to me regarding what I needed and escorted me to the waiting room. He even opened the door for me which I found very nice. (I’m originally from the South so I notice little things like that) Savannah was cheery, happy, polite and thorough. Honestly, prior to when I started coming to this location, I dreaded going to places like this as they were always dirty and smelled bad plus I was always on edge feeling like I was being upsold on everything that I may or may not have needed at the time. It all seemed kind of seedy and cheap but I don’t feel like that here at all. It’s clean, bright, orderly and the employees are always pulled together and look sharp. When Eric goes over everything with my car and tells me that there’s something I’m due for or should think about doing, I know it’s legit and not just someone pulling one over on or taking advantage of me because they’re trying to meet a sales quota. The first time I came here, I was expecting it to be like every other oil change place and I was pleasantly surprised in many ways. That’s why I keep coming back. Plus, Eric remembered me from my last visit months ago which is also helpful considering how many people he deals with on a daily basis. Keep up whatever you’re doing at this location because it’s working. Jiffy Lube is very fortunate to have employees like Eric and the rest of the team! It’s definitely good for the brand and for business.

Great service...first time at this location and will go back!....Went back again.....but....this time I was told my transmission fluid and break fluid were both in need of changing. I chose not to have them do it and went to my mechanic of 30 years and he checked them both and said they did not. He also checked if mfg called for this and at my mileage it was not suggested. I suggest that if you get anything more than an oil change you get a second opinion.

Erik has helped me out countless amounts of times & every time has been 100 percent smooth. I’d definitely reccomend this jiffy lube over any in the surrounding area no questions. The techs in there are very well trained from what I’ve seen and experienced.Well recommended and make sure you speak with Erik if you have any troubles he’s a great guy

The staff here is great, very friendly, will ask what you want replaced and tell you what you really *should* replace. They never pressure me into any service, and they all have a good sense of humor

Shout out to Jiffy Lube on York Road, right off of Towson Universitys campus campus. My daughter, a Towson student, was having car trouble today and took it there to get it checked out. They took her right away, no appointment needed. They took the tires off and checked the undercarriage thoroughly. They took the time to explain everything they checked out to her, made her feel comfortable with driving the car, and they didnt find any problems so they didnt charge her anything. Super happy parents!

Everyone was so friendly and kind and I was in and out. I loved having all the doors opened for me. Doesnt happen very often. Made my day.

Dont know what happened on my last visit, but thank goodness I use synthetic oil. Left the service bays got onto 695 and my check engine light come on then oil light, so I pulled off the side of the road. I had NO oil in the car, called them and they had no history of my car even being in there, the receipt was a copy of someone else transaction. I paid cash and think the service tech pocked my money

Had the oil changed very quickly, and watched them change the oil, and filter..I needed a particular service that was not performed by Jiffy Lube. They recommended a very good company nearby..I went to Jiffy Lube because the person I trusted at my normal mechanic business transferred to another part of town..I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Wonderful service. I was greeted promptly shown to the waiting room and offered coffee. I was explained what some of the things they recommended but did not feel pressure at all. They told me how long it would take and it actual was correct. I had the door to the waiting room and my car door opened for me when I left. . They vacuumed out my car as well. I have never had better service from as soon as I pulled up to when I drove away! Good job guys!

C was very helpful at the front desk and all of the men working on my car were very polite and personable. I was informed of all the deals and C took the time not only to explain what I needed done, but also showed me why the items needed to be replaced. All in 30 minutes! Would recommend this location to anyone.

I have mixed feelings. The prices are absurdly high, but I keep going back for more simply because theres almost never any wait and they seem to do a reasonably efficient job. As soon as I find a reliable spot that charges less, Im done with this place.

All of the staff is very friendly. Great for an oil change, but go elsewhere for other services! They always try to scare me and up-sell me on things I do NOT need. I get the list of things that need to be done and take it to my mechanic and none of it needs to be done!Theyll call you in and talk to you, but just tell them no. They wont be pushy, which is nice, but just take their sheet to your mechanic instead. :)

Out of all the jiffy lubes ....this is the only professional one that i have ever encountered! As a female, they do not make me feel uncomfortable or make me feel like they are trying to take advantage . Plus, they are courteous and fast!

They always do a decent job. They dont leave black oil marks in your car. They do not do a good job vacuuming, but it is complimentary. They have NEVER tried to hard sell me, that is why I keep returning.

My service took about a good three hours only because my gasket had a leak in the middle of getting my oil changed. I dont mone though because the guy at the front did an awesome job by telling me about my leak! I never got his name but hes the handsome man with the green eyes. He was very polite and quick with updates. The mechanics working on my car did an excellent job as well. I would recommend bringing snacks and having someone come pick you up if your service will be prolonged. If you decide to wait, theres a sitting area. Bring something small to eat with you. My total for the service came to $217.49 which isnt bad at all for an oil change and gasket replacement. Thanks boys!

How hard is it to keep track of who is next? Its a rhetorical question because it should be simple especially for a company that has everyone form a line. I had practically the whole waiting room leave then I noted the wait to the manager and she seemed befuddled. Very disappointed that something 1st graders can do seems to elude this location.

Called for pricing in advance and upon payment was charged double. They stated I was miss informed. They had already started the oil change so I was trapped. Then they tried to up sell me on other services.... Never.ever.ever going back😣

Theres a reason its called Jiffy Lube. This place is pretty expensive but perhaps because of that its never crowded and the service is always insanely fast. It doesnt even take 10 minutes to get the oil changed when you walk in, so you are paying for convenience. They also vacuum your car out which is nice. Make sure to pull up the Jiffy Lube website on your phone and enter the Towson zip code and youll always have access to a coupon for $5 off an oil change.

I have bad experience on this visit tire rotation oil change the where quick .... BUT they dont tight enough tires, on my way back car was wobbling and unbalanced. Being a single older lady I dont understand problem and how dangerous is situation and keep driving till tier almost come off.

Really saved me and I couldnt be more grateful. My car was spraying oil after a change from another mechanic and they fixed everything, explained what they were doing and topped off my lost oil. Never had a better experience with a mechanic. Im coming here whenever I need something from now on.

I came here for a quick oil change because there was no appointment necessary. I recently took my car to the dealership for a recall and oil change. I was informed the the oil change was done incorrectly and that oil was leaking everywhere (something about the filter on incorrectly). If I had waited a few more weeks or months it could have potentially destroyed my engine. I never write bad reviews and I understand accidents happen but this is very concerning. My car is only 2 years old I would have been devastated if I needed a new engine.

I was in and out in under ten minutes and helped replace my filters. Cleaned my car and topped off my fluids. Excellent service and will definitely be back when I need another oil change.

I have never been to this location but I will start. The service I received was wonderful. They were helpful and I was in and out in no time.

They finished my car so fast I couldnt even enjoy the chair. As soon as I sat down they was finished but I got a oil change, they checked my tire pressure plus set my tire to the right air pressure, out windshield wipers fluid in my car and many more things. I swear it was about 5-10mins
