I came in to get prices and to check out different size units and let me just say the customer service was great! I did not catch the young ladies name, but i truly appreciated her service.

Its been a very long time since Ive needed to have a storage unit, so I was expecting that they had likely gone way up in price. I was so surprised how reasonable this companys prices were! It was a super quick, super smooth process. The facility is very clean, cool (climate controlled), and they provide you with flatbed carts and dollies, which were especially helpful! Courtney, the woman who I think manages this particular location, was friendly, explained things well, and gave some extra tips. All in all, an easy, good experience here so far! :)

I was at the post office and decided to stop in next door to see a space and get some prices. The building was very clean and courtney was very insightful. When i am ready to rent I definitely will be renting here!

They are telling us we need to drive to the facility to renew contracts because of the sale to Public Storage. I am on auto-pay on all three units yet they say one is past due but do not tell me which one. So they go from 5 stars to 1

I am very impressed with how clean this place is, they have all the things you need for moving and it is a very easy process to get a unit. They even have carts and 2 nice sized elevators.

With all of the storage places in the area, there’s lots of options. However, this is the cleanest, most well-maintained facility I’ve seen. The customer service is also extremely good, with Chalsie being the highlight. She was extremely helpful and professional with the entire transaction, including detailing the policies and choices. Highly recommend this facility!

The storage site at Gleneagles Ct is a well operated facility thats very clean and has lots of parking. The surrounding area is very scenic with lots of trees, fresh air and even some deers nearby. Most importantly, the office staff such as, manager Fred is extremely helpful.

Im disappointed in the manager Chelsea Sennetts extreme unprofessionalism. Id been a longtime customer at this location but closing my units. She called and I told her my cousin was renting a unit and she said thats fine. When we arrived, after loading the cars, she said he could not receive a promotion rate. I asked to see the policy and she printed it for me. She then threatened to call the police for keeping my paperwork. Ill never use them again.
