They lie. I will be calling up there for a refund or blocking the charge. I took a 10ft van 25 miles and have pictures and was charged $267 although the quote said $69 for the truck and $1 per mile. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN SOMEONE ELSE WAS ALREADY IN THE BUILDING CURSING OUT THE OWNERS WHEN I ARRIVED.
