Excellent service done on the repairs on my vehicle. Took longer than expected, but you cant control parts being delivered. They always kept us updated on the status and called as soon as it was ready. Thank you for the great work and dealing with my insurance. Looks like a new car again.

USAA has always sent me to Cooks - I stopped by Tracy Collision because of their new clean looking building - My visit was a none insurance issue. I wanted to see if their dent wizard could remove some dents from the truck. The wizard was not happy with his work and did not charge Tracy Collision so they did not charge me, I understood the risk in the beginning. When funds become available I will return to have the body work done. Treated very well

Figured third time was the charm. Went in to get an estimate (again)...should’ve learned the first two times. I already know what’s wrong and he still wanted the vehicle there. The other two times time vehicle was there and still dealt with the same individual. This is the third time I’ve requested an estimate from this company (different quotes for different reasons). I always get the same cocky young kid. Every time I leave there I am always 1000 times more frustrated than when I came in. I like to keep my business local but I won’t be going here for anything ever again.

Maybe they deal primarily with insurance claims, but I went in there for a quote on a brand new bumper primered already and was quoted 1000.00. Thought it was pretty high for a paint job considering it was for a small car

We ended up at Tracy Collision through a referral from my guy at Tracy Chevrolet. We had great service. Reuben gave us options and then we asked for his recommendation. Even though the job was a little pricey for us, it didnt seem as though he was trying to take us to the bank. He was very up front with us even giving us recommendations on care after the job was completed. Received the vehicle back earlier than expected and it looked really good. Yes, I would use them again if I had to.......

I had a little fender bender and right away, I knew that I would be taking my car to Tracy Collision (TC). I know and trust the Ghorbanis and their skilled team. They are fair and go above and beyond to get the job done right.TC was in constant contact with me during my repairs to keep me updated. Really, I heard more from TC than my own insurance carrier. They kept me in the loop when additional damage was found and really worked with my insurance carrier to get my car looking excellent. They did such a good job!!!!Seriously the best shop in all of the extended east bay area and beyond. Worth the drive from ALAMEDA to get there.I highly recommend Tracy Collision to all my friends. As all these other reviews have already stated, this shop rocks.

This place is a scam, the managers there are the rudest people Ive come across. They dont know how to do business in any professional manner. All they care about is stealing money from you and your insurance company just to put into their own pockets. If you value your time, money, and vehicle you will stay away from this place. The bald manager (never gave me his name) was the worst of them all. I had to put the one star to post the review, but it doesnt even deserve that.

They repaired my damage last year 2014 and I am looking at them again this year. Yes, another hit...What I appreciate is that they did a bit of touch-up on a rock hit that was no where hear my damage. Big thumbs up!

Took in my lexus for rear end fix. We came in and paid for the the repair. They gave us the keys and said your vehicle is on the side have a good day. What a crappie delivery of a vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle a few issues were found. Bumper is a little loose and you can still see the dent. The woman helping me did not care. She was even proud to say shes new and still learning but boasted about knowing,thats the way they repair bumper covers instead of replacing them. F-

I received my car back from Tracy Colision Center yesterday afternoon. I am so pleased with the whole experience, that I could not wait to write this review. My interaction with repair/body shops in the past has been minimal. I cannot say that I have had a “bad” experience. After working with Tracy colision center, I realized that there is a whole other level of professionalism and service, that many service related companies are falling short of. Tracy colision center made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their ability to get my car back on the road. I had to have my car back for work, and Mario made sure to meet my deadline, with time to spare. As far as the condition of my vehicle. I am amazed at how spectacular my car looks. I am a very detail oriented person, who is very meticulous about caring for my vehicles. Tracy colision center met and exceeded every one of my expectations, while still meeting my deadline. Professional overall. My car was rear ended and they kept me updated anytime my insurance rep reached out to them or came by to look at my car. It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t further experience their customer service as my car ended up being a total loss and had to handed over to the insurance.

My experience with Tracy Collision was a very honest, pleasant, professional, and satisfying experience. I felt that Armin and his team exceeded my expectations of what to expect from a collision repair shop. As a certified mechanic myself I hold a very high expectation of any business related to the automotive industry, to the highest standard imaginable. Tracy collision fulfilled those expectations by sharing there knowledge and performing exceptional work. Armin understood any concerns that plagued me through the process. Armin even went as far as fighting my insurance company for the use of oem parts on my truck, since I didnt have an oem endorsement in my insurance policy. Armin truly understood when I told him that I could never afford a Lamborghini and that my truck is my lamborghini. Thats the kind of service I received from Tracy collision, I would definitely recommend Tracy collision.
