I came here with great expectations. They blew me away. The whole process was fantastic and stress free. Carlos helped me out and kept me informed. My car was brought back to me like it came off the lot! Attention to detail is key with this shop and it shows. Service advisor and admins Co operated very well and planned the delivery of my vehicle with a decent turnaround time. They even shared pics of my vehicle while work was in progress on request.

***TOP NOTCH SERVICE*** I brought my Lexus in for body work and from the moment I arrived I felt a level of service that I havent had ever from a collision body shop before. I was greeted by Annalee and she already had called for my shuttle while Juan Medina came out immediately and greeted me to access my car and then minutes later the shuttle arrived. No waiting. They kept me informed as to the progress of my repairs and the work was completed on time. When I went back to pick up my car again no waiting. I was greeted again by Annalee with all the paperwork necessary so that I could just pick up my car and leave but then the Manager Don Kerr came out and also greeted me to check to make sure I was well taken care of. I was just so impressed. I highly recommend this body shop. Ive had many accidents in my day and by far this is the BEST body shop ever. :)

The staff here are outstanding. Their level of customer service we love it. Our insurance took longer to respond back to them appropriately with the correct information and they were very patient with us. Finally our insurance corrected things on their end and Caliber Collision moved on and never missed a beat.

Was in an accident and my insurance Geico sent me here. The lady at the desk had everything ready and went above and beyond to try to get me a rental car earlier then was told to me. I believe the measure of good customer service isn’t found when everything goes right, but what happens when things go wrong. My truck was checked in and inspected as part of a very smooth process, and my transition in to my rental was very easy.What wasn’t expected were some delays related to a specialty finish needing to be ordered from Ford. This delayed the repair a day or so. Also, during the painting process a rare anomaly occurred where solvent causes small bubbles to form in the clear finish.I say these things not because I’m complaining, but because I’m very happy with how it was handled. I was kept informed by text and calls on a daily basis and I never had to wonder about what was going on. Carlos was very upfront and helpful, and everything he could control was taken care of beyond my expectations. I’m in the service industry myself and I really appreciate a straight forward approach.Thank you Carlos and the Caliber team for making the best of an unfortunate event with my truck. You guys rock and I’ll refer anyone I know to them.

My car had minor damage. The repairs were completed in about half the time estimated. Body and paint work looks even. Paint is smooth and the right color blending. Clear coat looks deep enough. The office was very clean. Every covid 19 precaution is in effect.

Terrible service. Did not meet the standards at all. I showed them all the flaws and had to drop off my car with them the second time, it was same problem and I had to escalate it with no further improvement. There was no point talking to the manager so please dont waste your time. It was very disappointing and waste of time. Finally, my insurance referral another auto repair place which did an excellent job. Overall, worse and unprofessional experience with Caliber Collision. I will give them 0 strars if I could.

Got into a car accident in September 2020. Took my car here because it use to be Cooks Collision. That was bad judgement on my part. When I picked my car up, the check engine light came on the very next day. I asked them about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it because when I got it towed there, the check engine light was off. Long story short, they are only going fix what you can see. They don’t care about mechanics, just body work. If you get into an accident, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!Apart from that, I ended up taking my car back 2 mone times because my blinkers were not working. & the second thing I noticed was the grill on my car was bent aswell. The wheel well lining was also coming off and the guy told me to drive for a while and it will heat into place yea no they do really bad work.

I took my SUV into Caliber Collision in Tracy, CA.For repairs...I had ran over some objects on the freeway.My front suspension break hose got cut.After picking up my truck my brake paddle was very loose.Caliber told me they will have my truck towed in and give me a rental car.I got to the rental car company and was told That I needed to pay for the rental..After speaking with Brittney the office manager she said, You have to pay the first $100 and they’ll take care of the rest..I told her I have to pay you more money for you guys not fixing my truck correctly.She said yes......I called my Insurance company told them what was going on.I called Brittney back she said, We took your truck out and the brakes are fine. I told her no they aren’t.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..They also said things were wrong with my car that wasn’t.. Just to bring the price up” I reported them to my Insurance company...

This place does great work, and consistently because I have been there twice and in each occasion they got the vehicle repaired like brand new. Friendly staff, well organized system to get you in and out. Pretty good job done here. If anyone needs repairs I recommend this place, and Travers was my contact and got the whole process done well.

We have had to take vehicles to Caliber Collision twice and both times, we had excellent customer service and excellent and timely work performed on our vehicles. Highly recommend them if you have the need for Collision repairs!

I had to bring my Ford Fusion in because someone hit it while I was at work and then took off without a note or anything not much damage but enough to where everyday I was unhappy with just looking at it. Bummer but it happens, me being me I was worried the whole time because I was unsure how it was going to come out (it being a brand new car I was just overall afraid that it was going to look the same) But they did such a great job! Kept updating me along the way with texts & photos and to be honest you can’t even tell that there was any damage done thankfully. also, Michelle told me it’s was going to take four days to do and it was done in four days right on time so I definitely recommend going to this place hopefully nothing else happens to my car again but if it does I would absolutely come back & you should to! thanks again to Michelle she was very professional and kept me updated along the way and an even bigger thanks to the people who worked on my car to make it look brand new again can’t thank you guys enough
