I just bought some furniture from this store. Rand is the person who helped me and did a good job helping me make the decisions on the furniture I needed. He checked inventory to let me know whether they had it or not. Plus the delivery was right on time. The delivery men set the furniture up and left. No wasted time at all..

I cannot shout loud enough how much I absolute LOVE Homelife! We got this sectional from them over 3 years ago. I have 3 boys (5, 2.5 and 3 months old). You cannot imagine how much abuse this couch has taken with constantly being jumped on, spilled on, cushions taken off to make forts, you name it. Still in amazing condition.Just bought a new house and need a 2nd couch for the family room. Of course I’m doing Homelife! Even if it means driving from Danville to Tracy. (Their Pleasanton showroom closed)Alex is a dream to work with! Highly recommend!

Homelife furniture store is a one of the best stores in West Valley Mall. At a time when all the stores are leaving West Valley Mall the Homelife furniture store is thriving very well. At the present time all that beautiful furniture store is half price. I just purchased a beautiful couch, love seat, dinning room table and chairs plus a killer coffee table and end tables and beautiful king size headboard for 3k. There is no other store where you can purchase all that great furniture for that price. If youre looking for furniture there is no other place to go.

Last year we walked in this store with intentions to buy a sofa and the customer service was terrible! No one bothered to look at us, let alone say hello. We walked out and left with zero intentions to ever return. Last weekend we decided to go browse around for the first time in a long time. To our surprise, their customer service had a complete upgrade! A guy by the name Jose helped us out, he was very welcoming and had such a great attitude! We were simply looking around but he still made us feel as important as someone who was actually shopping! This place is great now and we will definitely return to Jose if we need to buy furniture. By the way, we saw a comment on here stating that they don’t inform you about the return policy but that is a lie. We noticed that that was one of the first things staff mentions! There is also signs with the policy, you just have to read them. Regardless of signs, an important thing to always keep in mind when making big purchases at any store is to alwayssssss ask for return policies!

We bought a L sectional sofa from the Tracy store about 4 years ago. Knew we were going to have problems on first day it was delivered. Every time we get up from our sofa, we get static shock/shocked. Cushions did not hold up too well before we had it for a year. The only reason we did not notify the store of our issues was due to our dog was eating a treat and crumbs went under the sofa and she ripped the material on the base trying to get to the crumbs.

Went to buy a bedroom set, and noticed a couch was still there from last year. It eas 1079.00. I told him I was interested in it but not for that price. They were having a sale on it and I told him that isnt a sale by price. Its always been that price we agreed on a price, we were financing. A week ago I ran across the invoice and he still charged the 1079.00 Just want everyone to know pay attention to the write up portion of the sale. He was a crook and I wont to business there because if this. If your a crook your usually not __________. Fill in the blank

Me and my friend walked in to buy room decor and were told no one under 18 is allowed inside without an adult. (we are 15). Have never heard of that before, + if that is true there should be a sign outside.

This place! We bought a sectional and kitchen table from here. The first couch I picked out and waited 2 weeks for, I was told was no longer being made but they could get me another couch from a different brand that would almost be the same. Waited for that one & then that one was no longer being made. Picked out a 3rd couch (we had already paid for the original couch so they had our money this entire time) finally received it after 6 weeks. Worst couch I ever bought, the recliners immediately broke, they blamed it on us. After going back and forth and proving to them we were still under warranty they sent someone out. The guy never came but they said he did & that we were just trying to get them to come out for free to fix it again. OMG!! The guy who came out told me I was correct, he had never been to my house and they messed up my paperwork. He fixed 2 of the 4 recliners (the other two were not broke) about a month later the other 2 broke and they refused to come out and fix them. The couch itself is so poorly made, the arms have no cushion in them, you seriously hit the wood, Ive had to lay blankets on top of the arms just to make it a little more comfortable. The foam is starting to come out in places, my husband puts a rolled up blanket behind his back to lean on because again you hit wood. I paid so much money for these couches and they didnt even last a couple of years, I wouldnt give these away free.The kitchen table.....the table itself has been fine, the chairs on the other hand are horrible. The legs immediately started getting loose, the holes where the screws go are stripped so we could never tighten them so the legs are wobbly on a couple chairs. The cheap thin piece of pleather that is over the top started cracking and making holes.Never, ever again will I step foot in this place. Horrible customer service and even worse products.

Staff are friendly and non pushly. Gave me plently of space and didnt hassle me at all. When I did needed help they were always close by to assist me. Straight forward and very easy going folks here.

*BEWARE OF COMPANY* Purchased a sofa and loveseat from company was quoted 1 to 2 weeks for delivery and was told my paperwork would be mailed to me and was shown an iPad to sign a white box 3 weeks later sofa was delivered and Im told loveseat is on backorder advise I want to cancel it and was told she cant get a refund but there online website says you can cancel before item is delivered with restocking fee the place is fraud the fact they dont give you no paperwork or anything and didnt deliver as quoted and now dont want to refund me money back for loveseat not once did sales guy say items were non returnable

Stress-o-pedic mattress with a 15 year warranty failed at 2 years and 2 months. Manufacturer had us take pictures to confirm they would accept for repair. Manufacturer accepted pictures and Homelife picked up our mattress. It was supposed to be back in a week. Two weeks later the manufacturer denied pick up because of stains. Manufacturer advised they could see the difference from the mattress that left our home to the one damaged while entrusted to Homelife. They said the claim is now with the store. Homelife advised our pictures are not at the same angles, we sent over 8 pictures, pick one. We have gone back and forth for a week and They are adamant they did not damage it. Proof is in front of them. Today I was advised to come pick it up at their warehouse on Schulte Ct. Come pick it up, you picked it up from my house. Seriously, it looks disgusting. I told them to dispose of it and I will purchase a quality product from a reputable company. BEWARE!

This place is inside the mall, their advertisements and prices in the store do not match. Only difference is that the show floor is small that you see lot of collection in a relatively small time. Otherwise the same haggle of price negotiating and offering not-so-discounted price as if thats the best around town and trying to charge you for every single thing you ask for.

Bought furniture here. Still waiting to find out when they will deliver. Sad I chose them.
