I rarely write reviews...but I just had the best experience buying my new Jeep here. Both the sales person (Jonathan) and finance person (Tony) were awesome. Jonathan was knowledgable, but also the friendliest and funnest person to work with. Very straightforward in discussing price, options, etc. and helping me understand my car. Great experience with Tony on finance as well. Didnt feel like I was pressured to buy anything I didnt want. So happy that market adjustments on my Grand Cherokee model were dropped this weekend (other dealers in the Bay Area still had them when I was comparing). Also couldnt believe that I got the special financing at 0% (obviously had to qualify with credit scores) !!!! Ive already started telling friends in the Bay Area to check this place out and I only bought my car yesterday :-)
We just purchased a 4xe Wrangler, custom order recently and we are super happy with our experience here. The negotiation was done over email (I hate the chicken dance during the in-person negotiation), we placed the order in person which was super smooth. While waiting 3 months to arrive from factory Nate provided continous updates on where we are, what is expected and when. When we picked up the car, the prices was the same as we agreed when we ordered, what we highly appriciated. We were working with Nate over the entire process - highly recommend dealing with him. On improvement point I can suggest is to work on the customer friendlyness of the finance especially when dealing with a 60k car. Though we appricitated he wasnt pushy on buying extra addons, services, protections and warrianties we dont need. Overall, very pleasant experience and we love our Jeep.

When buying your first car it can be very scary and stressful. Not only was I buying my first car, but I was doing it through a dealership trade. Had one of the best experience purchasing a car here. Nate made everything go really smooth and fast. You can tell he has experience selling cars definitely not a new car salesman. He did everything possible to bring the price down to were I was willing to pay, off course a reasonable offer. The whole process took 2 hours and I was off with my new car. Would not recommend to spend your money at this dealership. I purchased a used 2020 BMW from them on September 2020 with a promise that the 2nd key 🔑 sets will be ordered from BMW asap. now its been almost two months now. I have called many them times the only answer I was getting that the service department will call me the next and day and that next day never came. drove to the dealership two weeks ago met with General manager Mohammed Khan explained what has happened, he do promise me that he will call 📞 me by Monday...😞😞😞 sadly that call never came through. Will never do any business with them or recommend to anyone.

Dean was kind, informative, funny, and a pleasure to do business with.The finance person Rocky was also really nice, good-humored, and efficient.I had a great experience and highly recommend it.
Dean the salesman really cool guy made the whole buying experience smooth. I know car salesmen get a bad name but I can say that dean is an honest upfront person. I saw great reviews about him and decided ask for him personally and it was worth it! I recommend you ask for him when you go there. Once I got to the financial Manager thats when things went a little sour Tony the Financial Manager was rude from the start and was getting really mad when I declined add ons like gap and extended warranty. I tried to deescalating the situation by asking him about his kids and his life but I shouldnt be the person making the situation less hostile since I am the customer hopefully Tony cleans up his attitude or hopefully they get a new financial manager. All in all go to this car dealership they are upfront with their prices and dont add on hidden fees and for sure ask for dean.

I made a deal on a truck, drove all the way from Fresno to purchase the Truck and arrived at the dealership to find that the managers had added on an extra $8,000 of dealer markups AFTER I had agreed on a sale price over the phone. I didn’t want to pay that and I gave them a chance to remove those markups, and the managers response to me was a cussing battle and threats. He threatened to take me outside and fight me over GAP insurance, refused to sell me the pickup and was hollering and cussing me at the top of his lungs in front of 3 other customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
Went to dealer to test drive a model of the RAM 1500 that ended up not being the truck I wanted. Dean and Damien took the time to find out EXACTLY what I wanted. They were able to locate the vehicle at another location and worked out arrangements to obtain the truck. While the exchange was happening, financing and other negotiations were completed. When it was time to pick up my new RAM 1500 the next day, essentially only signatures were required and I was done faster than any other time I have purchased a vehicle. Dean and Damien were a pleasure to work with throughout the short process. Would highly recommend the dealership and specifically Dean and Damien. My needs were met and Im happy with everything that occurred in the process. Absolutely love the truck as well.

I am so impressed with the service we recieved. Buying a car with my husband is no small feat. He is very picky and hard to please. Chris was our sells guy and made the process feel effortless. Im not used to someone in sells not feeling pushy. Chris was friendly and generally cared that we got what we need. He even allowed us to come back for additional services on our used car purchase. We will be back to work with Chris. Hes a gem 💎.Im so disappointed. This place was a great experience until I ran into an issue. Shortly after I bought my truck recieved a DMV bill for my tags. This is something the dealer is supposed to have done. They had us come back for a smog because it was never done, then they said they didnt charge us DMV fees. It feels a lot like we were important until our purchase was done. Now Im stuck paying over 1k for tags for my new truck.

I live in Hayward and once the deal was set, the car was delivered to me the same day! As I was signing the official paperwork on the tailgate of my old truck, a bittersweet moment, while gazing over at my new ride, I just felt blessed and a bit overwhelmed by the whole experience. I had been looking for a new car for months, on various online sites, when I saw the car I was interested on TrueCar.com at just the right price. Since the dealership was located in Tracy, I was not sure if they would actually deliver it, but Dean immediately began to work that out for me. Called to get info on a used Porsche macan they had for sale. Went in to see it in person and the moment my family and I arrived we where greeted by sales team and general manager Khan even came out to talk to us. This is a first for me, I’ve never experienced a general manager that cared enough to come out and speak to us directly. Usually you speak to a manager when you have a problem. Everyone was so helpful from the sales man Nate who answered my many calls and texts promptly and without frustration (I ask a million questions). Rocky the finance manager was very knowledgeable and patient. Overall we never felt pressured or hassled into spending our money. This was the most pleasant and painless process we have ever had when buying a vehicle. Highly recommend buying from Chrysler Dodge Tracy.

After looking at every lot in stockton manteca and tracy, i will say Tracy has the best cars for the best price. I got my minivan yesterday. Sales ppl are good helpful buying my first brand new car I bought 3 cars from them BUT Service department was awful took my car in November for a door panel never got a call back called in January to the supervisor she never returned my call had to go to a different dealership it’s now MAY CALLED DODGE customers service THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF IT NOW THEY LOST MY BUSINESS DONT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!
Working out of town when my truck broke down. Definitely feel like my situation was taken advantage of because I had no other option to get my truck fixed. Work was finished in the time promised but after checking with my dealership back home, the part was marked up $115 (20%) over list and the total labor cost was $230 (54%) higher than what my regular dealer said they quote for the same job even though my regular dealers labor rate is 12% ($13) more per hour than tracy dodge. This is will be a first and last trip to this dealership for service.
Fantastic and personalized service and care every time. They don’t try and sell you on stuff you don’t need either. Take care of you, get you in and out and back on the road. Always treated like family. Will continue to take mine and my family’s cars here and recommend them to others for services and purchases.

I purchased a 2019 Charger from Marques. I have purchased four vehicles brand new from another lot. This is by far was the best experience. We were in and out within 2 hours, which is unheard of. This is the second bad experience I have had with this service center. I took my car for an oil change, and the mechanic recommended for new tires and provided me a quote the included alignment. The service manager, Sara, approached me and said a sale on tires will take place on Thursday, October 1 and that she could save me $300 if I waited. I rearranged my entire week as I was told the car was not safe to drive, all to be ready for the sale on Thursday. However, today I was notified that with the sale the cost for tires would be over $1000, almost $400 more than the original estimate.... also the tire could not be available for eight days, when I was originally told 1 to 2 at most. I will never use this service center again, complete deceit!!!
I would give a zero star if I could. My dad and I went in to look at cars and went in to negotiate a deal on the car. When we went in we gave a starting offer of 35,000 on a 38,000 dollar car and the manager came into the room and began to rudely demean the offer. Now mind you we went in with 50,000 cash in pocket but the point of making an offer is trying to get the best deal possible. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!! Just go to the Manteca or Livermore one because they are much more professional.

Don’t trade a vehicle in here. General manager lied when they low balled me on trading in my brand new 2020 charger with 4K miles on it. He said kelly blue book was showing 22k but when I go on Kelly blue book my trade in value is 25-26k private sale value is 29-31k these guys are crooks. They ran my credit even when I said do not run my credit they tried to say I filled out a financial application but showed me a dinky paper with numbers on it I’ve bought over 5 cars in the past two years I know what a finance application is they just thought they could take advantage of a young customer. Like I said stay away! I’m now driving an extra 17 miles now to get my car serviced because I’d rather make the drive then go back here! Gm got mad when I called them out and told me to leave very shady business

After a couple long weeks of back and forth, a pandemic added in, and the economy allowing 0% for 84 months for dealerships/car companies Rex and I were finally able to come to an agreement. Wasn’t easy given the current state of the world but appreciate the commitment by Premier Dodge and Rex in general. The transaction was easy and appreciated the social distancing efforts in place at the dealership. Fast and easy transaction and very much enjoying my new truck.
I was in the market to buy a gray C7 Corvette Z06 with Z07 performance options for about a year. I found one posted online at Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram located in Tracy, Ca. This is not a Chevy dealer so I called the dealer and spoke with Robert Gonzalez who is a sale rep./customer relations manager. I inquired specific information of the car and he was forthcoming with it. Few days later, my wife and I drove to Tracy and saw the car in person. It was in an excellent condition I couldnt have asked more of a used car. It belongs to an older gentleman with low mileage. Even though the car is a 2017 model year, it still has its original new car smell. I bought the car 2 days later and could not be much happier. The purchasing process was a very low key and no pressure felt from him or any other staffs. Half of our deal/discussions were done in texts and I am very pleased of the outcome. HiI used to go to Stockton dodge and didn’t like their service. I lost my trust when they didn’t provide the service I’m entitled to especially paying for maintenance plan for thousands. Once They suppose to rotation my tire and it will said on the paperwork that service was done but actually ...my tire pressure on all the tire stayed the same one of them is low and I know the tire was not rotated. So I decided to go to Tracy, so far I do love the service. I’m trusting that I’m getting the service I’m entitled to. I feel like you guys can improve on fast service. I was told that only a couple of hours but as I was waiting for already two hours my truck still park in front with out being serviced . As I was talking to the staff they just took the truck to work on it. I ask how long and the reply was 1:30-2 more hours. When all said and done I came 11:30am and left 4 pm. If I was told to be that long I would have spent my day better. But service rendered I still believe Tracy dodge is better than Stockton. Thank you for servicing my truck.Khaer

The Service Writer was very upbeat, and polite. He took the time to help me understand my service contract, and paid maintenance. The oil change was taken care of, and amazingly, my car doesn’t smell like burnt oil like when other dealerships have changed oil for our cars, and they manage to let oil drip while doing the oil and filter change. It’s nice to have a competent, knowledgeable dealership just over the hill from us. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have solid dealership grade work done on their vehicles.
Service department needs help. Dropped off my 2015 dodge caravan three weeks ago for diagnosis on a transmission issue. Told me it would be a couple days to diagnose. 1 week later, nothing. I called to follow up, they told me it still was not diagnosed. Two weeks later they finally got around to diagnosing the issue, bad torque converter as I suspected. Told me 1-2 days to repair. Its been a week and have not heard from service rep and cannot get a hold of him, tried to contact a different rep but they did not return my call. All this time my wife is stuck at home with three kids because I need my car for work. They should have given me a rental car but did not even offer. I would think twice before taking your car to this service department.

I had a pretty good experience. There was a small issue with the price because the sales person(Sean) we dealt with was not there. I dealt with Sammy who was very helpful.After speaking to Lee, the price issue was solved.It did take a while to get everything done, but I guess thats normal.The only negative thing I can mention is that other than showing me how to pair the phone and open the sunroof screen, I was not instructed on how to use the options in the van. This is a very technologically advanced vehicle and it would have been nice to get a lesson in how it all works.Overall a pretty good experience.Friendly staff.Id give it 3.5 stars if I could.
Recently went in to speak to a salesman about purchasing a Jeep. Came out with an offer and monthly. They said they needed certain papers so I sent them over. Different sales rep called me back stating I needed to put money down on the vehicle I had chosen after all the paperwork had gone through and everything, saying the credit was bad, After the bank had already agreed to finance the whole loan. Nick showed us great customer service his partner on the other hand Damian is something else.
I have to say this is the best experience Ive had at A dealership Very friendly and knowledgeable employees I had a 60K service done on my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT And it had recalls which they did at the same time and found 2 other problems That were covered under the extended warranty no surprises The car was done on time And when I drove it home which is in Morgan Hill California The car ran as good as new if not better I would highly recommend this dealership

I was having a difficult time obtaining information or even getting call backs about vehicles at other dealerships over a busy holiday period. When I called Premier, Megan answered and was great when I Asked specific questions about a vehicle on your lot (on New Year’s Eve!).....she sent me a video text while outside with the vehicle and answered my question.....all with a beautiful smile and a wonderful attitude. That compelled me to drive 2 hours the next day from out of the area. Sean took over from there, did a great job, friendly in finance Raymond finished up and I left with my new truck a couple hours later. Overall, great service, highly professional environment and....nice people too!

The Service Department! Not sure what happened to this dealership service, but it has went down hill fast. I came in just for an oil change and was there at 7:30 am 2nd in line. The service person had an attitude and Im bringing him Business. Just to get an oil change he was like no appointment you going have to leave your car all day... I only have 4 guys. Said it like it was a problem that I was there without an appointment. NO WAY,.... I drove a long way to try and get good service at a place I have visited before in the past. On a hunt for a good Dodge service dealership!
I went to Tracy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to just take a peek at the grand Cherokees - That is when I met Archie, He was an amazing person, the most honest and professional sales associate I have made contact with, more than that he is a great listener as well as a genuine person. I told him what I liked and was looking for, no pressure just honesty. I ended up purchasing my dream suv. Thank you Archie! In the Process I met Mr. M. Kahn! Kahn is one of a kind, he made me feel like an Extended part of a true team! He is a true family man and made me feel welcome from the beginning to the end. I worked with a very helpful gentleman by the name of Ramon, who informed every step of the way. What matters most is even after the sale Ramon made sure everything was okay. I brought my car in for a diagnosis and it took them a week to finally take care of it. After 2 months of waiting for them to install an ignition module and program a key, the total came up to $850. They never washed my car and when I asked them about it, they told me I would have to come by another time. The car after service had a code for a purge valve solenoid which wasnt present before service. To my suprise, I inspected my vehicle only to discover that my purge valve solenoid was missing. The part was there prior to service because I never had the code prior to service and I knew the part was there before the service because there wasnt a connector dangling. I thought that dealerships were honest and did their work by the book. I guess its true what they say, you cant trust anyone to work on your car but yourself. Im going to buy a new solenoid for my car and fix it myself. That way I know it will get done without someone overcharging me and taking my personal property.
My first trip was to see if I need a new fob or just battery for the old. Mr. Mark at parts was very understanding and patient, tested my fob key and explained why I need a new one, assisted me with getting a new fob.Today’s morning visit was to program the fob, Sarah greeted me and had me in her office, waiting comfortably, while she did all the running around and got things prepared. Less than an hour I was handed my new fob that works well.Thank you Mark and Sarah and also the cashier for making it a nice experience!
Absolutely should not buy a used car from here. Their customer service is a JOKE. they will promise to call you back by the latest tomorrow! And they of course, will not. My husband has had to drive down there and has called the GM and customer service manager daily with no return calls back. Their own departments lie to each other about how theyve solved issues when they obviously havent. Its embarrassing. Were out of town and can not waste entire days driving to deal with them. Ive had nothing but issues with a car we spent 22k on since the day we drove it off the lot. Literally falling apart. The door handle fell off, part of the windshield flew off on the freeway. Weve had the check engine light come on multiple times for different reasons. Part of the power steering is cracked and so is a part of the fuel system. Thousands in repairs. This is not normal wear and tear, they did not do their due diligence when checking this car before they sold it to us. Theyve offered no solutions, apologies or even communication of any kind! In this climate you really can not afford to have such poor customer service, how theyre in business is shocking to me. They should fire their customer service manager because thats a waste of a paycheck-she offers NO customer service! Cant even call back. Its beyond frustrating having an expensive car I dont even feel safe driving my kids in! Avoid at all costs.
I visited Tracy Jeep RAM for an oil change and it was great service that I received. Charles the manager of the service department went above and beyond to help me with what my car needed. Customer service here is exceptional and I am so glad that I made the choice of coming here and not to another jeep dealership. I will definitely be coming back for my future services and I appreciate and thank Charles for making it an easy experience. Bought a 2016 ram ecodiesel from Premier CJDR in November 2016. The sales person was okay, manager was really knowledgeable, helpful, and straight forward. In the end great truck for a really good price. The best part of my experience was with the finance department. I had purchased a warranty through Mopar that I thought was bumped to bumper and later realized it was mostly mechanical/electrical. I later asked Najeeb the finance manager if there were anyway he could help me transfer to the Maximum care. Najeeb was very helpful and warranty was changed at no cost. I will buy all my Ram trucks from here.
After 18 years I just recently bought a Jeep and the staff was awesome helping me buy a car very professional didn’t pressure me into something I didn’t want, they wanted to make sure I loved my car and that it was the car I wanted I went in to see Damien which he was great about showing me the car I wanted, Mohammed (GM) and his team was great making sure I got the car I wanted and made it happen so I thank you guys so much and I love my car. Ordered a truck through them. Established a deal. Two salesmen gave me their word on an out the door price. Communicated for two months. Truck arrived. Went in to finalize, we had our own financing through our credit union. They assured us they wouldnt run our credit, they did anyway, I received an email saying so as we sat there waiting and waiting. They started having huddles, then sent the guy we supposedly had a deal with over with a piece of paper asking for 8k more than we agreed upon. I was dumbfounded, uncomfortable, and enraged, but wanting the truck I had waited so long for, I said I would give them another 2500, the only amount we could reasonably do. They continued to ask for more money and lied when I confronted them about running our credit. Would never spend a penny in this place. New low, even for car salesmen.
This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with getting an oil change . Making the appointment online was simple and I loved that their service center has a lot of weekend options. Checking in was quick, and car was done really quick! The staff is super friendly and very very attentive !!!

Just drove off the lot about 30 minutes ago with a fantastically well kept used 2012 Chrysler 300. I called yesterday to inquire about it and I drove off with it this afternoon. Absolutely everything about my experience here was great! Leo gave us service with a genuine smile and took charge, he did above and beyond what I was accustomed to when working with a dealership. He worked double time along with the rest of the staff to make sure we got the best financing options that were available. The whole process was very smooth and I had no stress at all. I came in knowing what I wanted and they gave it to me with no hassle. No double shuffle, no bait and switch, just pure service of the highest degree. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car to go check these folks out first! If I could give this review 6 Stars I would, thats how satisfied I am with the whole process. We walked in, everyone in the room smiled and greeted us, then as soon as I knew it I was driving off the lot a very happy man. Super bad service here! Never come back! I bought ram 1500 two years ago here. When 22000 miles the transmission had a big fault. I call this dealer and made an appointment one week later. When I came there driving 50 miles on the day, the service man told me no technician on duty in couples of weeks. I asked him why he didn’t call me to cancel the appointment, he said no phone number. That’s total lies. My phone number is in DMS system absolutely. Bad service. Unprofessional. You will be on high risk if buy car or service here.
Good service. Salesmen was very nice to work with and the manager worked with us to get me a great deal. The whole process was very quick in and out within 2 hours!
I would not trust their used car guarantee. The day after we purchased our vehicle it had to be taken in to get repaired. We purchased the protection plan and were told we could take it to any Dodge dealer for repairs but found out that was not true. We were told we would not have to pay for the repair, but we did. After two weeks of repairs we found that they had not put the AC back properly and we had to take it in again to get fixed. Our first month with the vehicle and it spent more time in their service department than in our garage. To top it all off they misspelled my name on the DMV paperwork and now I have to pay to get it fixed. I will never visit this dealership again.
Drove 3 hours from Nevada to purchase my Scatpack Widebody. Friendly staff, neat and clean showroom! Unfortunately due to “The Virus” staff was at a minimum so little things like detailing my car or buying accessories was not possible. However I did secure a very nice purchase price and a fair price for my trade. It was definitely worth the trip!!
Overall was very happy with the service we received. We had some major work on our Caravan (almost 3k). The repair took 1 full week to complete and the van is driving a lot better. Took off 1 star because my vehicle was returned to me really dirty. It was not spotless when we came in but a simple car wash should be part of a service this big.
The staff at Premier Dodge in Tracy, CA are amazing! They make your experience so pleasant no matter what situation is brought upon them. They are very patient and thorough. They worked so hard to find us the best deal. I love my vehicle and my only regret is not visiting them sooner. Special thank you to Jeff. On the Friday (3/22/19) I stopped in after a long day at the zoo with my kids and decided to take a look at van. The customer service was instantly laid back and welcoming. After taking it for a test drive Ramon was fantastic during the process as well as the sales manager and finance manager Raymond. I had previously went to a another dealer a week prior and they left a bad taste in my mouth, like most dealers do and I was even a returning customer. But Premier was great and gave me more than a fair deal, they gave me Great deal and were more than gracious during the whole time, we were even able to have a few laughs along the way. I will definitely be returning in the future.
