My husband and I purchased a vehicle here three weeks ago. We got a good deal, as the car had some cosmetic damage, but it has proved to be very mechanically sound over the past three weeks. The dealer was no-nonsense but fair, and the purchasing process was fairly smooth with the exception of them having some minor issues with them printing paperwork from a faulty printer. I am docking one star as the person we were negotiating with had to call the owner a couple times in order to get permission to sell at a certain price point, but instead of excusing himself and calling the owner, he stayed at the desk, made the call, and talked to the owner in a different language; we found this to be rude.Overall, if you are looking for a good deal on a mechanically sound vehicle, this is a good place to look. Dont expect 5-star treatment, but if you dont mind dealing with a small dealership in order to get a good price on a used car, definitely shop here.

I went to this dealership with my family and bought a Toyota Yaris! The salesperson Shanti was very nice and awesome at his job! By the end of the transaction he even gifted us with a coffee cup! Very good employees! The other person that was helping us do the paperwork Naomin was very clear and informative! Good customer service!

Paid too much for a 2007 Toyota Camry, less than 200 miles after I brought the car home the check engine light came on, $600.00 in repairs. Ive done better off of Craigslist.

Typical argumentative underhanded used car salesman. I had high hopes after seeing the positive reviews for Tracy auto depot, and their Facebook page talking about honesty and integrity. But nothing could be further from that. They lied about the condition of the car over the phone with me and strategically took pictures to hide all the damaged parts and major problems. The small piece of tape I was told about on the phone turned out to be most of the fender panels clearcoat peeling. The small scratches on the bumper turned out to be that the car bumper was rear ended and crushed. The headliner of the car was covered in mold as was the rear seat. Sadly I drove 5 hours to pick up this car and really wanted it and would have looked past a lot, but it was in so so much worse condition that I just turned around and left.

We had a very rough start to our experience, the car we had purchased from them had mechanical problems, but they offered to fix them. They then found out that it would be costly to fix it so they gave a whole different car even though they didnt have to.The next car that we got runs great and gets me everywhere!
