VALERY greeted me as soon as I walked inside and helped me set up my new phone from the 3g change. She transferred all my information and taught me how to use it. Super patient and friendly and knowledgeable person! Best experience Ive had yet here! Definitely will come back to her and refer her to all my friends and family! Shes a great asset to the company!!

Came in to ATT to replace my phone through the insurance, they were able to get me a new one the same day which was awesome! Came back the next day to get a screen protector and case. Went in for ID verification to reestablish an order. After 1hour 30mins left without access to old phone, less than 8 hours until work shift and no warning number was being ported. I almost lost my job because Angel decided to set up my account and port my number without my consent. Leaving me with no access to the vital information on my phone. I pay a lot of money to be able to rely on my phone, your employee decided without inquiring any potential issues to port my number, canceling my service to old phone. I had my phones set to be delivered on Thursday so I would have the weekend to transfer info and set up needed accounts. Along with the fact only 2/4 phones were received, the others being shipped, I did state to have all 4 shipped to which its no problem was replied by Angel, the rep. It was a problem and still is. The lack of respect for the customer is absurd in this situation.

Went to my local AT&T today and i was lucky enough to have the most wonderful staff assist me today with my account! I got to meet the store manager Ameer & he was absolutely delightful! By far the best AT&T store i have done business with, very clean store, knowledgeable staff & had my concerns addressed & resolved in a timely manner. Thank Ameer & your staff for making my experience so easy & pleasant!

Cheyenne was an amazing! She took the time to listen to all of our questions, and answered them directly. She was able to keep us within our budget while upgrading our phones, watches and accessories. She was friendly, calm, focused and knowledgeable about what they had on hand without pressuring us into something we didn’t need. She was easy to talk to and took the time to get to know us and invited us back anytime with questions or concerns. It was the best experience I’ve had at this location.

WOW! An exceptional customer service experience with Marcus and Fernando at ATT. The moment we walked up to the storefront, we were greeted with an open door, warm welcome and immediate customer service by Marcus. Throughout the process he was very detailed oriented and handled our request with efficiency. Additionally, Fernando the manager, checked in to ensure the level of customer service was superb. Overall, both Marcus and Fernando provided an exceptional customer experience.

I went in to get a new SIM card for my phone 2 days prior and they are great got me a new SIM card its an unlocked Samsung phone put a SIM card in and notice when I got home that I had cell service but no network media service. So I went back to the AT&t store and medicine start helping me and going to try and do get my phone to work on AT&t network for media needless to say she did everything she could everything she knew another guy came over he tried and then Fernando came the magic Man and got to work. They were fantastic it was about an hour and 15 20 minutes they work trying to get my phone to work they could have gave up but didnt so definitely a five-star rating to the staff of the AT&t store. Thats why I stay with AT&t they give fantastic service!

With new 5g sim card, they force you to take a cheap Samsung phone for their card over a $1400 phone I was using. With my disability, I can hardly use it. My phone G4. They argued with me because their computer says its G3. My son who bought the phone showed them they were wrong. They told us our new phone was an upgrade to my first phone when flip phones was all that was available years ago. I may be able buy a new sim for my good phone when 5g is turned on. I was furious. I worked for AT&T 25 years. I will be leaving this company asap. Load of garbage as they brag about best service.

My daughter and I went it to the AT&T store on NAGLEE about an hour before they were closing. My daughter wanted to upgrade her phone. The sales lady really took her time to explain all the offers they have and made sure we understand so we can make our decision. I was able to save money on my service and my daughter got the phone she wanted. We left the store feeling confident that we made the right choices with our purchases.

They have the most unprofessional employees, they do not care about their customers at all, I have business account with them, but they still refuse to help me with my issue.
