STAY AWAY...!T-Mobil is charging me $112 for a SIM card I do not have, I believe the service person maybe have remove it form my phone when I discontinued the T-Mobile service, my phone is fully payed and I have always been on automatic monthly payment with T-Mobile. After my service has been disconnected. for several month I was send a $112 bill for a SIM card that I have never purchased. I refuse to send T-Mobil the $112 money because T-Mobil does not /can not produce a statement that I have received a SIM card. T-Mobile can not show me a receipt ans I will not pay only a blank billing statement. T-Mobile has sent this to a collection lawyer and have lowered my credit score -78 point. This is extortion to make me pay a bill with no proof of purchase and sent the case to a collection attorney. I have been with T-Mobile almost 10 years. Now I do not need a mobile phone. I am home all the time I am retired and handicap thus I do not go outside
I went to this tmobile because I got my mom a new phone. I drove all the way from stockton because she lives in tracy and they were closed due to evacuation but tracy isnt even under an evacuation order

I was there To pick up a Galaxy watch which had come in. I had asked Jessica when it came in if she could call me and let me know. Sure enough I got the phone call today, I was so excited. Jessica was so helpful and very knowledgeable and willing to help. I am a grandmother and not that familiar with the Galaxy watches. She explained everything to me and now Im Very Satisfied👏👍👌👏

Personnel needs more training in interpersonal communication.I usually have good experiences in other T-Mobile stores, first time in this specific one and not happy with the attitude.
Call customer service and get a better deal... They will charge you activation here. You can get the phone cheaper and without being charged activation over the phone. Plus 2 day shipping...

My wife and I visited your T-Mobile store on 12/28/15 to buy accessories for my new T-Mobile phone and for help in completing the activation process. For whatever reason there were problems completing the activation process. During the hour long activation process our in store customer representative Clara was helpful and maintained a pleasant and professional attitude. Clara was able to resolve the problem and I now have a working with a new Tech 21 case.Kudos to Clara. She is an asset to your place of business.
I am very happy with the service here. The store is clean the staff is friendly and Shawn was very knowledgeable. I will definitely return.
Staff is really helpful and pretty quick. However T-Mobile product training leaves a lot to be desired but that kinda goes with them introducing a new feature every month or so. PSA if youre on an unlimited plan make sure they turn binge on off.
Great place bought new service with 4 new phones..
I was able to take advantage of there $150 Tax Switcher promo so I ported over 2 numbers. Then, they were giving away 1 free line so I hopped on that joog. Then, I was able to get the T-Mo Insider plug and got 20% off my bill for LIFE!!!! So basically, paying $80 (tax included) for 3 lines of unlimited errrthang.
I had a very pleasant experience at this store. Shawn went above and beyond to help me, and was very helpful and friendly with other customers as well.

I came and upgrade my phone pay with my own credit card they charge me activation fee upgrade fee and i just find out they charge the phone to my phone bill as well this people like to overcharge... carefull at this store not good customer service.... ...

Today really was bad. I waiting in line for almost an hour, and i was next in line. 2 people were being helped whwn i got there. Both got new phone. And it took forever. And excuse me...but hearing ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU 5 TIMES IN THAT HOUR WAS NIT HELPING. they said to the ladies behind me that thwy were sorry but the 3rd girl was on a 2 hour conference call...again it didnt help anyone whom was fustrated. I so wish they had a machine that takes cash/credit in the store. I hate and dread when its time to pay my bill. Ive been with t-mobile for almost 20,years and im seriously thinking of going with a new carrier. Geez. 20,years and what have i gotten...a pen. And still get emails of my bill getting late and threatwn to turn my 4 lines of service off...sometimes i think ...maybe i shiukd let them turn it off 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

That bad service those who work within the mobile phone have an hour waiting and do not attend to me, and if you do not speak English to them or they peel you apart, the cell phones go bad and they are twice that I change it.
