It is not the people that is the problem, it is specifically the bluetooth Earphones. I bought a Pair today, They didnt work. I wanted to exchange for the same type of Earphones. The ones that were going to be the exchanged were literally only a different color and were priced differently. Okay. I bought a complete different pair of earphones and THEY DONT WORK! I recommend that If you want Bluetooth earphones, THIS AINT tHE PLACE!

This review is for the pharmacy. Never have I had such a positive and personable experience with any pharmacy other than here. The pharmacists (A & H) at this rite aid are angels; they are very knowledgeable and super friendly and caring. Ya did good rite aid!

Ive never had a problem with any rite aids until I ran into one of their pharmacist at this location. I believe she works at both locations in Tracy. The first run in with her she was flustered, and took about an hour to figure out how to look up my insurance. Then, today I tried getting an over the counter medicine that is covered through my insurance and she said they would need a prescription so I asked her even if my insurance says they do not need a prescription for it? And she was like uh... Yes, you need a prescription... I seriously just dont understand that rule? IF IT IS OVER THE COUNTER AND MY INSURANCE SAYS THEY DO NOT NEED A PRESCRIPTION THEN WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME I NEED A PRESCRIPTION. Its for emergency contraception too so its kind of urgent?. (&Yes I just put my business out there) but I am honestly so annoyed with this pharmacist.

I didnt find what I was looking for. The cashiers didnt greet me, but greeted someone after. They were to busy talking to each other

Too many mistakes in the pharmacy anymore. Annalise the only one that knows anything anymore and she is hardly ever there. Changing pharmacies. This gets old.

Very bad pharmacy case the pharmacist is not educated she missed my prescription so I get far from my medicine so I am not feeling better
