I used atm and received 3 torn 20 bills and the clerk told me “it wasn’t his problem”. The atm machine has 7-11 on it but the phone number on it was out of service. Clerk wouldn’t give me the 60.00 for the torn bills. This store is the worst place nd filthy dirty. Soda was coming out clear for come nd it didn’t look like it had been wiped down. Don’t go there it is worse place !

Very rude! men cant understand they are saying i guess they dont speak any English and very rude to women they made us wait while the guys waited on one of his own kind meaning men. Will not go back there!

I bring my item to the counter, clerk just laughs and talks on the phone. His buddy shows up and he helps him while ignoring me.

Slow has 1 guy working and talking and laughing with a door dash guy while a line of 7 customers wait for more then 15 mins learn how to run a business or sell it to someone who can wish I never walked in that store maybe hire someone to help and actually help people who support your business. Not make them wait at midnight for a bottle of juice for 15 mins

If theres two employees why is only one in the register.? There always a big line and only one cashier iin the register also if u going to have ur custumers wear a mask how come u employees not wearing one theres always this two guys not wearing their mask wow😡

Not being able to understand what the clerk is saying or him/her not being able we to understand you is frustrating and should not be a problem

New manager cant even stay off the phone long enough to successfully complete a transaction. Pays attention to his companion on his iphone headset and cant comprehend requests from the customer at the counter. I had to ask 3 times for the item behind the counter I wished to purchase for him to grasp the words I was saying due tp his confusion of words from the phone line . POOR customer service from management. He has even argued on an items marked price with me on another visit. Sir, if you read this review, please take it to heart you need to upgrade your customer service skills.

Charge extra from the normal price. Ask why and was just told that I didn’t know and that he did.

Charges more than the price listed, and when confronted he rips the signage out and says there, now the price is what I say it is. Sorry, but it doesnt work that way dude.
