I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and didn’t have a good experience. However, the owner was very concerned and took the time to listen and apologized for my experience.

I’m very disappointed. I am a resident of Tracy who is currently stuck overseas due to COVID-19. Its my father in law and brother in laws birthday and I called inquiring so I can have something made for them this weekend. Not only was the person who answered the phone rude, but they hung up TWICE. I called a total of 5 times. 3 went to voicemail and 2 were answered and somehow disconnected. Even when it’s through email, the response from this company is unprofessional! The key to being successful esp with a business like this is to be courteous to ALL of your customers. If you’re not able to accommodate or you want to refuse your service then say something so I can find another bakery in town that will be more than willing to take my money. Your desserts can be amazing but with customer service like that your customers are going to decrease rapidly.

I have loved this since the day they opened hadnt actually been in a little while because trying to stay away from sweets but then saw some of the pictures that they posted and it just drew us all back in, had to go in and try the cake waffle creations and oh my gosh so pretty and so tasty!helpful super friendly definitely give him a try

I came here for the first time today. The shop smelled amazing! I bought their fruity pebbles and cookies and cream French macarons. They were to die for! So light and delicious! Im in love! I cant wait to see what flavors they make tomorrow. I cant wait to try the other pastries as well. This is my new favorite pastry shop 😚

Oh My Gosh!!! The cake was a hit for my wife’s 50th Birthday Party! I requested a Denim and Diamonds themed cake and they delivered!! My wife absolutely LOVED the cake and can’t stop talking about it. Oh, by the way, the cake was DELICIOUS and was quickly devoured by the guests. Bravo SweetArts!!! We will be back!!

I had SweetArts make a cake for a graduation on May 28th 2016. I had to do this from Phoenix over the phone and email. They did an excellent job with customer service. When I picked up the cake I was amazed at how beautiful it was. I will recommend them to anyone. They did an incredible job and the cake tasted great too!!! The price was great also. If you are looking for a custom cake then Sweetart is the place to go!!!!!
