Once loved this store. Not so much anymore. I didnt notice anything new. You get what you pay. I like thier sidewalk sales when I dont miss them. Great place for quick fixes. What we call throw away tools. Perfect price to learn something new.

The store was nice clean and organized. But Im only giving three stars because of one specific employees actions. Tabitha was not wearing her face cover, instead it was hanging around her chin the entire time I was there. All other employees are doing a great job and giving off great energy. Tabitha on the other hand seemed very lazy in like she didnt want to be there.

Just a cashier open I try to buy some stuff and it keep saying downloading ..... And told me I need it a new debit card but 10 mns ago I bought something using it.. Didnt due much to help

Everyone helpful till you gotta bring back stuff, bought battery charger 3 of them didnt work on third one lost receipt and no return all same day same chick. So I have perfectly broken battery charge never used 54 bucks. Never will I go back

The people at this Harbor Freight were great from the minute I walked into the minute I left they carried my floor jack out to the car cuz I was unable to load it into my truck they were very considerate very nice Grace rooted people unlike the Pacheco where the lady didnt even care if I had to stand up or not when I was recovering from a broken leg and I was using a walker to walk horrible experience at that Pacheco location NRA spent $300 to Tracy was great experience all the way around thank you guys

It does the job in a pinch, for a economical cost. However, the quality is not up to par with the big brand names of power and manual tools. If you need light bulbs, flash lights, batteries, zip ties, workshop towels, mirrors, portable lighting and such then this is an awesome place to shop for the price and selection and variety available.

Store manager with short haircut reminded me of the first time I left that location just as rude as can be I almost put all my items back. I hope its not my skin color because she sure was kind to the other gentleman.

I always run to Harbor Freight whenever stuff i needed are not available at Home Depot. This time it was a molly bolt and it came in diffent sizes. Staff is very helpful!

First time to this particular one. Had a 1/2 off coupon for a tow chain with hooks. Was pretty nice and organized, some Ive been to have been pretty messy inside. Great employee at checkout, tough to find that at most retail stores.

The product purchased did the job it was suppose to do which satisfied me, and the clerk recommendation was spot on. GREAT STAFF

I love Harbor Freight Tools. They have all the tools you could possibly need and them some. I was looking for a old type of lug wrench. They didnt have the wrench I was looking for but to they had a beautiful star wrench that would work just a well. I also found a great power pack that can do so many things that I had to have it. Check them out for all your tool needs. They have great prices too.

Large store in a easy to find location. Plenty of associates to assist in locating products and answering questions. Quick check out. Great prices.

It was alright, but a lot of stuff out of stock. One of the sales reps had attitude like asking for help was a hassle.

I love to wander around and look at tools. They have a little bit of everything you could need at a bargain price. Perfect tools to keep at home or for the weekend warrior, because sometimes the cheap tool is just what you need. Ive been working in construction (all trades) for 20 years and I DO by tools and supplies here.

I love Harbor Freight. I needed a couple small items along with a different lawn chair. I found a nice want with a fold down side table at a good price.

They took care of what i needed and greeted me at the door with a hello answered all my questions

This place is perhaps THEE BEST place to go for pretty much all tool needs as well as odds and ends. They hands down beat just about any price of the competition and whats even crazier is that they even have sales on top of what seems like liquidation prices of everything. I simply cant believe such a place like HF exists yet Im glad they do.

For the Money U cant beat-it on most items. Know your products. You can buy a lot of Ridgit products a lot cheaper than these new names that Harbor Freight gave there tools, register Rigid batteries and tools. OFor Life. A lot of tool at H/F Not up to par 4. But A lot of tools are not but A lot of them are. Break and bring back!!!

Harbor Freight has great prices and great customer service but beware, their prices are low because the quality of their tools are horrible. They also carry tools that are better quality for a slightly higher price but they still don’t compare to brands like DeWalt, Milwaukee, or Makita but they are still cheaper then those brands. If you don’t plane on putting your tools through hours of use, every day, and you just need some things for a few minor projects here and there then this is the place to go but for professionals who use their tools more then 40-60 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, then I highly suggest you buy better quality tools then what Harbor Freight has to carry.
