It’s a call center, no longer an outlet or shopping center.It’s also the WORST place to work for. They treat employees unfair and fire you after 10+ years. It was a good place to work for back in the 2000s until some bonehead newbie took over and force the call center employees to wear ties and dresses like they’re going to a wedding or funeral, and attend cult meetings all the time and having to put work aside, resulting is backed up calls and angry customers.Hope the landlord doesn’t renew their lease.

They treat their employees like dirt and it is terrible work environment. They are currently under investigation by the Labor Board for hostile work environment and wrongful terminations.

I would give the contractor owned employers a 5 star. But restoration hardware itself gets a 3 star. Great quality furniture and a fast and efficient customer service. Only thing they need to work on is taking care of the workers delivering the furniture giving resto its good name, they go out of the way to pleasw and delight the customer from stopping at the door with a heavy piece to throw on booties from carrying a 9 foot sofa up 2+ flights in San Francisco.

Called for information on a saw and the customer service person I spoke to went above and beyond. Good Customer service is near impossible to find. I got what I needed and they have a new loyal customer.

Great place. Good for finding the more abscure bits for your project.
