At this FedEx facility three associates gathered together for some issue with a customer. Initially I was alone in the waiting line and was near the front desk. More people joined the waiting and in the absence of any start up customer line indication, stood at the nearby space. Suddenly another associate namely Mr. Clinton entered from the gate and after noticing the 4/5 customers there, got offended and rudely ordered everyone to stay away from the entrance door. The high pitch and rude behavior of any employee is not expected at FedEx. Mr. Clinton’s high handed ness is a bad example. FedEx should examine it seriously. The incident happened around 12:45 pm on 08/19/2021.

The staff are very kind, efficient, helpful, and patient. Every print order I have done with them they take great care with. The employees seem to really love working there as well. This branch is ran so well!

Package has been delayed for one week already. The package has been in this place since the day it was supposed to arrive. The only thing that keeps changing when I check the tracking number is the date that it will be delivered. So, I thought that by changing the option to the one to go pick up the package was going to make things faster than waiting for them to bring it home. WRONG! 3 days have passed & I still cant go pick it up even though my package has been there for 1 week!

First time going here and they are super nice and patient! reading some of the reviews had me worried but when i went in they were great! only thing is that boxes and packaging are kind of expensive but its understandable. thank you for your great customer service!

The Fedex driver is too lazy to drive/walk into an apartment complex that contains apartments with both lettered and numbered addresses. If you live at a complex like this, dont even bother with this shipping service. Your packages will end up at someone elses apartment because they think letters are the same as numbers. My moms apartment is the letter A but the driver seems to believe that A is the same as the number 1 and leaves her packages there. If youre too lazy of a mail carrier to find the apartment and correctly deliver the package, then maybe you shouldnt handle other peoples belongings. Just today my package was supposedly delivered to my front door. My Ring camera is charged and alarms/notifications are on. Did either go off and catch the delivery? The answer is a big fat NO because they delivered to the wrong house.

Let me start off by saying that because of this fedex office, I now turn down places I would order from if they won’t ship UPS. Every time I get something shipped from this office to my home, they mark it as delivered on the day it was promised, then won’t deliver my packages until days later. Just recently, I ordered a package with 2 day shipping, and they held my package at this office for 5 days until the business I ordered from canceled the order and shipped a new one overnight with UPS.I can’t describe how much I dislike this office. There’s also no way to get ahold of anyone to find out what’s going on with your stuff. A couple of the businesses I order from have tried to have their FedEx reps reach out to this office with no response as to why they’re so unprofessional. If you live in a place locally where packages go through this office, I wouldn’t bother if you want your stuff on the promised date, because it won’t happen.

Horrible service. They have delayed my purchase for more than a week. My package has been sitting at the Tracy location without an explanation or reason. Very, very, bad stuff. They then give you a number to talk to the warehouse 830-5242 which does not work. Truly incompetent stuff. I dont understand why these guys are still in business. The USPS is a thousand times better in package delivery.

Went here to print my pictures a friend of mine put on a CD. David, the manager was extremely rude and refused to print saying I needed a copyright release! You dont need a copyright release from private photos sir. I explained to him twice that these were not professional copyrighted photos but he would not listen. The pictures are really nice so he assumed I was lying. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Tried to call customer support about a delayed package, received an automated system and was unable to talk to an actual human being. Fedex tracking refuses to update my package information other than saying in transit in Tracy CA, absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and mismanaged service.

Every time I am waiting to receive a package from fedex from this location, the delivery never shows up and is listed as “attempted” even when it clearly wasnt. Today, I literally was sitting at my front door At the time they supposedly attempted delivery, because the note online said that the day before they had attempted delivery but were unable to deliver. I was SITTING AT THE DOOR. They NEVER came. BOTH TIMES. Im so irritated right now. This has happened SO MANY TIMES. And its always FEDEX!!! All the other delivery companies can manage to figure it out.

My shipment has been received in this Fedex facility since July 25 from Arizona. I live in Manteca which is few miles away from Tracy. They delivered 4 of my items out of 7 but the 3 items are still with them until this time, Aug. 3 already. They could have delivered everything at the same time. So disorganized! Takes forever to deliver and don’t make COVID pandemic as an excuse since you were able to deliver some of the items from Levolor. They should have utilized other shipping company than this one. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

They dont deliver packages! They hoard them in their warehouse instead of delivering them! My package has been there sitting for two weeks now! Why! I have been told 3 times now that it will be delivered the next business day! Still NO delivery!

All i can say is Nicole is fantastic. Thank you so much for helping us on Saturday Sept 21st and allowing us to drop off our big box!! We appreciate you and this FedEx location!!

Worst Fed ex office! Pkg has been loaded on truck and unloaded back at facility 3 days straight! No explanation, only problem with ANY delivery is out of this office.

Wonderful experince here. Fast and got excellent service while the shop had a few customers. Never felt unappreciated or rushed to make a decision. Any shop can learn about customer service here from the wonderful Raj and her coworker who helped me with my prints in a quick and timely manner.

I went in there to print some resumes, and the first person I saw was very quick to help me! We jumped right into it, got the right paper and printing quality after 2 test prints, and I was out of there in no time! Great service!

This office is a mess. Not very helpful at all.They are always trying to up charge your packages. I took a package in just to drop off, that I was returning with a pre-printed label and she tried to sell me a bigger box, saying it had to go in a box with no print on it. “It came this way from the vender.” This is not the only time this has happened. I left with my package found another location and dropped it off, had no issues.

I was sent a prepaid label to return a phone for repair. I was asked what I was shipping. I was taken aback at this request as I have never been asked before what I was shipping only if it was liquid, hazardous, etc... I told them I was sent this padded envelope to return a phone for repair using Asurion. They refused to take my shipment unless I bought a box from them and had it re-packaged. I left, will not go back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It takes 2 weeks to get your shipment, even though I live an hour away? Crazy. I’ll never use FEDEX again. And no one can give you any kind of a real update on anything.

On November 7, I dropped a FedEx flat envelope with a letter, addressed to a person in Hawaii, and requesting overnight delivery by FedEx Standard Overnight. On November 9, I checked on the website to see if the package had been delivered, and it had not been delivered, it was not entered into their system until 3:48 p.m. on November 8. I called the 800.GoFedEx line, Rafael was not helpful, so I called the store at 9:35 a.m. Ive waited for 3 1/2 minutes, the line is still ringing. Now it just went to quick beeps, so no one will answer, I have to call back.I called back, after 10-12 rings, David answered. Said his system is not working, then took the tracking number, and my phone number, said he would investigate when his system got up and running.Today is November 15, I have not received any response from David at all, he never called back.

Fedex is always the most expensive rates and choices comparing to dhl or ups and usps so before sending any shipment check the other companies rates.

Horrible experience my package been on float for 2 weeks they cant even give me a delivered estimated time I waited all day for a package to come and it didnt come they said it was delivered already spent the whole day waiting and then nothing came just to be told that they tried to come and that my package was in a different city how is it even being delivered if its 30 miles away

I dont know who delivered my package today, but whoever did it specifically ypu are the best! Normally it is left on my front step and today it was left hidden behind one of my porch bench cushions.. I panicked for a moment as I pulled up I though Oh now someone stole my package, but nope.. Fed Ex you came through. It was delivered today at 12 something in Manteca. Youre a good man/woman whoever you are. Thank you!! 😊

The customer service is dead slow here like literally you can feel how a sloth and snail moves. Staffs try their best to move people around but then the system they operate is just too buggy.

I use Fed Ex because of convenience. But what I use is the computers and they are so horrible. It is like problems crop up to simply use up my minutes. And sending a print job to the printer is always a problem requiring assistance and there again the use minutes keep racking up.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I brought in a packed heavy item that already had the labels for FedEx Ground delivery. The item was a defective unit and needed to go back to the manufacturer. The employees there stated they couldnt take it because of the condition of the box. I advised them that Fedex originally shipped the replacement item to me in the same box and the box condition didnt change. They said they will only take it if I paid them to rebox it. I told them, I will just call the number to have them pick it up at my residence. The employee stated that the policy was the same for all Fedex. I called the number and made the appointment, and guess what, Fedex ground picked it right up in the same condition I brought it in their store. This store is trying to rip people off. AVOID!
