If there is one thing I hate the most, it is dishonesty.I had to get a single piece of document (8.5 x 11) laminated. Decided to call in advance and confirmed the price (was told by the owner himself $1.95 for one 8.5 x 11 document). Visited the store and the owner laminated the document. When I paid, the charge came to be $3.53. Even if you include the sales tax (8.25%), the total would have come to be around $2.11 ($1.95 + $0.16). Now I know that a great deal of people would have asked for an explanation but unfortunately for me I dont like to create a scene. Therefore, I left. But this really bothered me. How do you expect to retain long term customers if you do this sort of shady stuff?

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Every time I have been in here, the man who owns the place is the RUDEST person, ever. He rushes customers, and tells them they need to hurry. Today, when I dropped something, and was not moving fast enough, he came over to the counter, to help the girl helping me. He told me, quite rudely, while pointing at me, that they charge to tape the box that I was making the return in (I ship back and forth with Amazon frequently, and have never been told this. And when he is not in the store, the ladies NEVER have told me this) he then, also very rudely, told the young lady that she was taping it wrong, and and made her re-do it. This is not the first time he has done this. This is the fourth. The last time I was in here, I commented to him how rude he was, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I took my things, and left to go to another UPS store. I will never go back to this one, and you shouldnt, either. Another thing to point out is, he only has women working in the store. He is rude to ALL of them.

I understand that you inflate the shipping charges as you are providing a service. My issue is that your description reads a mail box for ALL of your mail and packages. However you only allow USPS packages if we pay you for the shipping, no prepaid label drop offs. That would not be ALL packages.

First my package with my address clearly written on it was sent to their store for absolutely no reason. 30 miles from my home. They were nice enough to call my business number and tell me. I send ok I’ll be there on Monday thanks . Get there Monday and they returned it. Thanks a lot UPS

They charged me a $3 fee because I printed from a USB key. That means that the single black and white page that I printed cost me over $3. I thought the UPS store would be a close and convenient place to print documents, but it is a total rip off with that kind of fee. Go somewhere else.

This is my first time to use this place and it turned out to be a nightmare!I came here in person and asked how long does it take to mail a package to Maryland ( gave detailed address) . I was told clearly it would be four days. Then I mailed it. Guess what, after the fifth day and the tracking shows the package is still in Lathrop!!! OMGThen I came in again and ask for an explanation why the package hasn’t been delivered yet. I was told to call an 800 number which only has a robot said my delivery date “ is not available “! !!I have always used USPS. First time try UPS. Definitely a bad bad idea!!!This place has the worst customer service!!!

WHERES THE OPTION FOR 0 STARS??? Only giving it a 1 star because unfortunately I cant give zero. I have been to this location many times before but have never had an experience as terrible as this one. While I was pulling up the labels for my packages on my phone, the line ahead of me moved surprisingly fast and internet connection dropped inside the store. The owner at the front was incredibly rude when I wasnt ready with the labels.When I explained that the internet dropped but I was trying to get the labels for all 3 packages, and all he said was that I should leave, take pictures next time, or I needed to be faster because it was my fault. How rude!!! And when I told him that I was trying to get the right labels for all my packages and there were only 2 newly-arrived people behind me, he says, I shouldve called security to take you outside for taking this long. Seriously?!? I told him that was super unprofessional and he needed to wait a sec, and before you know it, all my labels popped up and he shut right up! I absolutely couldnt believe that the owner was so unnecessarily ill-mannered and completely out of line. Definitely never going back to that ridiculous place ever again. The worst and rudest customer service and experience of my life! I am disgusted and outraged to say the least. He definitely needs some Christmas cheer - please Santa!

Owner is extremely rude. I get that being a small foot print building, only so many people can be let in.All I needed to do was drop of some pre-stamped letters. He could have taken the letters and put them in the box. Now that would have been great customer service.Asking me to step outside is one thing, yelling at me to GET OUT TO LEAVEis another. So I left.

I went in the store, waited a long time in line from the outside of the store where temperature was 100!.By the time it was my turn, it was at least 15 plus minutes. The lady had a rude tone told me she couldnt accept my package because it wasnt taped up properly.. I told her this is how UPS sent it to me, Im only returning it. She rudely told me no we cant accept it. I BOUGHT tape and was trying to tape up the box. She told me my return scan wasnt clear, I was trying to get a connection with my husband to send me a clear line as I was taping when she tells me to get out of the store!!!! Because the line was getting long because she was SLOW handling the line!!!! I told her Im a customer also, she told me to get out! I told her she was rude and she said Im never rude....Service is SLOW, customer service is RUDE!

Ive been a customer for several years. This UPS Store has always been so helpful. They always greet me by name and with a smile. They go above and beyond to make you feel special. There have been several times Ive been in there when they are very busy and they always provide the best customer service.

Indian woman (name unknown) with a Bob Cut displayed unwelcoming mannerisms the moment I walked in. In addition, I requested for a simple file printed, and she refused to print the document for me. I enjoy the different options of printing paper UPS offers, but this will be the last time I stop by a UPS.Collect my payment, be courteous, and go over and beyond for your customers. I walked in and was greeted immediately by both associates and a very pleasant fragrance yesterday 5/24/17 @ approximately 5:30. This was my first time visiting this location and I was in-and-out in less than 4 minutes. Im glad to rate awesome customer service with 5 stars.

HORRIBLE! Wish there were zero stars. My worst experience with any store in many years. They charged exorbitant rates and then made a series of errors. I treated them with honesty and civility while asking them to correct the problems. They were surly and rude, and accused me of lying, until I provided proof of what I was saying. Since they couldnt argue with the facts, they gave me a long series of lies, and ACTUALLY THREATENED to LOSE my shipped items. I ended up paying ADDITIONAL for their mistakes, just to get my stuff delivered. UNBELIEVABLE---TOTAL RIPOFF! Save your money and USE FEDEX OR USPS! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!

This Was a very friendly center when i first started going there, but now the owner is discouraging his employees from interaction with customers. I use a mailbox center for my mail for security and convenience. If i wanted a USPS box and that environment, i would of gone to USPS. I will gladly give 5 star if they go back to the way it was

Took a day off of work to sign for a phone being shipped... I had 6 people in a small apartment all day, sitting right next to the front door since 800am.. ups claims they “tried to leave the item but no one was home”.... once again, working door bell, six people by the front door. I believe ups is full of lazy individuals that can’t make it up a set of stairs. They would rather have people come pick up the items themselves. Garbage company with garbage employees.

I came in aug 22nd to mail out a package . The two there were super ! I sent out 2 packages .. one was delivered already . The second one is still at the store .Im writing this Sept 4th, I went in at 830am because the recipient of my package said she looked at tracking and the package hasnt left the store . The lady at the front rudely sent me away to call usps because they pick up .... I did and usps confirmed its still at ups and was not picked up ... so now I have to make another trip to the store just to have someone check ! Which should have been done today without argument . . I paid for the package to be mailed within 2 days .. but between being lenient and my recipient not checking mail I let it go until she told me she didnt get it . . Not happy .. this store needs to retrain their staff to not be so damn lazy . Ill be taking my business elsewhere .

Absolute garbage customer service! The women working there had no idea what they were doing. I received a text message from UPS that my package was ready for pick up. I went there and the lady working the front desk insisted that it hadn’t arrived yet. After repeatedly asking her to double check, she finally did and what do ya know? My package was already there. Not only were they wrong, they didn’t even apologize afterwards. Thanks for wasting my time. Very unprofessional people.
